• carmen (10/5): Wunderbare Zeit im Herzen von Napoli❤️❤️❤️und seinen lieben Menschen…Danke & Grazie mille 🙏🏻 - Die einmalige Lage, Altstadt nah, Cafés & Reataurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten alle zu Fuss erreichbar🤩 Die Betreuung vom Team vor allem vom Chef war wirklich familiär und sehr herzlich ❤️ Die Zimmer ganz originell und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet, etwas ganz besonderes ist auch die Bilderausstellung im Haus. Man / Frau fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Die Kissen waren einmalig… am liebsten hätte ich sie nach Hause genommen 😜🤣🤣 Die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert! Wir waren eine Woche dort und sehr zufrieden! Da gibt es nur Kleinigkeiten… ich würde ein Zimmer mit breitem Balkon wählen. Die Fassade wird gemacht also ist es etwas lauter am Morgen, aber das ist ja nur etwas Vorübergehendes.

• Yvette (8/5): Prima hotel op goede locatie. - Top locatie, mooie kamer, van alle gemakken voorzien. De kamer was vrij koud en we hadden alleen een laken. Omdat er niet echt een receptie is, moesten we onder de handdoeken slapen om warm te blijven.
• Anna (7/5): Central stay in Naples - We liked the location of the property, it was a nice street with couple of good restaurants near by, quite central, very close to old town centre, but still not too busy. Also the room was spacious, and two double beds and two bathrooms were handy. In the downstairs bathroom shower was blocked :(, and there was a bit of a smell coming from upstairs bathroom :( Also a small table and two chairs would have been nice to have.

It was tricky to find, we could have done with more detailed instructions because the stairs to the entrance were set back and hidden from the road.

The rooms are facing an inside patio which makes the room dark, lacking natural light and with some mild smells. Also the construction going on at the moment makes it noisy in the morning.

• Monica (7/5): Great Location - The location!!! It is right in the heart of action in Naples. Everything is close by. On the main road yet the apartment is nestled inside. We didn’t know that it is room rental NOT A HOTEL, while booking is through booking.com. It wasn’t clear. So the disadvantage is that there is no room service, there is no one at the reception, there is no room cleaning & all the facilities that we pay for in a hotel are unavailable. If someone is looking for a hotel, why would booking.com show a room rental?? Btw we didn’t get the room shown in the image of room while booking. So pls be clear about that. Simona, one of the staff who gave us the keys to the room was very polite & helpful. But she had her limits. There is no one to help if you have luggages. There are a few steps to reach the lift. Not good for senior citizens or with family with luggages.
• Lindner (7/5): Gute Unterkunst für einen Städtetrip - Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. Der perfekte Ausgangsort um die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Zimmer war gross und wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Der Host war sehr hilfreich und wirklich super nett! Im Badezimmer Probleme mit Schimmel und deshalb war ein recht unangenehmer Geruch im Bad. Es ist sehr ringhörig: die anderen Gäste (mit Kindern) waren sehr laut und rücksichtslos, vor allem abends. Da kann der Host aber nichts dafür.

• Klaus (10/5): Wir haben uns in der Costantinopoli Suite 33 wie zuhause gefühlt!👌🤩👍 - Äußerst freundliche Gastgeber! Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe. 5 Minuten von der nächsten U-Bahnstation entfernt. Der Wasserdruck schwankte manchmal, das hat uns aber weiters nicht gestört. Alles gut!😀

Ansonsten kann man auch viel zu Fuß erreichen. Perfekt für einen City-Trip! Uns waren die Betten zu hart. Das ist aber persönliches Empfinden. Ansonsten gibt es absolut nichts auszusetzen

The atmosphere was quiet, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing after exploring the vibrant city. A special mention goes to the concierge, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He was incredibly personal and attentive, taking the time to show us a fascinating art exhibition hosted within the hotel. We were also lucky enough to see his father’s amazing Pinocchio lamp sculpture — such a unique and charming piece that really added to the hotel’s artistic character. The combination of warm hospitality, personal touches, and artistic flair made this stay truly special. If you’re visiting Napoli and want a place where you can both unwind and experience a bit of local culture, I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

• Tobias (8/5): Grundsätzlich in Ordnung - Der Balkon war nicht zu nutzen - beim Haus wurde die Fassade gemacht und der Balkon verschwand im Baugerüst. Leider wurden wir vom Hotel nicht informiert und mussten trotzdem den vollen Preis bezahlen.

Las tasas por día por persona solo se pueden pagar en efectivo. En la ducha solo funcionaba la ducha de mano. Al baño se accede a través de una escalera en la misma habitación.

