Guest Reviews
- David (8/5): As expected after reading about the property - There was a slight smell as if there had been a smoker in the vicinity and a product was used to neutralise the smoker's smell
- Elizabeth (9/5): - Very comfortable with everything you need Chairs too low for dining table
- Bernadette (10/5): Very quiet & comfortable villa - Wonderful spacious villa. The bed was so comfortable & the large smart TV was great! Very quiet location & a very well stocked kitchen The cleaner did not leave powder for the washing machine. When travelling around the state, it is a factor when booking accommodation.
- Edwin (10/5): - Great location for accessing the Margaret River region and Busselton. Best equipped unit we have ever stayed in!
- Jelena (9/5): -
- Sammy (9/5): - Lovely, comfortable, clean accommodation. We had everything we needed and would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself. Perfectly located in beautiful resort grounds. Loved our stay...thank you.
- JU YUL (10/5): good for family traveler - cozy and clean kitchen ware was old
- Dmitry (10/5): -
- Bella (6/5): - easy to access
great location
beds were very comfortable Both showers in the property were not designed well in terms of drainage. Water went all over the bathroom floors. It was not contained
The couch was small and old - sunk right down when sat on. Not adequate if there was 4 people in the unit
Could do with king singles i 2nd room
- Debbie (9/5): - Very convenient. Quiet. Near the beach. Highway right there. Go to Busselton town or Margaret River region, Yallingup, etc. Nice for a little getaway. Once again, the table was sticky. Needs to have plastic on it or redone.
- Shelley (9/5): -
- Pam (10/5): Fabulous long weekend - Fantastic location right on the beach, and easy to get to Busselton town and other attractions in the area.
Warm house with lovely decor, comfortable beds and brilliant to have 2 bathrooms.
Great commutation from property manager.
Everything was on hand and in working order. Nothing to not like.
It would be an added bonus if the property was pet friendly.
- Helen (10/5): -
- Scott (9/5): - Loved the villa with everything you need for a great stay The Karen next door who was rude
- Elizabeth (9/5): - Lovely unit, close to beach. Enjoyed our stay
- Debbie (10/5): We're coming back😺 - Clean, comfortable, very well equipped, spacious and great location. Outside patio area homely and relaxing. Reverse cycle A/C and TV in each room. Beds are all comfortable. Thoroughly relaxing and great place to stay. Can travel to wineries etc very easily. Hard to find fault. Only suggestion is the table. Found it to be a bit sticky. Definitely needed the place mats.
- GOLDFISH21 (9/5): Excellent will stay again - Very nice and cosy place. Perfect for family of 4. Everything was great.
- Jason (9/5): -
- James (8/5): In spite of a few needed improvements we would stay again - Size was generous. Kitchen well stocked. Good location. Quiet. It felt like it needed a deep clean. Dining table felt sticky. Carpets could do with a good clean. The bed wasn’t comfortable.
- PUI TZE (6/5): -
- Kourtney (10/5): Exceptional - Best property I’ve stayed in at Busselton, the backyard is so good for kids or adults!
- Anita (6/5): Pleasant - Distance from town centre is 7klm & unit is the furtherest from the beach in the complex.
- Geoff (8/5): Very comfortable overall, and good value. -
- Luigi (5/5): Disappointed - Perfect location
Beautiful beach
Comfy beds Bathrooms need upgrade floors slippery need to mop after every shower, no decent bathmat.
No sea view as stated.
Most uncomfortable couches.
Dusty curtains and couch cushions.
Half full damp rid buckets in every room.
Millipedes in wardrobes.
- Stephen (8/5): Very good -
- Wendy (9/5): Superb -
- Lynne (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful villa. With patio area. Fully equipped and comfortable. Bed comfy. Kitchen very well equipped and everything and more thoughtfully provided. Very relaxing few days. Would definitely return. Small niggle...Raffia type pillows shed everywhere.
- Montana (10/5): Perfect place for a family holiday - Love staying at this resort! Has everything our family needs for a great holiday- close to the beach, pool, playground, BBQs. Accomodation was lovely and the kids loved the outdoor toys provided. The resort’s caretaker was super friendly.
- Christiana (7/5): Comfy beach friendly property - Location was great, quick walk to the beach. Property easy to access, no complaints.
- Jason (8/5): Terrific accomodation that was very well appointed, located and maintained - The Villa was out of the central complex area making it quiet, peaceful and a great sleep Villa. We arrived at the Villa at 3.15pm to check in which was ant 3.00 pm. Unfortunately the cleaning team were still working to complete the spaces. The ladies were finished 20 minutes later and had put the air conditioning on in as requested as I had a senior citizen staying who needed this comfort, which was greatly appreciated, it was working in her bedroom but unfortunately it was not working in the main living areas. As all of the floors that had been mopped they were still extremely wet. The Villa was however cleaned very well.
- Nella (8/5): Very good -
- Juliet (10/5): Great - Comfortable bed, nice layout Nothing
- Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Roaming (10/5): Exceptional -
- O'byrne (10/5): Great family stay - Villa was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Well set up for families with games area and play equipment. Easy access to beautiful beach. Would like an earlier book in time or later book out. For short stay, it limits your enjoyment of the facilities.
- Shannon (9/5): Superb -
- Kate (8/5): Huge rooms, great layout and packed with features. - The location was great and the layout was ideal. There was no milk for a cup of tea, and one roll of toilet paper. The toilet both had roll holder but there was only one spare roll in the house. There were tea bags, sugar and coffee but no milk, even a long life pod would have made the amenity offering complete.
- Austin (9/5): Excellent service and great overall customer experience, 5 star home and facilities. -
- Nadejda (8/5): It was good stay - The location is good. Close to the beach and a short drive to Busselton centre.
Spa was excellent.
All kitchen facilities were available. Aircon in the main bedroom didn't work
Pillows were not comfy
Second bedroom had "woo" electrical noise constantly, from nowhere
- Karen (8/5): Very good -
- Deon (4/5): Disappointing - Property is outdated.
- Jason (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ian (8/5): A very pleasant stay, with very good facilities and a great location. - * The location of Villa Cinta was excellent. It was close to town and within easy walking distance of the beach.
* The amenities provided were very good, with air-conditioning in the lounge and main bedroom, and televisions in the lounge and both bedrooms. There were also two bathrooms. The shower was excellent, with the storage hot water providing a good, even amount of hot water.
* It was a roomy, comfortable and relaxing holiday home. * The angled driveway made entry and exit a little difficult to negotiate.
* The mattresses were very firm.
* Some kitchen utensils needed to be washed before use.
* The ensuite drain needed cleaning, as it was quite smelly.
- John (10/5): was great place - na na
- Claitin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Clare (7/5): It was pleasant, but perhaps owners could address a few issues outlined above. - Being so close to beach.
Offer of some items in kitchen food cupboard Eg cooking oil, salt, pepper. The 2 burner toaster wasn’t enough for 4 x people. Perhaps a 4 burner toaster would be better.
The main bedroom shower seems to leak water all over bathroom floor, regardless of us trying to ensure the curtain covered the area.
Then last night of stay, the shower curtain rod detailed and fell off. I could not see an opening for the end near mirror, so had to prop it up on top of mirror cabinet.
The dining table chairs weren’t very comfortable to sit on.
Sometimes noise from above our unit was quite noisy.
