• Mishb (5/5): Passable - The location was easy to get to by taxi. There was no toilet paper or hand soap. We had to sleep with windows open as it was extremely hot in the apartment which made it very noisey. There were fans but they didn’t really do much.

• Josie (10/5): Great place to stay. Walking distance to duomo cathedral - it’s a great place to stay. Close to the duomo cathedral. You can even walk home. Clean & it’s a big safe place to stay No AC, fun don’t even works, if we open the window for air bugs comes in. Shower drainage is clog. Apartment door so have to lock. If this will fix it will be a perfect place to stay

• Emma (1/5): Awful - Nothing We stayed here for one night and I can honestly say it was shocking from start to finish! Even entering the building was a pain we had no idea what we was doing and they wouldn’t let us check in any earlier than 4pm which I find awfully late. The beds were uncomfortable and the shutters didn’t go down so when we woke up in the morning it was so bright! The shower was freezing cold and the fridge didn’t work!

• Liezel (8/5): Very bad - Public transport nearby Too bad! The address that was given to us is not the same when you put in google maps, even locals don’t know exactly where the apartment is. No microwave and the stove is not even working. They don’t answer chat/email so goodluck if you get lost or get locked outside the apartment

Close to everything No parking available,you need to find the parking around or to pay garage per day, the closest is around 300 m from the apartment. In the apartment you can not fix the temperature, it is very cold during the night. I also asked to stay few hours more,after the check out,since we were with a baby, but they did not allow. Check in at 16:00 and check out no later than 11:00. Not even 24 hrs. Terrible price for the service they provide.

• Ivy (6/5): Pleasant - big space, the apartment was very nice, cleanliness all way good hairblower was in bad condition(need to change), the bed matress was too hard on my back, I didnt feel the heater… the room was cold, and the water after 2 baths ,hot water was gone😩

• Tuzelbek (4/5): It was good. - It is clean and comfortable. Also of course the location is so nice. It was cold. We have little child so it was the problem and the cooker didn’t work. We arrived at night couldn’t use the cooker but in the morning 30 mins before the check- out they fixed the problem.

• Robert (10/5): Clean Gem Close Enough to Tourist Sites - The close enough proximity to attractions (~20-25 minute walk). The unit was clean and very safe. The electronic key to enter/exit the building and unit were very convenient. It took a minute or so to figure out how to close the unit door but it was easier than imagined. Parking is *not* convenient and expensive ($6 euros for 2 hours *and* you can only park once in the immediate area). I had to walk about 10 minutes away for the most reasonable parking rate ($23 euros/24 hours).

• Kieran (8/5): Milan - All necessary local amenities within minutes of walking and easy location to linate airport Very clean and tidy Perfect size Plenty of shampoo and soap left for guests Only downfall is no air con and the trams were very noisy because of needing the windows open No air con was written in the description so we knew it wasn't there but didn't expect the room to be so hot!

• Garie (2/5): Review of Casa Vittoria in Milan - The place is clean and quite modern. Very near to the TRAM and about 8 minutes walk to the nearest metro. It was August 26 when we stayed in that apartment, so it was at the peak of the summer in Milan, the temperature was about 26°C at night time and it was up to 36°C during day time, therefore it was hot and humid. The apartment eventhough it is modern and in a great location, however it was really hot as well. The host provided 2 tower fan that is better than useless... it blows air but very weak. How I wish that the owner or the host would stay in that room in that humid and hot temperature and let them experience what we have experienced. Perhaps they might consider changing the electric fan so they know how uncomfortable it was. We opened some of the windows, but the noise from the tram and cars outside was irritating, and the worst part of open windows.... mosquitoes were all over the house. My 2 boys were bitten all over their bodies, the youngest had 20 mosquito bites and my eldest had 10 bites! We barely had a proper sleep, we were awake up to 2.30am due to heat, fell to sleep due to tiredness and woke up at 6am. Would I come back to that place, definitely NOT unless it has air-conditioning system. Should I recommend? I won't! I should've followed my instinct and should've listened to the review that I read about this apartment. It was disappointing!
• Doreen (8/5): With a aircondion could it be a favorit location in the city. - Location of apartment, size of apartment, nice house. Unfortunately toooooo hot, no air-condition. When you open the windows too loud because the tram ( sounds like drive through the room). Some more glases would be nice.
• Thomas (3/5): Perfect property only for winter season - The location was very good, rooms were spacious, decoration was good and the property was clean Unfortunately our stay was during a heat wave period (during the night around 32degC) and the property offered portable fans but were NOT WORKING.Therefore our stay was one of the worst ever. It goes without saying that in southern countries like Italy, air-conditioning is standard across offered properties so in case that portable fans are available, they should at least be working in order for visitors to be able to sleep.
• Ευαγγελοσ (1/5): Awful experience - The location of the apartment. The check in process was quite complicated and there were hidden charges just before the check in. The lack of air conditioning made it impossible to stay in the room, let alone to sleep. Most of the light bulbs were missing and the window shutter in the master bedroom was broken, so the sunlight made it impossible to sleep. Although we paid a fair amount of money there was not a single bottle of water in the refrigerator which was also broken. Finally all the pillows were made out of cheap foam and they were very uncomfortable.

