Apartament sklada się z trzech pokoi i wspólnej kuchni. Materace są komfortowe dobre dla kręgosłupa po wielu godzinach zwiedzania Rzymu. Jest to kamiennica ze starą windą. Jest cicho. Metro Re di Roma ok 5 min. Bardzo polecam ten apartament. Czułam się bezpiecznie. Dziękuję Elena☀️ Lokalizacja, bezpieczeństwo.

• Anna Tomaszewska (10/5): - Pokój znajdujący się w mieszkaniu z innymi dwoma pokojami do wynajęcia, położony ponad pół godziny drogi na pieszo od Koloseum, zaraz przy stacji metra, czysto, łazienka czyściutka, wspólna kuchnia i bardzo pomocna pani właścicielka. Bardzo szczegółowo objaśniła dotarcie do mieszkania za pomocą kodów i dostępnego w boksie klucza. Pomogła w przemieszczaniu się po mieście, objaśniła jaki tramwaj, które metro. Byłyśmy z koleżanką trzy noce i na drugi dzień było sprzątane, co nas bardzo mile zaskoczyło.

• Iuliia (10/5): Great Location, but a Few Stressful Moments - The apartment is in a great location — about a 30-minute walk to the Colosseum, a 5-minute walk to the metro station, and there are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. It’s a room in a regular apartment, so the kitchen is shared and there’s no reception. We were lucky: at first we had the whole apartment to ourselves, and later very quiet neighbors moved in. Overall, everything is based on trust, and we did wonder what would happen if unpleasant or intrusive people moved in, as it’s not clear who would keep things in order. The room itself is very clean, and the bathroom has everything you need. Clean, new towels were also provided. Elena, the owner, explained the best way to get to the apartment. Check-in was self-service — she simply sent us instructions on how to enter. We were a bit nervous at first because she forgot to send the code for the front door and didn’t answer the phone for a while, but in the end everything worked out. Overall, we liked the place and would gladly stay here again. The water pressure in the shower was quite weak. There is no safe or any locked place to leave valuables. We were visiting the Vatican Museums when I checked my email and saw a message from Elena saying that we were leaving that day and asking if we wanted to leave our luggage after checkout. The problem was that we were actually leaving the next day, so it was clearly a mistake. A lot of thoughts immediately ran through my head: where were our things? Had someone already gone into the room and packed everything? Maybe new guests had even checked in already. We started calling Elena, but she didn’t answer. We replied to her message explaining that it must be a mistake and asked her to check her information. She later replied that everything was fine and that they were just cleaning the apartment. But by then we were already worried, so we decided to return to the apartment to make sure everything was okay. When we arrived, we found a woman and a man there. The woman offered to clean our room, but we declined. Everything was untouched, and even if someone had entered the room, we couldn’t tell. Our trip to Rome lasted only two full days. This happened on the second day, the day before our departure, so unfortunately it left a slightly unpleasant aftertaste.

• Laurentiu Iulian (9/5): - Communication with the owner was quick and we received the requested information promptly. 3-room apartment, located on the 3rd floor, with elevator, each with its own bathroom, equipped shared kitchen + dishes. AC, Wi-Fi in the room. Clean, modern bathroom. It is located on line 2, not on the main street, which is a plus for peace. The apartment is located a few minutes from the Rei Di Roma metro station, and a metro station (Ponte Lungo), or a 10-minute walk to the Tuscolana station/train station, where you can get directly by regional train from Fiumicino airport. You can easily walk to the central-historical area, without having to use the metro or buses - there are many sights on the route to the center. Nearby there are several medium-sized markets, restaurants, fast-foods, pharmacies, gas stations - it is a quiet, safe area with all the facilities in close proximity. The owner allowed us to leave our luggage safely, which allowed us another half day of walking around Rome without worrying about our bags.
• Maria (9/5): - Σπίτι σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, με σούπερ μάρκετ και μετρό ακριβώς δίπλα, μόνο 3,5 χλμ απ' το ιστορικό κέντρο. Η κεντρική θέρμανση λειτουργούσε άψογα, κρατώντας το δωμάτιο ζεστό μέρα-νύχτα. Το μπάνιο ήταν πλήρως ανακαινισμένο και πεντακάθαρο. Η επικοινωνία με την ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν άμεση και ξεκάθαρη. Μου έδωσε τη δυνατότητα να κάνω νωρίτερα check-in καθώς και να αφήσω τις αποσκευές μου στον κοινόχρηστο χώρο τη μέρα της αναχώρησης Το δωμάτιο αποτελεί μέρος ενός διαμερίσματος με άλλα δύο δωμάτια προς ενοικίαση και με κοινόχρηστη κουζίνα. Καθώς η πόρτα του δωματίου ήταν μια απλή πόρτα, χωρίς κλειδί, μόνο με ένα μάνταλο, τα βράδυα αυτό που δημιουργούσε μια μικρή ανασφάλεια, μη γνωρίζοντας ποιος άλλος μπορεί να έμπαινε στο διαμέρισμα στα υπόλοιπα δωμάτια. Θα ήταν βοηθητική μια κλειδαριά στην πόρτα του δωματίου
• carolina (10/5): Adecuada - Elena es muy atenta, nos orientó de los lugares cercanos, la cual, fue bien útil. El lugar estaba limpio, ordenado, es espacioso, es tal cual como se muestra en las fotos. Queda bien ubicado, puedes ir a los lugares turísticos caminando, sin embargo, también está muy cerca del metro. Todo bien

• Radu (10/5): Cozy stay and friendly staff. - Location was great, and the staff let us store our bags before leaving on the last day. Recommend this stay! The water is cold at first but if you wait a minute it always turns hot. Not the location's fault!

