- Dieter (7/5): Grossartige Lage! Man braucht aber viel Toleranz, um sich wohlzufühlen. - Die Lage in der Fussgängerstrasse direkt am "Plaza de la Cultura" ist ausgezeichnet, besser geht es nicht. Mein Zimmer 704 in der siebten Etage ist sehr gross. Vom Balkon aus schaut man hinunter auf die Fussgängerstrasse, zum Platz und auf viele wichtige Gebäude mit den Bergen im Hintergrund. Die Betten sind super bequem. Das Heisswasser im Badezimmer hat um die 40°, ausgezeichnet. Schrank und viele Schubladen zum Verstauen des Gepäcks sind vorhanden. Die Einrichtung (ausser Matratzen) ist abgewohnt. Beleuchtung des Zimmers war unzureichend. Eine Stehlampe war defekt. Für meinen 17-tägigen Aufenthalt erhielt ich 2 batteriebetriebene Handlampen; ncht sehr praktisch beim Lesen im Bett. In einem schönen Speisesaal durfte das Frühstück nicht eingenommen werden, es wurde auf's Zimmer gebracht. Das Personal für Frühstück und Reinigung war freundlich, das Personal am Empfang nicht immer und bei kleineren Pannen wenig hilfsbereit. Fernseher, Klimanalage und Telefon habe ich nicht benutzt, weil keinerlei Infos und/oder Bedienungsanleitungen vorhanden waren. Für den Safe im Zimmer fehlten auch die Infos und die Eingabe von Codes funktionierte nicht; mit Hilfe eines Schlüssels (der dazu dient, beim Vergessen eines Codes den Safe zu öffnen) konnte ich den Safe benutzen. Wenn etwas nicht funktioniert, kann man nicht unbedingt mit Abhilfe rechnen.

- David Orozco (10/5): Una excelente opción para conocer San José a pie y realizar tours a playas, volcanes, selvas, etc. - La ubicación privilegiada, el personal de recepción y el desayuno a la habitación. El hotel está a unos metros de donde te recogen los tour operadores para hacer excursiones. Dado que pasan a las 5 AM, es muy cómodo estar hospedado justamente ahí. El personal de recepción es sumamente atento y cordial. Diariamente te llevan tu desayuno a la habitación a la hora que indiques, lo cual es un plus.

- CHUNG CHI (6/5): 調包房間的旅館 - 地點在市區中心 我訂的是有陽台的房間，旅館給我們沒陽台的房間。櫃台小姐說是booking 搞錯，她們有陽台的房間已經都客滿了，要我們跟booking 平台申訴，一直把責任推給booking 平台，也不想用沒陽台的價格算房價。我們堅持要有陽台，不然沒陽台要以沒陽台的房價計算。她還是一貫回應是booking 的錯。僵持半小時多，才給我們有陽台的房間。入住後才發現有陽台的房間還有空房。

- John (8/5): - The location right in the central city was great. The pedestrian-only streets made walking around the area very pleasant. The room and hotel could use some maintenance and upkeep. The air conditioning didn't work and the room needed a paint job and new flooring. Even for a budget hotel this barely met the minimum standards. We had a vehicle so had to park 4 blocks away in a parkade as there was no on-site parking and the hotel entrance is on one of the pedestrian streets.

Molto bene servito e plus il park a 10 dollari al giorno nella via dietro (chiuso, sorvegliato). La pulizia (penso molto sia dovuto ai serramenti poco isolati) lascia un po' a desiderare.

- Donatella (4/5): Di nuovo non c'era niente solo il nome - La posizione è ottima.il frigo in camera funzionava perfettamente e molto silenzioso. La struttura fatiscente , moquette dappertutto e sporca, copriletto sporchi, arredi vecchissimi e rovinate, le finestre non si potevano aprire, la porta del bagno scassata e l'interruttore della luce funzionava a tratti perché la placca non era fissata bene al muro.

Não não sei agem de má fé ou realmente foi algo aleatório que ocorreu comigo. Reservei no Booking a opção Hostel, porque dizia ser Hotel e Hostel. Quando cheguei me disseram que não existia mais o Hostel e que só teria a opção de Hotel, sendo o preço da diária 4x mais que o preço que eu pagaria no Hostel. Me pegou totalmente desprevenida, porque viajo com o dinheiro todo planejado e tive esse custo inesperado.