Perfetto per chi viaggia in coppia o con amici. Il mio telefono con sim Vodafone non prendeva, quindi non sono riuscita a ricevere chiamate, però ho usufruito del Wi-Fi.

• Alexander (10/5): Designer apartments that are definitely worth visiting. - The apartment exceeded our expectations. Many thanks to the staff who were always helpful with our requests. Great location, reliable internet, beautifully designed rooms, and a lovely small exhibition in the lobby. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. This wasn’t a problem for us, but it might be an issue for some guests. There is ongoing renovation work, and the view from the window is currently blocked by scaffolding. For towel replacement, cleaning, or restocking household supplies, you need to contact the host directly.

• Vivien (10/5): We only had a very short stay in Naples so no real time to explore and give too many comments. - The rooms are located in a beautiful old building that is currently under some refurbishment. This didn’t interfere with our stay in anyway. Simona was helpful and kindly arranged our transfer to Maiori. We visited Pompei which was interesting and nice to have done. We were suitably satisfied with our room and the facilities.

• Ornella (9/5): Consigliato - Struttura molto comoda per il raggiungere le maggiori attrazioni ed il centro di Napoli. Proprietari super disponibili e cordiali. Stanze molto pulite, fresche (aria condizionata presente) e moderne, disponibile anche un phon per capelli molto efficiente (non sempre scontato). Abbiamo richiesto noi la pulizia della stanza dopo il quarto giorno, ma non ci sono mai stati cambiati gli asciugami del bagno. Ammetto però che non so se fosse una cosa da richiedere esplicitamente o no.

The bathroom is beautifully designed and decorated. The beds very comfortable. It was a little difficult to access initially but the host came within 10 minutes to assist us.

• Heidi (9/5): Great stay, would reccommend - Very pleasant stay. Beautiful room. Very good communication and very helpful host. We thought that the babycrib was a bit hard, and they went out and bought a new mattress the very next day. 10/10 service. The overhead light flickered, which was a bit annoying in the evening. The walls are quite thin, so it is unfortunately fairly easy to hear other guests, but otherwise everything was great.

• Claire (9/5): Excellent accommodation in a great location - Excellent accommodation, smooth easy check in and great location. Free soft drinks & water in the mini bar which was a nice touch. Communication with the staff was also really good offering sightseeing and food recommendations. There is also a luggage store which was great for us. The only slight downside was the building works. Not noisy but scaffolding on the front of the building which blocked the view from our balcony. Obviously only temporary so don't let this put you off booking.

La struttura si trova in una posizione davvero ideale, centrale e ben collegata sia con i mezzi pubblici che a piedi: abbiamo potuto esplorare comodamente il centro storico, i Quartieri Spagnoli, il lungomare e molte altre meraviglie della città. La camera era spaziosa, luminosa, arredata con gusto moderno ma accogliente, e soprattutto pulitissima. Ogni dettaglio è stato curato con attenzione: il letto comodo, il bagno nuovo e funzionale, e una silenziosità davvero sorprendente nonostante la posizione centrale. Anche l’aria condizionata funzionava perfettamente, cosa molto apprezzata dopo le giornate calde trascorse in giro per la città. Sebbene il B&B non offrisse la colazione, non ne abbiamo sentito la mancanza: a pochi passi si trovano bar storici, pasticcerie locali e caffè dove gustare sfogliatelle, babà e ottimi caffè napoletani, il modo migliore per iniziare la giornata immersi nella cultura locale. Un enorme grazie va ai proprietari, che si sono dimostrati fin dal primo contatto estremamente disponibili, gentili e premurosi. Hanno saputo consigliarci ristoranti autentici, itinerari meno turistici e piccole chicche che solo chi vive la città può conoscere. Ci siamo sentiti davvero accolti, come se fossimo ospiti a casa di amici. In sintesi, consigliamo vivamente questo B&B a chiunque voglia vivere Napoli in modo autentico, comodo e piacevole. Se torneremo a Napoli – e speriamo di farlo presto – sappiamo già dove alloggeremo!

• filippo (9/5): Ottima location comodo e pulito una galleria d'arte a tua disposizione.. - Siamo stati con la famiglia a Napoli per 3 giorni e devo dire che la location che abbiamo trovato era veramente veramente bella. Una zona tranquilla, una camera perfetta per 4 persone, ciascuno aveva il prossimo spazio e soprattutto due bagni. Zona vicinissima al centro dove,oltre ad avere possibilità di fare un buon aperitivo,anche la ristorazione non mancava e fidatevi tutto super buonissimo. Quando siamo andati via ci siamo fermati a parlare con il proprietario, un ragazzo molto simpatico, affabile e disponibile in tutto...con ottimi consigli.. E poi è vero il detto a Napoli piangi due volte ..e noi torneremo sicuramente
