• Tsovinar (9/5): - We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, tidy, and comfortable. The owner was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and snacks, which was a very nice touch. The hotel is in a convenient location, only about a 5-minute walk from Garibaldi main train station, which made traveling very easy. That being said, inside the hotel we felt completely safe and comfortable, and overall we really liked our stay and would recommend it. However, the area around the station did not feel very safe, especially in the evening. Visitors should be careful with their bags, belongings, and especially their phones. Someone actually tried to steal our phones while we were walking outside at night.

• jean paul (9/5): Très bonne adresse située dans un lieu stratégique pour les déplacements vers Pompei et Vésuve - Ce BnB situé prés de la Gare Centrale présente de grandes qualités: Grand propreté, literie confortable, aucune nuisance sonore, accueil trés sympathique de Daniele et le rapport qualité/prix est trés honnête Il faudrait, me semble t il, une cafetière plus grande pour un bon petit déjeuner (je préfère la cafetière au dosettes de café mises à disposition)

• Adrian (10/5): Bardzo miłe powitanie przez włoskie „babcie“ które nie rozumieją ani słowa po angielsku ale nie rzeź ta wspaniałą atmosf - Wspaniały personel, lokalizacja, czystość. Przy pierwszym wejściu nie ma się klucza do windy więc trzeba iść na nogach na 4 piętro.

• He (8/5): Good place to stay if you want to be close to the train station. - It’s on the top floor with an elevator. But need 20cents each time you use it. Very old building. But inside is renovated and clean.

The accommodation is in the best location, as it's close to the main train station, the airport is quickly accessible (20 minutes), and both the railway and metro stations are within a 5-minute walk. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. The room was cleaned every day; the accommodation is very clean and safe. After breakfast, they even did the dishes for us. Non.

• Bram (8/5): Compleet contrast met buiten - Kind clean and oasis of calm in middle of bustling somewhat chaotic area close to center and trains to Pompeii Vesuvius etc. Maps gives good location tough it still hides behind a wooden door and a 10x15 plaque and elevator is little sketchy. Maybe work on English for future costumers but wasn’t really a problem in our case.

A comfortable and clean room with details we love to have like an electric kettle, snacks for breakfast and a cool lightening system. There's also a cosy shared space.

Once, we left lights on in the room and inside the ensuite as the corridor was quite dark. When we came back, the lights were off. This was the evenight when we met owners in the property.

• Chandresh (4/5): Clean but below average facilities - - The property was really clean. No complaint about that. - There was complimentary water and some food in the room. It was really nice gesture and I appreciate that. - The AC was working only when you insert the key and at the lowest temperature. You can't change any settings with remote. So either it blast cold air or it simply switches off. You have to remove key to switch it off. So in the middle of night, you have to come out of your bed to remove the key to switch the AC off. - I have been to more than 25 countries so far and have never seen elevator operating with coins. Yes, you have to insert 20 cent coin to use elevator each time. If you don't have 20 cent coin, then you have to take stairs. First I thought it is just a prank. But no. It is the reality. So better come with bunch of 20 cents coins if you like to use elevator. They haven't mentioned that the price of using elevator is not included. - Rooms do not have any kind of soundproofing. If someone is talking outside, then it feels like the person is standing just beside your bed and talking. If your neighbour flushes toilet, then you will hear sound like Tsunami coming towards you. - They even got WiFi password wrong. When I approached the lady, she called someone and took almost 30 minutes to figure out what was the correct password. - I got a room without any window and something like a balcony that directly stares into opposite wall. They haven't put the picture of that room here.
• Patricia (10/5): Location was perfect for us as it was so close to Central station. Shame about the graffiti. - The breakfast was an unexpected bonus, as not been included in any of our other stays around Italy. There was Nothing to not like about the room. Was perfect especially for the price.

• John (8/5): Paying 20 cents every time to use the lift means I wouldn’t recommend this hotel again. - Location and cleanliness. The view of a brick wall from the window was rubbish. Also you had to pay 20 cents every time you used the lift that is not on when you are on the 4th floor.

But the area itself is quite dirty. The bathroom was tiny . Also maybe our fault with expectations but we were there a week and our bins and sheets weren’t changed. We did get new towels. Also property is on the 4th floor and we needed 20cent each time to use the lift

Just be careful - there is a charge for late check in - we didn’t read the fine print and had to pay an extra 20 euros!

• Oxana (9/5): Superb - Esmeralda made our check-in very comfortable and nice :) We stood here two times, lived in two different rooms and liked both of them. The hotel is clean, warm, quite, cozy and located near the train station. The elevator costs 20 cents, so prepare the coins. For children it was a little advenrure :) But you also should climb the stairs on foot and look around. The house is old and beautiful :) P. S. • Gregory (9/5): Excellent, Comfortable Location -- Exceptional Customer Service - The team did a fantastic job leading up to our arrival, informing us on the status of early check-in, parking, etc. Upon arrival, Sergio was exceptional. When we encountered some challenges with finding parking, he met us at the door and then physically walked us to the parking garage, which is located directly behind his place. The garage is across the street from Ghotel Europa and was 25€ per night. The hotel across Farma Beauty Farmacia, two large wooden doors -- select #19 to speak to Sergio or other check-in point of contact. I would definitely stay here again...very convenient to public transportation, etc., and although I didn't catch her name, the lady who assisted us on the final day was fantastic too, providing us good recommendations and instructions for the local area. Note: There are stairs and an elevator to the fourth floor where the hotel is; the elevator costs .20€ per each trip up/down. Though most who've visited Napoli will know, driving in traffic is horrendous; cars, motorcycles, scooters, strollers, people, children, etc., just pop out of nowhere..like playing dodge'em -- a bit stressful. My fellow travelers did notice a challenge with the toilet flushing forcefully, so more water than normal needed to be used and WiFi connectivity dropped in and out, but was more than adequate when a solid connection was made.

The room was a tiny bit small and cramped for 2 people, but definitely manageable for a short stay. We only stayed one night, but weren't very impressed with the neighbourhood. The breakfast was basic and a little disappointing, even if convenient - jams, butter, croissants, juices etc, all pre-packaged (like from a supermarket).

• David (8/5): Perfect location to arrive from the station. Good value for money. - Excellent location for the station and value for money. Did just exactly what was advertised. Modern and well cared for. The welcome was very good. Somewhat difficult to locate. The place is in a building with other "hotels" and you have to find this one on a front door intercom. Security is good but it needs to be as this is not a place you would walk the dog at night with your granny.
• Georgi (10/5): Super! Calm, carefree and unforgettable! - "I Colori di Napoli" is an excellent place with wonderful, very kind and responsive hosts! 1. The key location in Naples is an advantage due to the quick access to the Central Station, metro lines, port and bus transport. 2. I am extremely impressed with the constant care and effort to keep the room clean and to regularly stock the room with everything you need (Italian breakfast, sheets, towels). 3. The furniture and equipment of the room are new and provide convenience and comfort. 4. The venue offers free use of a dining room and everything you need for self-catering. 5. Very good and constant Wi-Fi.
