• Marc (8/5): Comfortable and central stay. - The flat was incredibly well situated. It was central but also in a quiet well secured area. Furthermore, the flat is fully aligned with the pictures (which is not always the case), very well equipped (dish washer, washing machine, dryer, stocked cabinets with things like coffee, water etc.) and the balcony is very pleasant. Check in and out had no fuss, the flat was extremely clean and the general sound proofing of the flat is very good (which seems like a formality but in Cyprus is a rarity). All in all, the flat is incredibly comfortable and we would stay there again. We were not provided with a second key which was an issue for us as we were there with a 6 month old. As the key needs to be inserted into a switch at the entrance for the electricity in the flat to work, neither parent could leave the flat as the other was putting the baby to sleep (as the air conditioning would stop working). Second minor issue pertains to the pool which was not clean enough to be swam in (by anyone other than pigeons). Obviously it is not something that the owner of this flat is responsible for but it’s worth noting as the pool is just not clean.
• Mikko (5/5): Nice apt., discusting pool, weird extra charges - The apartment itself was nice, the problem was more with the pool. It is roomy apt with tidy appearance and convenient lay out. There were a lot of pidgeons around the pool all the time and accordingly there also was a lot of bird fecies and feathers in the pool and especially around. One of the beds broke in middle of the night and the host wanted to charge us 100€ for this incident (which we did not enjoy either). This was not our fault and even if it was, the amount was unfair compared to the damage/fixes required. It seemed like a way to get a few extra euros from us, as she also claimed the place needed extra cleaning - after 10 days with a beach going family, it’s not going to be spotless and cleaning was included, c’mon! She didn’t claim that later.
