• HYEYEON (10/5): 4인 가족이 머물기 위치, 치안 좋은 숙소 추천해요! - 호스트가 시간 맞춰 와서 숙소에 대해 안내해주고 키도 전달해주셔서 어려움 없이 체크인할 수 있었어요. 위치는 진짜 깡패.. 관광지와 다 가깝고 예전에 떼르미니역 근처에서 묵은 적 있는데 확연히 비교될 정도로 안전하다고 느껴졌어요. 희년이라 로마 숙소들이 전체적으로 너무 비싸긴 했지만 이 숙소는 그 값을 하는 곳이라 생각해요. 호스트도 친절하고 숙소도 사진과 똑같이 깨끗하고 위생적이고 숙소가 전반적으로 쾌적해서 좋았어요. 와이파이도 잘 터져서 핸드폰 하는 데 불편함 없었습니다. 숙소 추천합니다! 싱글베드 침대가 조금 꺼져 있고 삐그덕 소리가 나긴 했지만 자는 데 불편함은 없었습니다.
• Frank (10/5): Relaxing City Center Stay! - The property was large and very comfortable for our family of 5. The en-suite bathroom was wonderful. The shower stall was large and didn’t feel cramped at all. Water pressure and temperature was great as well. The beds and pillows were very comfortable too! We especially liked the close proximity to all of the sites we intended to see. Lots of choices for food and shopping within walking distance. We went during a heat wave and the AC worked great and we were not disappointed. Overall an excellent property. Property manager also gave us non-touristy restaurants to try out and they were great as well! Very happy with our stay :) Nothing it was great!

Had an early fight and was well accommodated for when we asked for an early check in, much appreciated. The hot water in the bath and shower was very temperamental and offer with very hot or very cold.

We never had the opportunity to meet our host, Despite the fact that We could not get the stove top to work and related this to our host and informed him that even with his instructions we could not get it to work and hence had no access to coffee or tea. We were there for 3 days without a working stove and no one came to check on it.

• Zeevi (8/5): Very good - The location is great, right in the center of the city. The apartment is quite big and comfortable. Overall, a very good apartment. The air conditioning was not cooling the apartment well enough, but I noticed it seems to be a problem everywhere in Rome; I don't know why. The water taps in the showers are very difficult to adjust for hot water, and the water pressure is low, so the hot tub is practically impossible to fill. No microwave

Beds and rooms were simple but acceptable. Really only one shower worked as a shower for us (other was a bathtub), but that was ok.

• Liana (10/5): A great place to stay for a family vacation in Rome. - Comfortable for our family of 5. Close to all the sights. Food right outside the front door. The lift so we weren’t having to carry bags up a lot of stairs. Beautiful view from the master bedroom window. The water pressure and hot water were both challenging. It took forever to get the hot water to get up to the 4th floor and once it did, the shower was barely more than a trickle. The bathtub is lovely and I tried to take a bath. Could only get enough hot water to fill half the tub before it turned cold.
• Aaron (10/5): Everything at this location was as expected, great place to stay and see the Villa Borghese. - Everything about this location was exactly as advertised. The beds were nice, and the pillows were reasonably soft. There is an elevator and cool interior building views from the windows with an attached restaurant terrace. The kitchen was nice, and the apartment had marble floors and original construction. Very nice to stay in a very well-done and modern yet vintage home.
• Katrina (9/5): Great location in a great city. - The location is fabulous 10 minutes walk to Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps. Being within the city we loved that at night with the windows closed it was very quiet. Great layout and very spacious apartment. We liked everything but a tea kettle and microwave would have been useful. We were with my parents who are in their 80s and their only negative comment was the lack of handrails in the entrance hallway steps.

• Laura (10/5): Fantastic Italian-style apt in the heart of Rome -short walk to Trevi Fountain and fine dining - We would definitely recommend this apt booking! More spacious than hotels in the area with all the conveniences of a home and a better value for your money!! The rooms were very spacious and the mattresses were comfortable—even the couch pull out bed was the most comfortable we’ve ever used!! The washer/dryer was very useful—although the dryer settings didn’t get the clothing really dry—we were able to hang items easily and were very pleased overall with the accommodations. This apt is nicer than the pictures indicate-high ceilings, marble floors and modern appliances. It was also very clean with adequate bath towels, liquid soap, nice dishes, glassware etc. The fridge even had a few bottled waters and there was a package of spaghetti and a jar of sauce in a basket on the kitchen counter which made us feel welcomed. We were easily able to contact the property owner and he was very helpful. He provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants within walking distance when we asked. We felt like he went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. He also scheduled a 6am private van pickup at the apt back to the airport which mitigated our departure travel stress! Also, there are several markets close to the apt so easy to bring back snacks, etc. The shower and bath water pressure was not what we’re used to at home so if you want to take a bath—it takes abt 30 min to fill the tub. In my opinion, it was still adequate but my kids are a little spoiled. Also we noticed that there were outdoor hot tubs that appeared to be affiliated with the apt complex but guests are not allowed to use them. They looked really nice and we would’ve enjoyed some outdoor hot tubing especially after walking around Rome tourist attractions. Perhaps the owner or property can consider that for future guests which would really be the “icing on the cake” for this elegant apt rental.
• Gianni (9/5): Great location apartment with some deficiencies that could be easily corrected - Spacious rooms, excellent location for site seeing Insufficient towels and toilet paper. The only people who would book this apartment would be tourists. It is completely unreasonable to expect guests to reuse dirty towels or go looking for a supermarket to buy toilet paper. We asked for additional towels and toilet paper but were refused. A very poor decision by the owner(s). Second bathroom should have a shower instead of bathtub, or install a curtain around the tub.

There’s condensation with the air conditioner that we had to clean up the water that pooled in the dining area. There’s also a little bit of clogging jn the shower.

The rooms are spacious are very goof for a family of four. there are air condition in every room. the owner were very kind and explained us everything about the property. nothing

• Sakis (9/5): Almost super - Clean, fully equipped, very nice location, helpful staff. Better than the photos in booking. No air conditioning. Fortunately the weather was not very hot during our stay.
