- Noah (2/5): Awful - The space is okay. Downstairs living areas are mediocrely appointed and not as spacious as appear in pictures. The upstairs balcony is the gem of the place, gorgeous views and lots of greenery. Good space for hosting. From the start this was a terrible experience. I had to contact Christos twice for him to collect payment and when he finally got me in touch with his personnel on the ground it seemed like they had never collected a payment before. He asked me to provide $4k in cash which is absurd, I ended up reading out my card number to him by phone and he is in Greece (very sketchy). Internet is TERRIBLE!!! There is a single system for two apartments which makes working a nightmare. This was never fixed. There is no dryer so plan to hang dry your clothes in rainy Medellín. There was a robbery in the building of a foreigner during my time there. Staff was terrible, rude, unresponsive and for the value and the quality of the furnishings the least they could do is be helpful. This place is a digital nomad’s worst nightmare. Christos is barely involved, extremely cheap. AC doesn’t work so bedrooms get really hot especially the master even with several fans on. It’s a real shame because the space has potential but from missing buttons on the TV remote, to balcony lights that don’t work, to blinds that don’t open and close properly this is just clearly a host who doesn’t care about his guests.
