Even though reception is remote they replied immediately and helpfully via WhatsApp. the shower is difficult to set to get hot water because it either gets too hot or too cold

Daniil (5/5): Passable - Lovely apartment in a peaceful neighborhood. Easy access by train from Airport (8 euros), but accessing the apartment without internet can be challenging). Colosseum is a 40-minute walk away. Excellent restaurants within a 30-minute walk. The property management company leaves much to be desired. Firstly, when we moved in, the floors were terribly dirty, and our feet instantly became covered in grime. Additionally, there were several shards of glass lying near the bed, and I accidentally stepped on one of them. I immediately reported this to the property management company, and they promised to offer a discount on the cleaning. However, in my opinion, the situation was quite severe, and the property management company should have taken responsibility for the cleaning. Secondly, the rental agreement states that cleaning is included in the cost only if the apartment is left in perfect condition. However, the property management company left only one tablet for the washing machine, one tablet for the dishwasher, and around 100 ml of dishwashing detergent. Moreover, the dishwashing sponge was extremely old, giving the impression that it had been used for several years. Washing dishes with such a sponge is unhygienic, so I had to wash the dishes by hand. Overall, the apartment itself is great, but the experience with the property management company has been disappointing. It would be beneficial for them to improve their cleaning standards and provide more adequate supplies for guests.
