I really enjoyed my stay and would ha - The staff were always incredibly helpful and friendly, no matter what we needed. The sea view was absolutely amazing and made our stay even more special. If I had to mention something, it would be that the booking said breakfast was included, but in the end it wasn’t. However, this was not really a problem, because Istanbul is full of fantastic places where you can enjoy a delicious traditional Turkish breakfast.

• Mabel000 (10/5): Lovely hotel - Clean, friendly staff and excellent location. Walking distance to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Basilica Cistern as well as public transport. Also close to Grand Bazaar. Room was comfy and nicely furnished. Hairdryer and TV didn't work but I watch stuff on my tablet and bring my own hairdryer anyway. Considering the value for money, location and efficiency of staff, it really didn't bother me at all.

Engin, alla reception,l'anima dell'hotel, ci ha "accompagnati" in questa "passeggiata" nella bellissima e vissuta Istanbul e contagiati con la sua inesorabile passione per la storia. Ritorneremo assolutamente! Aggiungerei la colazione nei servizi dell'hotel.

È la seconda volta che scelgo questo Hotel a distanza di 1 anno e devo dire che non mi ha delusa. Il servizio navetta eccellente, le persone alla Reception molto gentili, la posizione è perfetta, a due passi dalla fermata del tram e nei dintorni è pieno di ristoranti molto carini e buoni. La stanza ha le dimensioni necessarie per 2 persone e passano a pulire tutti i giorni. Sceglierò e consiglierò questa struttura sempre. È stato tutto perfetto.

• Molly (7/5): Overall would recommend - Great location! - Great location, moments away from Sultanahmet tram stop which can connect you all over the city and only 10-15 mins walk from the blue mosque and Hagia Sofia. The staff were very helpful too! Great for a long weekend trip, most time spent outside of the hotel anyway. Nothing we didn’t like per se but if you look closely then the room could use some upgrades/updating.

Todos da recepção são muito educados e sempre à disposição, seja para ajudar com informações das atrações ou com o transfer para o aeroporto. O quarto 501 é pequeno e a janela também é pequena, mas sei que tem outras acomodações diferentes no hotel.

• Csenge Dankó (6/5): Ár-érték arányban megfelelő, de a szálloda leírása nem mindenben fedi a valóságot. - A szoba megfelel a képeken láthatónak, a személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Látszik, hogy a felújítás a látványra ment, nem pedig a minőségre. A fürdőszoba és háló közötti üvegfalnál a redőnyt nem lehetett állítani, a kapcsoló el volt törve A zuhanyzó üvegfalánál a tömítés rossz volt, így a víz minden alkalommal kifolyt. A teraszajtót nem lehetett rendesen kinyitni, ugyanis a szobában lévő oszlop útban volt, klasszikus tervezési hiba. A leírással ellentétben a tetőteraszon nem üzemel sem bár, sem étterem, a recepció elmondása szerint az már korábban végleg bezárt. A földszinten kizárólag egy féle vörösbor volt elérhető, melynek a fajtáját (merlot) a pincér nem tudta megmondani, nem értett hozzá, annyit tudott róla mondani, hogy "vörös". A képekkel ellentétben gyümölcs és bor bekészítés nem volt a szobában.

• Anita (8/5): Sollten wir wieder nach Istanbul reisen, kommen wir gerne wieder 😁 - Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sogar fußläufig. Das Personal war überaus zuvorkommend und freundlich. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und auch die Matratze war gemütlich.

• Héctor (8/5): - The location was excellent, very conveniently located next to several landmarks, many restaurants, cafés, etc., as well as a tramway station to reach other areas. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, including water bottles restocked when the room was cleaned. The staff were very nice and accommodating. One of the sides of the bathroom was a transparent glass next to the bed, meaning that privacy was very reduced. There were some blinds within the glass but the system to adjust them was broken. If sitting on one side of the bed, you could make direct eye contact with the person sitting on the toilet.

• Ajla (10/5): Overall, a great hotel with an amazing location, clean rooms, and a special charm. - We had a really great stay at Hotel Mina in Istanbul and can absolutely recommend it. Location: The location is excellent – both the Grand Bazaar and Sultanahmet are easily reachable on foot within just a few minutes. Perfect for exploring the main sights without any hassle. Room: The rooms were very clean and well maintained, and we felt comfortable right away. Everything was tidy and well organized. Terrace: A real highlight was the rooftop terrace – especially in the evening! It offers a beautiful atmosphere with a fantastic view over the city, giving you a true Istanbul feeling. Staff: The staff were very friendly, especially Husein. He was incredibly kind to our daughter, which made our stay even more special.

The bed in particular was firm and comfortable, which was great particularly after a day of sightseeing. The shower was powerful and hot at all times. Staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. It would have been nice if they supplied more tea, coffee and water.
