• Burcu (10/5): Her zaman oncelikle tercih edecegim daire - Konumu,temizligi,dairenin buyuklugu,tesise ulasim,ev sahibinin tutumu,toplu tasima ve marketlere yakinligi..Daha oncede bu dairede kalmistim ve seyahat tarihlerimde musaitligi olursa surekli konaklayacagim bir daire.. Koltuklarin dayanma yastiklarinin olmamasi ve daire kapisinin zor aciliyor olmasi

• Vasilis (1/5): Horrible, stay away - Nothing, the host was horrible. No communication after the booking. I made two separate bookings on different dates (non-refundable, no changes allowed), and before my first stay I requested to change my 1st booking dates (from 4 nights to 2). My request was written and the owner accepted my request verbally (I did not request any refund although I was about to stay 2 less days, since I appreciated the owners gesture to allow me change dates). BUT then I requested to have the change of dates officially written from the Booking.com app, and the owner claimed that this is not possible. The only written 'confirmation' I had is a message on the Booking.com app saying "welcome in 19" to which I replied again that I needed official change on the Booking.com app. Since then I had no response in the specific chat, for that specific stay. After this unprofessional and suspicious behaviour, of course I wanted to cancel both stays. I have also tried through booking's customer support but the owner didn't respond to their messages either! I also need to note that that my first stay was not cancelled, but the supposed period to stay there passed (original and requested alternative dates) and I did not receive any check in instructions from the owner. So, my stay was not either active, or cancelled and I had no communication with the property owner. On the 2nd stay I had at this property, and since the owner did not respond to any of my messages, I sent them again a message one hour after the check-in time, to which, for the first time the owner responded that they would "seat my right away" and that "they are waiting in the address few hours" (note check in is at 15:00 :) )and that "I can't make reservations and not show up" and also threatened me by saying "Please think about when you come next time". Then again no response to anything. The host was unprofessional, unethical and unreachable. Booking.com should reconsider its association with such unprofessional property owners. I strongly advise future guests to avoid this property.

• Anja (4/5): Not clean, good location. - I liked the location and the spaciousness of the apartment. The ironing station was convenient. The bathroom was dirty, the coffee table had sticky stains. The oven and the microwave were dirty. The insides of all the cupboards both in the kitchen and the bedroom were dirty. The only clean thing about the apartment were the sheets.
• Vasilka (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very clean and had everything that you needed.The location is great.
• Evelyne (8/5): Great place, can be perfect with some improvements - Apartment was very spacious, it was very nice and comfortable to stay there. View was nice, there is a balcony where you can seat and enjoy some view of the mountains. There was always hot water and strong flow. Air conditioner work great. Wi fi was great too. Pity some items was missing to make the place great to perfect. No soap or shampoo in the shower, no carpet in the shower (no in and no out) . No paper towels or kitchen towels in the kitchen. Just one toilet paper roll. No bed lamps!! Bed is super noisy, you can't turn on your side without waking your partner.

• Tristan (8/5): good place to stay - It was a nice stay for the week. The apartment style was very appealing to me. Nice view from the big windows. Not far from the center. Very good heating system and the water was always hot. The Wi-Fi is good and for most of the time. the apartment is quiet and the floors were warmed. The things I didn't like very much are: 1- there was a lot of dust on the floor. We even found some chopped fingernails near the couch. 2.The bed was barely holding onto blocks of wood, not the most sturdy bed in the world. One day it will crash on someone else's butt. 3.The ventilation in the bathroom was "so good" that if you leave it for too long it will start to pull air from the sewage system and the smell is awful. 4. The vent over the cooking area is position very low and you always bump your head on it. 5.The TV is not very useful because everything is in Bulgarian. It's not a smart TV. You can't log into your Netflix.