• Stefano (10/5): Bellissimo, sicuramente ci torneremo - Zona ottima, stanza perfetta,pulita e silenziosa. Appena arrivati abbiamo sentito la signora Elena che ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni per procedere alla nostra camera, in più ci ha anche consigliato diversi posti per andare a cenare. La struttura è dotata di ascensore.
• Alessia (10/5): Stanza curata e accogliente - La stanza era luminosa, moderna e pulita. Tra i vari comfort c'era l'aria condizionata, il letto comodo e la doccia spaziosa. L'atmosfera era tranquilla e accogliente. La gestrice era molto gentile, disponibile, trasparente e ci è venuta sempre incontro per qualsiasi tipo di richiesta o esigenza. Anche la posizione della struttura era molto comoda, dato che si trovava vicino alla fermata della metro e dei mezzi. Se dovessi tornare a Roma riconsidererei volentieri il soggiorno presso questa struttura.

• Andrea (8/5): Clean and nice place to stay. Communication was amazing and if you need anything you can just say. - The accommodation was really great. It’s close to the centre, metro is really close. Elena was super sweet. We came and called her for the instructions how to get inside the building. She guided us through phone really well. You can contact her via WhatsApp if you need anything. When we got to our room there was one bed missing since there were three of us, we messaged Elena and the cleaner made a mistake but about 30 minutes later the cleaning lady came and made the missing bed. The cleaning lady was really sweet, she doesn’t speak English but she had translator ready if we needed anything. The place was really clean and nice. If you are looking for a place to stay for a few days in Rome, I would recommend this. One bed wasn’t ready but this issue got solved really quickly so it wasn’t a problem for us. Mistakes happen.

• Lucia (8/5): Good place to stay, very sweet landlady - The host was very sweet, sending us suggestions for restaurants, it was also really easy to communicate with her. The place was nice enough, and in our 5 night stay, someone came to do light tidying 3 times which was nice. It was a good location to get a bus to the city as well and had a couple of good restaurants and cafes around. It's also very quiet in there even though it's at Re di Roma metro. We even walked to the city ones and it had lots of interesting sights along the way. It can get a bit smelly if you don't open the windows often, which was hard some days for us as it was still chilly some days and the flat seems to be great for hot days when it keeps it cool. Not a big deal though. Same with shower, it's a bit temperamental, changing temperatures at random, but again, this was a minor issue for us.
• Mihaela (10/5): Great guesthouse - Great guesthouse, we liked it a lot. Elena helped us with all the questions. We just need a room to sleep, so we didn’t use the kitchen. Our room was clean and comfortable, exceeded our expectations. All the sightseeing were within walking distance. I would choose this guesthouse again. Everything meet our requirements.
• Marcin (8/5): Very good - The radiator in the room was too and it would get very cold to sleep in in the night, took over a day for the temperature to catch up. Definitely ask for extra bed covers if you are planning to visit Rome in January/February. Nights get very cold.

• Elena (9/5): Comfortable and central. - The guesthouse is located in a very safe and central location. Buses and metro are just around the corner. Super comfortable and the host very friendly, and helpful. The coffee capsules run out on the second day i was there. But nothing extreme. It was an opportunity to enjoy the italian coffee at a local cafeteria :)

(7/5): Ok but be aware of extra charges - Ok accommodation in Rome, easy to get to central (Trevi Fountain, Vatican, etc) and to the central train station by underground; and c. 30 min walk from the Colosseum. The room was ok for a few nights. Despite the high cost of the accommodation - Be aware of extra hidden costs - although the booking advertises an air-conditioned room, you can only use the air conditioner in the room if you pay extra for it so they make more money on it; and so on. If you are planning to walk everywhere - then this is c, 1h from Trevi Fountain etc and will have to use the underground or buses (but that is expected in a big city).

We were not charged extra for the AC. Our room was with a street view. That meant the noice in the night... So we Had to close windows and use the AC...

The location was close from the Re Di Roma metro station, making it easy to get around, and also conveniently located next to shops and supermarkets. What truly stood out was the host Elena's kindness. She was an amazing, exemplary host. She was so accommodating and nice to us, and was super easy to communicate with. I simply can't thank her enough for her outstanding kindness. I would recommend Elena's place without hesitation.

• James (10/5): B&B Holidays in Rome was the perfect location and high-end comfort, and value I was seeking. - I finished the last 5 nights of my 19 day-trip to Italy in this nicely-renovated, well-located and easy to access to transportation, market, restaurants, etc. B&B. The hostess, Elena, was easy to work with and very accommodating; and her English was good. It is situated on the 3rd floor, in an elevator building, where-in there are a number of (Air) B&Bs operating. The building was a clean and secure building very near the Re Di Roma metro stop. The kitchen area was well-stocked with items as well as a large refrigerator where I could store my own person food. The courtyard view was pleasant, and the AC worked great on some of the hottest days in Rome. The WIFI was also very good. I stayed in the largest of 3 rooms in that apartment that had a queen-sized bed and also accommodated two twin-sized, fold down "murphy" beds thaty looked like wardrobes when not in use. The bathroom had a modern-style and was quite nice. I would stay here again at the good rate. The Ikea-style furniture was cheap-looking and less functional but none-the-less adequate enough. The AC was an extra 15 euros "add on" for the stay but, Elena did not add it on for me, for which I was very grateful.