La ubicación y la vista de una pequeña parte de la ciudad, Específicamente la calle frente a La plaza de la Cultura. Fue lo que más me gustó 🙂 El lugar no estaba muy limpio y había un olor poco agradable como a viejo, la alfombra se veía vieja y descuidada creo que el olor era por la alfombra incluso mi esposo tuvo que ir a comprar un olor ambiental a un supermercado cercano, el Balcón sucio y descuidado, las cortinas sumamente sucias y no cubrían el total de la ventana dejando pasar la Luz de afuera toda la noche fue difícil para dormir... el aire acondicionado no funcionó, como alas 3 am intenté comunicarme para ver si me podían ayudar con el aire por que era demasiado el calor por el teléfono de la habitación y tampoco funcionó....😐 Tuve que llamar desde mi celular Y por último el edredón no estaba limpio quise ir a comprar alguna sábana pero era tarde y no encontré.... De verdad fue decepcionante no importa si el hotel y las cosas están un poco viejitas pero si huele y se vé limpio uno se siente cómodo y seguro pero no fue así.... Alas 4y30 de la mañana vino el técnico a reparar el aire y aún no funcionó hasta que lo ensendio directo, las 6 am tuve que volver a llamar por que el aire dejó de funcionar, me dijeron que me podían cambiar de habitación, me enviaron las llaves y fuimos a verlo pero no nos gustó mi esposo dijo que mejor nos quedábamos ahí al fin y al cabo debíamos de salir en unas pocas horas... El desayuno típico estuvo bien y el café rico . Me da mucha pena escribir esto pero creo que es importante, ojalá lo puedan corregir un poco, osea no importa si algo es un poquito viejo mientras esté bien aseado y huela a limpio, ejemplo el paño estaba deshilachado pero olía limpio, a jabón y cloro .

- Xenia (5/5): Super nettes Personal, jedoch ist das Hotel extrem in die Jahre gekommen und das Zimmer sehr unsauber. - Die Lage ist super zentral, aber extrem laut, da die Ampeln die ganze Nacht in voller Lautstärke „piepen“. Selbst durchs geschlossene Fenster konnte man das Ampelsignal laut hören. Der Balkon war voller Tauben, was an sich ja nicht schlimm ist. Jedoch sind die Tauben direkt ins Zimmer geflogen, sobald man die Balkontür aufgemacht hat. Überall lagen Federn und zum Teil Taubenschiss auf dem Teppich.
- Åsa (1/5): Boka inte här!!! - Inget! Det var en man som jobbade i receptionen som blev arg, suckade och var allmänt otrevlig när vi sa till att vi hade fått ett felaktigt rum. Vi hade bokat ett rum med balkong och fick ett utan. Efter att han gett oss fel rum två gånger fick vi till slut ett rum som vi hade bokat. Vi visade upp bokningsbekräftelsen från booking.com där det stod att det var ett rum med balkong men han vidhöll att vi hade bokat ett annat.

Nice panoramic city view of the capital from balcony ( you can see the mountain even from 4th floor ). Spotless clean. Very ,cooperative staff ( especially Ricardo). Decent staff to check at 10 am. as soon as my room has been cleaned. ( in contrast to other hostels, e.g., " Costarica Bacpackers " : where the rude staff asked to charge 8 $ , just to sit on the couch in the lobby for 3 hours !!! , before check-in, otherwise they cancel your entire booking!!). Good wifi in rooms, real value for your money Balcony floor & room carpet need some rennovation

- Romina (7/5): - La ubicación, fácil acceso sobre la peatonal. Es un alojamiento para pasar la noche y nada más. Tenía una heladerita y una cafetera La instalaciones son viejas, la habitación tiene alfombra y hay mucho olor a humedad

- Gerardo (6/5): - Buena ubicación La habitación no le funcionaba el control de lal tv, había un teléfono para llamar a recepción que no funcionaba, para colmo la habitación el quinto piso y el elevador no servía. Terrible!! deben mejorar esas situaciones sobre todos por qué lo clientes son adultos mayores....y le fue difícil subir y bajar escalones hasta el quinto piso.

- Dave (6/5): Good location, good staff, value for the money. - Centrally located, right next to Plaza de la Cultura. Good staff, very helpful answering questions. Decent facilities. It’s definitely an older place.
- Jolanta (7/5): - Hotel je přímo v centru Kousek od hotelu je casino a celou noc až do 5h do rána je slyšet hudba. Měli jsme pokoj s balkonem ,ale ten byl absolutně nepoužitelný-jednak tam nebylo žádné sezení a jednak tam bylo plno holubího trusu .Pokud jste nechal otevřené balkonové dveře tak do pokoje vlítli holubi

- Nagore (3/5): Mala experiencia - La ubicación y la amabilidad de los trabajadores. El hotel esta muy viejo y necesita una reforma urgente. El suelo enmoquetado y los edredones antiguos no huelen bien. Tuvimos varias cucarachas en la habitación. El restaurante estaba cerrado por Sanidad.
