- Robert (9/5): Clean, comfortable and charming in the heart of Daylesford. - Good location. Clean. comfortable Charming (as advertised). Everything you need. Nothing much. A washing machine and a bench in the bathroom would have been handy.
- Tracy (8/5): -
- Dayna (9/5): Perfect little getaway - I loved the charm of the house, was so cozy and beautiful Nothing
- Joe Anthony (10/5): Best Booking.com stay yet! - Absolutely beautiful property, amazing decor and presentation. Spotless, clean and comfortable with everything you need to make your stay amazing That we couldn’t stay longer! Would love to come back

- Leanne (9/5): We were very comfortable, owner advised and will address shower issue. Would definitely stay again. - The cottage was delightful
We loved all the decor, it was really charming. Close to everything, within walking distance to town easy to wander and look at the shops and have a coffee, go out for dinner etc. We did have some trouble with the hot water service only had one warm shower, after that they were unfortunately cold- after the fact, the owner advised that we should have let them know at the time and they would have attended to it ASAP. This was the only thing we could fault, the place was just beautiful!
- Fiona (10/5): An Idyllic Daylesford retreat! - The cottage is absolutely charming and close to the town centre. The fire place was perfect for a cold day and the amenities were excellent. Daylesford is a lovely town to visit.
- kim (10/5): A restful retreat - A very clean, well presented pretty character filled place. Walking distance to the main street where the shops are. The beds were extremely comfortable. Beautiful garden and lovely cosy vibe.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ All good
😊
- Marion (10/5): A Daylesford Gem - The presentation of the interior in design and practicality was simply fabulous. Everything was thought of and provided to make the stay a wonderful experience. The communication with the host was easy and friendly, we appreciated the handwritten note too that was left for us. This Cottage is a real gem with a great verandah , garden , easy parking and quick access to the town centre. A great find! The verandah corner bench area could probably be much cosier on a windy, cool, sunny day with a plastic wind shield to stop the draught blowing around the corner. Just a thought, ist still is a beautiful spot to sit in!

Less than a 10 minute walk to the Main Street, everything was beautifully styled, clean, and the beds were super comfortable and the linen soft. We appreciated the air conditioners in each room on the hot nights (which were very strong. Didn’t need them on for long!). Sitting on the back porch in the mornings was our favourite time Nothing!
- Tracey (8/5): Very good -
- Cinnamon (9/5): A beautiful romantic getaway. - Lovely historic cottage that was clean, beautifully decorated and a short walk to the centre of town. We loved sitting on the back patio overlooking the hill having the wine and cheese we got from the place on the corner (less than 5 min walk to cottage). Very comfy bed and pillows. Kitchen had everything we needed. Exhaust fan over the stove rattles very loudly so we didn't use it. Might need to get fixed.

- Karen (10/5): Absolutely a perfect weekend away and look forward to staying here again - Cottage was everything we envisaged.
Perfect setting for a weekend away
The outdoor area was perfect for such a gorgeous Saturday, coffee in the morning, wine in the afternoon
- Sally (10/5): A gorgeous, tasteful and comfortable cottage in a great location. - Marigold Cottage is delightful. It’s tastefully furnished with a beautiful mix of old and modern that give it such character and comfort. It’s very well equipped and is conveniently located to town. The garden is lovely so sitting on the back deck was a joy. There is nothing to not like about Marigold Cottage.
- Diana (7/5): Pretty and cosy cottage internally. Clean and comfortable. - It sounded as though there was an animal living in the ceiling. Was a loud thump in the night followed by scratching sounds intermittently throughout our stay. Hope he was just passing through.😁
The grounds were not particularly aesthetically pleasing.
