• Anton (7/5): I will not go back there again. - Location. Too much noise early morning from other guests on the floor! Breakfast area too small and variety of food is very bad. Frozen boiled eggs (so cold), no space, cold omelette,better will be to go to macdonalds or tim instead of the hotel. So poor

• Shari (9/5): Modern clean comfortable stay - Large clean comfortable room . Staff were very welcoming. Modern decor. Staff were helpful. Location is great for traveling through but not located in downtown area if visiting Bracebridge however lots of downtown parking was available.

• Simpson (9/5): - Everything was great. The location, the room and the service. The continental breakfast was so convenient. The size of the garbage cans in the room. You hardly put anything in them and it made the room messy. I would not like to be the one to have to clean them either. Everything else was great.

• Debra (10/5): It was a great relaxing stay. - Location is great. Very clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It was very quiet, had really good restful sleeps. 😊 The only thing that wasn’t great was the breakfast. The oatmeal was very thick and gooey, not flavourful. The toaster didn’t work well. The hard boiled eggs were good, and the fried eggs and sausages were good.

• Chantal (10/5): Nice place. - Newer hotel and really nice. Comfortable and clean with all you need at the location. Good price. My stay was short. Wish there was more choice for breakfast but it had all basics there is and food was ok.

• Diana (9/5): Very good with friendly staff and a clean comfortable room! - Breakfast was decent but it was a busy time and crowded due to all of us playing hockey at the Ontario Winter Games in Huntsville. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the hotel was newer which is always nice. Not having a large winter mat just inside the room door to put our wet winter boots on since it was so cold and so much snow. We had pools of water on the floor and it's not fun to step in water with your socks!

• Ayala-Harvey (10/5): Our stay was phenomenal with a clean and fresh space to sleep in. The staff was great and helpful - The breakfast was great and very fresh. The staff did a great job with keeping the space nice and clean as well. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant, kind, and eager to offer any support. The times that the pool and gym were open was short. Because we got there around 730 and pool was occupied by the children of the hockey tournament families, we did not have any time to enjoy the pool nor the pool since it closed at 9pm and opened at 9am.!

• Ashley (9/5): Fantastic little kid friendly getaway! We can’t wait to return! - The staff are phenomenal. Top notch customer service. They are friendly and personable while going above and beyond what is expected. The amenities are great and kept us entertained our entire stay. I can’t really say anything bad. There were a few minor details but it would honestly be nitpicking.

Breakfast was early and I missed it. Would have liked some options for people who eat breakfast later. I have to take meds in the morning and had to leave the hotel to get breakfast. Breakfast that was already included in my stay.

To add, the breakfast and 24 hour coffee/tea station was 10/10. We really enjoyed our stay! We had to wait almost an hour over check-in time for our rooms. However, we were accommodated with connecting rooms and we were very pleased about that.
• Dean (8/5): New and clean hotel with some amenities to entertain the kids - Breakfast tasted very good with many options. The pool was warm with a wall fall that the kids liked playing with. The rooms where small but confortable. The ball was missing from the fooseball tables, so I went to Walmart to buy pingpong balls so the kids could play the game. At the pool it seems they where almost always out of towels.

• Natasha (6/5): Not terrible but not great, likely won’t stay again - The hotel was clean & front desk staff were pleasant. The location is great & easy to find. The bathrooms are a good size & I liked that they have liquid hand soap and lotion.. most hotels offer bar soap so this was nice to have. The rooms are very small, the beds were uncomfortable & the blanket is very thin and rough. The breakfast didn’t have much selection, no fruit other than old apples that were literally rotting. The parking situation was frustrating & the parking lot was not shovelled or salted making it difficult to walk through
