• Dean (8/5): We enjoyed Florence, sure was hot outside this time of year August! - The whole apartment was clean , the coffee maker& poss was a welcome surprise, the guys offered to change a previously damaged toilet seat in the middle of our stay, but we declined, hopefully the cracked master toilet seat was changed before the next occupancy! The stairs & lack of the intermittent hot water were our negatives

• Hangyul (9/5): Convenient place close to train station and San Lorenzo market, overall good for families with school age kids. would us - This place was close to the train station and very close to the San Lorenzo market, making it convenient. The staff also went out of the way to place a cute stuffed animal on the bed to greet the kids, and they were very clear on instructions about checking and checkout and were proactive about communicating via WhatsApp.There were two bathrooms which were great for a family and a newer washer. The kitchen was a little bit sparse in terms of cookware (a bottle opener would have been helpful for beer/wine bottles). It is a two story apartment with a small narrow stairway entry so would recommend small bags. And because it is an older building, the water had a slightly metallic smell in the bathroom but wasn’t too off putting

• Anna (9/5): Great location and enough space for 4 adults - Communication with the team was great. Amazing location. The apartment was spotless and the kitchen well equipped. We loved that there were 2 bathrooms. The apartment is beautiful. I would have loved some traditional furniture, instead it was more modern and seemed a bit improvised. But the beds were comfortable.

However, it's really not a minus, just to let you all know. - Comfy beds. - All the necessary kitchen equipment is there, except the wine opener. :) - Money / value really good. - Awesome location. - Good Wi-Fi. - FYI both bedrooms are situated on the first floor, one with a bathroom. It is cold in the kitchen / living room in the evening, especially on the first day in the afternoon and evening, but the floor was cold for the whole of our stay. It really should be preheated before guests arrive.

This property is a short and flat walk to the train station as well as to the Duomo and other sites th - The location was a short walk to the train station - outstanding. The hot water supply and the showers were outstanding. The property was clean with excellent amenities, including a real Nespresso machine with a very generous selection of pods. • Anna (8/5): Very good - Location, bathrooms, washing machine, dishwasher We only got one key for 2 couples despite asking for a second key. The second bedroom is not properly closed up. It is on a platform. So in the morning you can hear everything from the living room and see the light being switched on.

We stayed only for one night but we had a wonderful time :) the apartment is very spacious and clean. it also had good ac, which is always nice when you're traveling to Florence in August :)) the collection of keys was very easy, we met with the guy responsible for check in at the apartment, he gave us the keys and a tour of the apartment. overall a VERY nice stay!! definitely would come back :)) nothing!

• Johanna (10/5): Beautiful cozy apartment - Beautiful little apartment in the San Lorenzo area. Walking distance to Santa María Novella y Piazza della Signoria. If you are traveling with family, this quaint place offers the perfect place to stay. Food options aplenty since it is literally steps away from the Market and the pedestrian road. We had a lovely time and the administrator was always quick to answer any question. There wasn't anything to complain about.
• June (7/5): Unbeatable location to explore Florence and nearby cities - The location is unbeatable. Super convenient to get to and from the Firenze SMN station and barely 10 mins to the Il Duomo area. Eateries were everywhere and the Mercato Centrale as just next door. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms make it very convenient for our family of 4. The host was very accommodating to check us in and store our luggage 2 hours earlier than stipulated even though the apartment was in the midst of a turnover from the last stay There were a couple of instances when then wifi and TV didn't work but after a reboot, things worked again. Not a big thing but I noted the other reviews said the same thing. The whole unit felt old and several items looked like it was going to fall off. I booked the place based on the high cleanliness rating and am unsure if our experience was a one off but the place was not clean. The bathmat smelled and had hairs of a previous stay, when we closed the toilet door, there were clumps of dust and air. I eventually used the floor wipes and did a quick wipe around the apartment and it was indeed super dusty and dirty. I think the cleaner didn't wipe the floors during the turnover. If not for the cleanliness, it would have much higher rating as everything else worked well.
