• Maurice (9/5): - Clean, central, Close to everything 15 minutes away to the central places. 3-4 minutes away from the Metro and 2-3 minutes away from the tram. Very convenient. Very spacious. The stuff is nice The bed is okay, but I think a new mattress will improve the comfort

• Klarissa Isabella (1/5): Broken bed, terrible customer service - Initially I wasn’t going to write a review because I understand that things happen, and it’s not always the property’s fault. However, give the way they treated the situation, I feel like it should be addressed. We left the property after 2 nights, instead of staying for 6 as initially planned. The bed was partially broken, with one side having damaged bed slaps, which made it impossible for one person to sleep. The apartment was also not super clean. Surfaces were very clean, but sheets, duvet and towels were not great. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner too. We contacted the property who agreed to refund us for the rest of the stay, not giving a full refund, which I guess is fine, but not ideal given the horrible experience. The issue is that the property was incredibly slow in responding to us and Booking.com itself. It took nearly two weeks to process the refund, which Booking.com said is incredibly long and usually it takes a lot less. On top of it, the partial refund we got was less than what it should have been since certain dates are priced differently, instead of getting 260 euros refunded, we only got a little less than 230. If you book this property, i recommend double checking that the bed has been fixed, and if you have any issues, best of luck with that
• aniabb89 (7/5): - Apartament w dość dobrej lokalizacji, bliskość metra i tramwaju pozwala dość szybko dostać się do centrum Aten i najważniejszych zabytków. Wygodny materac na łożku i poduszki (duży plus za dwie poduszki dla każdej osoby). Dla nas , Polaków którzy do śniadania piją herbatę - plus za czajnik (chociaż musiałam go w środku umyć bo był cały z kamienia). Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem lokalu (dopytywaliśmy o bojler bo instrukcja była dla nas nie do końca jasna i dostaliśmy szybko odpowiedź). W mieszkaniu było dość czysto (prysznic, podłogi, balkon były posprzątane). Miejsce ma potencjał ale jest zaniedbane. Widać, że przydałby się remont. Lodówka chłodzi bardzo słabo, więc mieliśmy obawy, że nasze produkty kupione na śniadanie się zepsują. Jednego dnia zaczęła spod niej wyciekać woda. Na szczęście zdarzyło się to tylko raz. Rury pod umywalką w łazience przeciekają, przez co w dolnej szufladzie zbiera się duża ilość wody która potem ścieka na podłogę. Łóżko jest wygodne (materac i poduszki) ale okropnie skrzypi. Każdy ruch jednej z osób budzi w nocy drugą osobę. Nawet zwykły ruch nogą powoduje, że wszystko trzeszczy. Trzeba pewnie naprawić stelaż ale nikt tego nie zrobił do tej pory. W kuchni kilka naczyń w szafce było brudne i tłuste i musieliśmy je sami najpierw umyć. Talerzy, kubków i sztućcow jest wystarczająco dla dwóch czy trzech osób. Natomiast jeśli ktoś chciałby gotować sobie sam wszystkie posiłki to raczej brakuje mniejszych garnków (był tylko jeden wielki). Jednego dnia jak wrócilismy do apartamentu to na podłodze w kuchni znaleźliśmy już prawie martwego karalucha. Nie wiemy na ile gospodarze mają na to wpływ, no ale trzeba mieć na uwadze że się zdarzają takie sytuacje... W mieszkaniu jest pralka ale nie ma żadnej suszarki na której można byłoby rozwiesić pranie (albo mokre ręczniki). W łazience przydałyby się też haczyki na duże ręczniki. Szczerze mówiąc wahałam się pomiędzy oceną 6 a 7. Ale tak jak pisałam - miejsce ma potencjał tylko trzeba o nie bardziej zadbać.
• Sneidere (5/5): Vai tas ir standarts vai nolaidība? - Dzeramā ūdens pudele Netīra gulta un dvieļi ar matiem! Vannas istabā bija beigts liels prusaks. Balkons bija netīrs un nelietojams. Maz virtuves piederumu. Saimnieka pienākums ir šo nepieļaut!

