- jacqui (7/5): Good Location - The property was in a good location and easy to navigate around London We had problems paying a security deposit due to not having a UK sim(£250)and as we were all in our 60s we found this very difficult we were outside of the accomodation for an hr trying to get it paid wouldn’t stay there again
- FILIP (5/5): - Bardzo blisko metra. Duże pokoje. Wygodna łazienka. Czysta pościel i ręczniki. Ładny budynek. Jedna stacja metra do bardzo dużej galerii handlowej Westfield W12. Żaluzje nie zaciemniają pokoju, od rana jest w pokoju bardzo jasno. Brak zasłon. Przy otwartym oknie słychać głośno ulicę i metro, które w tym miejscu jedzie nad ziemią (stacja jest zaraz za oknami). Materace dwa bardzo bardzo miękkie, jeden (łóżko podwójne) dosyć twardy. Rozkładana sofa uszkodzona, nie można na niej spać. W zastępstwie było w pokoju rozkładane łóżko polowe ale było krótkie. Podłoga w kuchni pociemniała od wody, nieestetyczna. Przy stole tylko 4 stołki, za mało na 5 osób.

- MATT (6/5): Our was stay good the apartment needs some work done for value - The location was great, one tube stop from portobello Rd market, easy to get to heathrow with a quick change of line at Hammersmith onto the piccadilly line, latimer Rd station right opposite the apartment and bus stops within meters.The co op was underneath the building and a more stocked shop across the road. The pig and whistle was great for pub sports such as pool and darts, while the garden bar was better for meals and drinks in a nicer environment. The apartment had a great little balcony which is a bonus for those who smoke or like people watching. The apartment needs maintenance the, kitchen tap was nearly falling over, 4 tiles in the bathroom were cracked and nearly falling off, the silicone seal around the floor tiles is that bad it looks as though the floor has dropped which will let water penetrate the floor, the blinds are office style useless at keeping the sun out in the morning or stopping people seeing you get dressed in the bedrooms.
- Laura (7/5): Bien comunicado para hacer turismo - La ubicación. El apartamento es amplio y hay dos habitaciones muy buenas. Tiene una parada de metro enfrente y dos supermercados debajo. La comunicación con la propiedad fue fluida y con predisposición a la asistencia. El sofá cama no es adecuado para dos adultos y la calefacción central aunque funciona requiere reparaciones, el menaje de la cocina es muy escaso para 6 y la cocina en general necesita mantenimiento. Tuvimos algún problema pero he de decir que nos han ayudado a tener una estancia más confortable. Para 4 pax la estancia sería mucho mejor.
- Melissa (10/5): - The flat layout was perfect. Location is also great because it's across the Latimer Road station, which is near downtown, and there are 2 convenience stores nearby. Everything was clean when we arrived, and the owner was responsive. All the facilities work perfectly. It just missed a little detail like the window curtain wasn’t closed completely but it wasn’t a big deal for me.
- xinran (4/5): L’emplacement est pratique, mais l’expérience globale a été pas bien. - L’emplacement est juste à la sortie du métro, super pratique. Les clés étaient carrément posées sur la grille à l’extérieur, et quand on est allés les récupérer, la boîte était ouverte… franchement pas rassurant. On a tout de suite prévenu le propriétaire.
Ensuite, le canapé-lit du salon n’était même pas préparé, on a dû chercher nous-mêmes des draps, des couvertures et des oreillers. Et là, grosse galère : le canapé-lit était super caché, et le surmatelas… une horreur ! Les ressorts du matelas nous rentraient dans le dos, impossible de dormir correctement. Les autres lits dans les chambres, pareil : matelas hyper inconfortables, avec les ressorts qui ressortent.

- Pilar (8/5): - Un apartamento sencillo, amplio, limpio y cómodo. El metro está simplemente cruzando la acera para conectar con el centro de la ciudad. Tiene un apartamento justo debajo que abre hasta las 11 de la noche y un pub (The Garden) al lado, estupendo. En apenas 10 minutos se llega caminando a Portobello Road. Barrio tranquilo, Las camas son cómodas y el mobiliario adecuado. Tuvimos cierta confusión con las llaves al llegar porque aún estaban limpiando y tuvimos que entrar más rápido, pero nos respondieron rápido. No hay cafetera, como se indica, aunque sí calentador de agua y la calefacción central no pudimos ponerla porque los mandos no tenían pilas, pero hay radiadores.

Broken clothes washer. Slow response from property management. Expensive. Poor mattresses . Stain on mattress. Sheets that didn’t fit. Noisy in summer when windows are open.

