• Joshua (4/5): Disappointing - Rm 101 is right by the main entrance to the property. Hear the main door slamming all hours of the night and day. Other rooms are far from main entrance. Room 101 is the most disappointing for this property

• Faisal (1/5): Pathetic - I reserved my room and upon showing up they said they are fully booked. I travelled like 9 hrs and this was so stressful. I had to look for another hotel, they didn't care to call me to confirm. Definitely not recommended, stay away guys.

• Nauman (4/5): I’ll never stay again. I’ll not recommend for families or young couples. - Location only Very poor support. no room amenities no washroom amenities not even a drinking water provided. All rooms were upstairs with very steep staircase and risky for young kids never recommended for the family. no Conceirage or reception staff available even no online support available after midnight. They provided us after requests. But those were hand towels, which were dirty and stained.

• Mazen (5/5): Not a preferable place to stay. - The bed and the room was clean There is no reception area, and no staff. Only one worker. There was no one to take my luggage from the room upon check out. I called the only guy in the morning there on mobile for check out, and he told me my duty is at 2pm. Now I am sleeping! Wow, amazing services. I won't recommend it to stay at.
• Jamah (4/5): They lie, they don’t have wifi, and don’t leave anything valuable in it as they come inside without permission when you’ - It was close to where I had to go while staying there. It said there was WiFi but there was no wifi. The description lied about having wifi. They said that haven’t even installed any wifi. Also, someone entered my room while I was not there. That was a serious security breach.