• Josef (10/5): Exceptional - We had a wonderful stay at this stylish and spacious apartment! The location is perfect – just a short walk to the metro, so you can easily reach all parts of the city. For dinner, the charming neighborhood of Koukaki is just 10 minutes away on foot. One of our highlights was the lovely little café right on the corner with excellent coffee and pastries – perfect for enjoying breakfast on the beautiful balcony. The Saturday farmers’ market right outside the door was a real treat, offering fresh fruit and vegetables. The host was super friendly, gave us great local tips, and responded quickly to all our messages.
• Monica (10/5): It Was a Cozy and Enjoyable Stay- Perfect! - The apartment is located, conveniently, outside the hustle and bustle of touristy Athens, in a wonderful neighborhood with all the amenities. Nearby, is the number 2 red metro line, and just two stops away, the Acropolis, offering restaurants and great walks. The apartment is on a quiet street, and inside, it is very cozy, and bed extremely comfortable. It comes with a fully functional kitchen, large bathroom, and inviting living room space. The area is very quiet. The host is friendly, and very accommodating. There is a grocery store, about a minute walk away, and every Saturday, a large and busy farmer’s market, offering a variety, of fruits, vegetables, and fish. Everything was great!
• Anna (10/5): Lovely place in a safe neighbourhood - The apartment is good sized, in a safe, quiet local neighbourhood, close to transport links, supermarkets, great value restaurants and 20-25 minute walk from the Acropolis or two stops on the red metro line. It has all you'd need for a short but also long stays. Communication with the host is great. We really enjoyed our stay there as it was a perfect place to relax after busy days sightseeing. I wouldn't hesitate to book again and recommend to family and friends. Also, if you're there on a Saturday, check out the local produce market that sets up just around the corner!
• Vasiliki (6/5): Conveniently situated - -The host is super polite, attending and eager to provide support. -The apartment's proximity to the ''Neos Kosmos'' metro and tram station. It's 4 mins on foot, which is really convenient. -There is also a super market nearby and a farmer's market every Saturday. -I stayed for a whole month, so without a proper stove and a range hood it was impossible for me to cook. -The sofa is hard and uncomfortable, I almost didn't use it. -The clothes airer can barely fit at the back balcony, which made it challenging to hang my clothes. -The front balcony is right above the neighbourhood garbage bin, which made it impossible to sit at the balcony or even open the front window to air the apartment.

• Kirsi (9/5): Superb - Apartment was so nice and clean. Large bathroom was a pro. It was easy to keep in touch with the owner. Location is super. I loved the street. Area is safe and metro and tram are close. It's also short walk to the city. Definitely could come back.

• 彩庭 (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was in good condition, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen had almost everything we needed, and the AC worked very well. The location is ideal, too. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood full of friendly people and not far from the main tourist spots. The host, Liroy, was very helpful and responded to our messages promptly. We are glad that we chose to stay here. The apartment made our trip to Athens even better!
• Jan (9/5): Wonderful! - Spacious apartment with everything you need for a few days' stay in the city. Close to shops, well-connected, and the area is quite safe. Great communication with the host. Just wonderful!
• Chao (9/5): Pleasant, quiet, and comfortable - The location is great, near the center of the city and close to the Acroplis. The room is clean and spacious. Have a few good restaurants nearby. There is a local farmers' market Saturday right down the street, and I got some fresh fruits from the market, which were very delicious and inexpensive. The cost if inexpensive compare to high-end hotels nearby. There is no view but I should't complain at this price.
• Maryuri (9/5): It was a nice experience and loved the neighborhood - The apartment is very comfortable and situated in a very quiet area, close to public transportation (train and tram) and downtown. The Neos Kosmos neighborhood is very pleasant. A neighbor was very kind and helped me find the lockbox to open the front door and led me to the right apartment.
• Vanessa (9/5): fantastic - location was absolutely fantastic, just make sure you dont leave or arrive on days where train and tram are striking, then you have to walk, but its still not too far. bed was very comfortable, couch and tv were great. washer and dryer was a bonus! not very much hot water, and boiler light does not turn on
• Helena (10/5): Great stay, helpful owner, close to anywhere - We have been very happy with our stay at Garden of Eden, true paradise ❤️ Clean and spacey rooms, fully equipped, balcony in front with seatings and a smaller one from the bedroom, so you can create a little breeze through the rooms. In the night, when you shut the curtains, its quiet and dark for the best sleep. Also comfy beds! WiFi functioning and stable, no problem with hot water, the owner sends precise instruction and also responds very quicky to any question 🙏 Coffee place right at the corner and market like 1 minute walk. metro station Neos Kosmos in the same street is 2 stations from Acropolis. Smaller restaurants and bistros also in walking distance, also a tram station. Happy to choose this place, thank you!