Nothing additional for our stay, we were there for 1 night and at an event a few tube stops away so it was perfect for what we needed.

- Edith (3/5): Wir waren als 6 köpfige Familie sehr enttäuscht von der Wohnung und von der Lage. Zu teuer zu laut zu dreckig und zu abg - Die Wohnung ist in einem Neubau Komplex mit Aufzug und hat eine gute Aufteilung und moderne Möbel wie man es auf den Fotos sieht. Was man leider auf den Fotos nicht sieht ist, wie sehr abgenutzt die Wohnung ist. In der Küche fällt die Fußleiste immer ab. Die Küchenmöbel sind auch hier und da zerkratzt und die Ausstattung zum normalen Kochen ist nicht ausreichend. Der Teppich ist überall dreckig und die Matratzen total durchgelegen, insbesondere die Schlafcouch. Zudem sind die Jalousien an manchen Stellen abgefallen. Die Lautstärke der Hauptstraße ist extrem Laut und man schaut direkt auf die Ubahn Haltestelle. Des Weiteren war die Wohnung nicht richtig gereinigt. Auch nicht im Hausflur beim Eingang in die Wohnung.
Wir waren sehr enttäuscht von der Wohnung.

- Sue (7/5): Great location, cafe down the road is amazing, really loved the atmosphere of the area. - Location was great. Well appointed, and lots of light which made it really nice to come home to. Some of the vertical blinds were missing, in the main bedroom which especially made it difficult to sleep.
The tap in the kitchen was very loose and is only a matter of time before it comes off altogether.

The size of the apartment was spacious. The beds still had bedding on from the previous guests. We had to strip the beds and remake them up as there was clean bedding and towels in plastic bags. The bins still had rubbish in which we had to empty.
The apartment hadn't been cleaned. Also the whole area was covered in rat traps.

Bathroom and windows should be cleaned much better!
- Helen (4/5): Broken boiler, so cold and cold water, lack of comfy seating & lack of cleaning. - Will be very honest, you need a plumber to sort the boiler when we leave. It keeps going off. Very cold on arrival and then no hot water this morning. Have switched on and off several times and managed to right it for now but keeps coning up with an error code. E1 and 01 have both shown.
Bit bizarre that there is food in the fridge and kitchen hasn't really been cleaned before we came, not what we expect for the money paid really! Does someone live here and just move out for stays?
Lastly, on a relaxing weekend, one two seater sofa and one chair isn't enough for a place that sleeps four. It's my pet hate and has meant we don't all sit in the same room together. Provide four comfy chairs for four people. Simple!

Westfield Shopping Mall The property seemed a little shabby. Dirty marks on the window double Louvre doors to the balcony. Dirty hall mirror.
Central heating only worked in the Living room and no manner of turning the valves to operate the radiators in the 2 bedrooms failed to work.
Contacting the Taylor apartments support via booking com said "Well there is 2 mini stand portable radiators in the bedrooms as back up.
You kind of feel they've limited the usage of heating due to rising energy prices and hence don't want huge bills.
The kitchen was bare regarding utensils.
No chopping board for food preparation.
No sponges,
No tea towels,
No bin liners for refuse.
Didn't have jay cloth to wipe down work tops.
The cleaner had forgotten to take a wash load of wet washing out of the machine.
So we had to empty it and place the contents on the worktops whilst we put our wash load in.
Also, we had to quite literally look in every cupboard in the hallway to find 1 X extra roll of toilet paper. As only 1 half roll was actually in the bathroom. A little stressed knowing we're there for 3 nights.
Also, the cupboards seemed to have laundry bags and linen just laying there unkept. Perhaps a dumping ground, or storage for the other properties within the building that they manage?

- Pradnya (7/5): Good - The location and ease of access was excellent. The instructions page was very helpful and user friendly. The bathroom extractor form was very dusty and had dust actively falling out at one point.
There was no shower gel or soap available so I had to buy this.
- Ferenc (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is spacious with a nice balcony, the beds were comfy and it was well-equipped. The underground is across the road and there is a grocery shop right under the building. The host confirmed our reservation in an hour, which was really helpful as we had to look for a place to stay for the same day.
- Irena (8/5): Very good - The apartment is conveniently located right next to a Tube station and there is a grocery store in the same building, which proved to be quite useful. The apartment is spacious and well-appointed, and the beds are comfy. The boiler was acting up, making strange and loud noises, and we kept running out of hot water, so we needed to reset it several times a day. Eventually the host sent the maintenance and the problem was fixed, but it was a bit of inconvenience.
