• Rhazel (8/5): Very good - The location, just 7-9 mins walk to the train station. You have a lot of options for metro or train station nearby. The room is spacious enough to have space for luggage. The noise you can hear from the train/metro.
• Davide (8/5): Good for the price. Perfect location, a bit noisy. - The apartment is big and conformable. The position is very strategic, being 5 minutes walk from Shinjuku station. Also the Shin-Okubo JR station is 2 minutes away. The apartment comes with a laundry machine and drier, as well as air conditioning. Basic cooking appliances are given. The only bad thing is the constant noise, both from the trains passing buy that from the people constantly around Kabukicho at night.

• Michael (5/5): Good sized apartment with convenient amenities. However, we would choose to stay elsewhere next time. - Very good location and the size of the apartment was amazing! Washing machine inside the apartment was also very handy. The apartment we stayed in did not match the photos shown on the booking. The bed frame was of poor quality, and the slats would fall through if you moved too much on the mattress. There was also an air vent directly above the bed, which let in significant noise from the street and nearby station, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the shower head holder was broken, so we had to hold the shower head while showering. These are all issues that could be resolved with a bit more attention and care from the property owner.
• Luis (10/5): Exceptional - Checking in was really easy and fast. The host was always available if we ever needed anything. The place was clean and big enough for the three of us. I would fully recommend this place to all who are looking for a place in Shinjuku.