• Magda (5/5): Nice apartment but stressful - Location is good although it is very noisy due to the big street where trams also circulate. The apartment is spacious but without air conditioning. The two provided fans are too small for the size of the rooms and not sufficient to cool down the temperature in a noticeable manner. We had a big problem to check in. We arrived shortly before 23h and had to wait for more than one hour before the host answered our calls and messages, despite the fact that according to the information provided on booking.com, the check in should be available until midnight. It was very stressful as we were not sure that the host would ever pick up his phone. The host never apologised. The kitchen is under equipped. There is no frying pan , no wooden spoons, only 2 glasses.

• Katrina (9/5): Amazing space - Loved how big the place was and the cleanliness of the whole space. Getting in and out of the building was very easy with the lock system. Hosts were really nice about letting us leave our luggage until after check out since we were leaving the city a bit later. There was a slight stain on the bedding.

• Lázaro (7/5): Good - Everything was clean, apartment is big and comfortable. Great location with walk distance to the duomo or trem in front of the building. They don't have a microwave and the stove didn't work, so we couldn't use the kitchen.
• Sila (10/5): It was great location and a very nice apartment, suitable for 4 people with availability to park. The owner was kind eno - The location was great! It was 15 minutes walk from Duomo and there was a parking place (blue lines) just in front of the apartment. The apartment was very spacious and clean. We arrived very late but the check in was extremely easy withh everything automated. We would have appreciated if there were a couple coffee capsules in the apartment, we had to go out and buy it ourselves even though none of us have a capsule coffee machine that we can use later on:)

• Sirin (5/5): Not comfortable because of the shower and the behavior of the owner - The apartment was located perfectly 1. The shower; the part where the shower head should be hung was broken, so I couldn't hang the shower head but had to hold it with one hand while showering. this was inconvenient. If you ask 200 EUR per night, you should take care of these basic elements. 2. the owner made an exception for the check-in time, allowing me to check in an hour earlier, however, when I was sitting in the apartment and planning to take a shower, a strange man walked into the apartment who turned out to be the cleaner, not really comfortable either. When i said something about it, the owner did not even apologize but stated that it wasn’t that strange as they let me in the apartment earlier..

• Victoria (10/5): Spacious, comfortable, and chic, Casa Vittoria provided us a great, safe place to stay! - The apartment was spacious and the cleaning staff was exceptionally friendly. The apartment was located right beside a grocery store and we very much enjoyed being able to cook dinner every night after days exploring the city of Milan We had a great amount of trouble getting checked in because we were not provided the accurate code to get in the door. I highly recommend this apartment but that was very irritating; make sure your code you gwt from booking.com is accurate. Verify it with the hotel.
• Joseph (9/5): Very enjoyable city break. Perfect for family. - Location was great. Clean. Spacious. Entry system was a little fiddly having to load phone every time and once we returned with the phone on 1% (we cut short the evening) to make sure we could get in.
• Hansyah (5/5): For the location near the city centre it is ok, but for the accomodation I definitely will not recommend. - Nearby city centre, just 15 min walking distance. Neat and tidy. New sheets and towels. Lots of space. Fast text response from owner. No water kettle to boil water, no microwave, stofe available but no gas in the beginning, but at the last day after many text conversations with the owner I found finally the gas tap. The towel hanger fell of the wall. The shower drain got clogged on the first day on arrival and during our stay, very annoying. Expensive parking in front of the building.
