From the telephone call for a deposit I was unaware I had too pay.In future could you incorporate ALL monies into the cost. Personally I believe you(booking.com) should have liased with both property and ourselves prior to the date we acquired the unit.There doors we couldn't open in both rooms too access balcony. Broken towel rails and other bathroom accessories plus 1 drain cover was broken as well.The toaster was broken and the carpets need to be rug doctored. All these discrepancies for the money we had paid are not in alignment. Can we be compensated for the below average unit in some way.Im trying too use your service regularly but this unit I believe is not of an acceptable standard. I await your response

• Maha (6/5): Pleasant - Perfect location for our stay purpose, easy access- the owner made good effort registering all the needed details in clear detailed videos, sepaceous 3 bedrooms apartment, balcony, all rooms with large windows with good ventilation. Private parking spot within secure indoors garage + 4 hrs guests parking spots which we found very helpful. would be great to leave some complementary sugar, tea and coffe/milk, we've arrived late at night and didn't have chance to buy any and couldn't find any in the property(except very old looking sugar container with solidified sugar on it). Only a used bottles of shampoo and shower gel with no cap on it, looked bad and no conditioner was available, no floor mats on the mainroom toilet with very tiny sink so any use of it will spill some water on the floor, so had to buy 2 floor mats and left it there so next guest won't have the same issue. overall was good experience but there is wide room to improve.

• Reem (4/5): This building needs a lot of work! - The room itself was passable. And there were comfortable beds. The owner was responsive and gave clear instructions. It’s a shame there’s not much else nice to say. The building is terribly maintained, or not at all it seems. The garage door to the parking was broken. The carpet needs to be changed. The level of dust and dirt on the balcony made it unoccupiable. Hot water comes on after 5 minutes of cold. Needs a controller.
• Abbey (10/5): Exceptional - Simple and easy instructions on how to access the garage, lifts and apartment. The videos and photos made it so much easier. The apartment itself was clean and tidy.
