- Ching (1/5): Bad - STAY AWAY!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!! While the property and the location is good, the company running this is the worst I have come across. The room was not ready in time, there's no shower gel and toilet paper. Worst of all, they didn't refund my deposit yet 3 person contacted me for 1 trip but none of them bothered to work out a solution to refund my deposit. One went silent, while the other ask many questions but never provide any solution. Until now, 4 days after I check out, I still have not received any information about my refund. STAY AWAY!!! STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE, DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY
