- Lisa (7/5): Groovy retro apartment! - I liked the afternoon breeze and view from lounge and balcony, thoughtful decor, nice touches with welcome snack and coffee voucher. Main bedroom was very spacious. Loved retro features! Location was good with proximity to walking tracks and short drive to town if needed. Would stay there again. Bedrooms got very hot in summer weather, shutters are more effect than blinds but some ceiling fans would be a good addition to the bedrooms. Also blinds for bathroom n toilet, it got quite hot and glary with morning sun! Would still stay again as there is aircon in lounge area and a pedestal fan to move around.

- Mohibi (5/5): Passable - Location was perfect. Kitchen was nice and clean. Bathroom was very tiny and outdated. Carpet smells and worst thing was too many cockroaches. The unit was infested with cockroaches.

- Lisa (6/5): Affordable accommodation in easy location . Just bring your earbuds - Close to beach and lake . Great spaces for sitting in the sun and the beds were comfy. The noise was a problem. I didn’t realise that it was on a main road so the traffic noise started from 5am . The neighbor also had the tv on loud from 3am and constant till late morning which we could hear thru the walls .
- Michelle (8/5): Short family get away - Clean linen and comfy beds. Nice leather coach. Kids loved the bean bags although they need more beans. Washing machine and dryer was handy to have - bring your own washing powder. There was plenty of soap, shampoo and conditioner, cleaning products and bug spray. Off street parking right near the door. Balcony was good for morning coffee. Coffee machine was great. Even though the bathroom is small kids loved the bath. Although be careful not to use all the hot water. The second toilet is handy with kids. Could use a second tea towel since there's no dishwasher. I just washed the one there. Parks and fishing spots close by. Wok/ frying pan was beyond cleaning. Everything else- plates glasses mugs and cutlery were great.

- Kevin (5/5): Passable - Good price and the apartment is clean. The owner was very slow in response to my messages and query. The furniture inside the apartment is old. The shower facility is small, cannot fit a big person!
- Aaliyah (7/5): Everything was perfect other then the German cockroaches and smell in smaller room. Loved the paua shells and the retro - Location was perfect, close to town, water. Went away for my daughter’s 13th birthday with her friend so very easy to find places. Nice and clean and plenty of space. Love the retro vibe fridge and shells. Well presented and set up. The second room ( 2x single beds) unfortunately smelt like cat urine of all things. Don’t know if from dampness but that’s exactly the smell I can describe. Ended up taking the single mattresses into lounge to sleep because of it. And German cockroaches all throughout kitchen. Turn on light they scatter or if using jug or toaster. There was also smoke butts in a pretty vase on porch/balcony which was gross.

- Judy (5/5): Disappointed - Bed mattress was comfortable. TV was huge. Parking was great. Good walking tracks nearby. The lounge was unacceptable. We had a party of 3 middle aged women, we were unable to sit on bean bags (that were only half filled) and the red chairs were not comfortable. The curtains in the lounge room didn't close fully in the lounge room, and the pillows were too thin. There were spiders and cockroaches within the unit. Did not receive an email for instructions for the entry into the unit, so I had to ring the owner. Will not stay there again.

Some road noise could be heard. Would not suit light sleepers Bathroom shower could definitely use an upgrade

- Chrisett (2/5): shocking extremely small shower area, very unsafe - location The shower area was a shocking experience. There are definitely safety issues as the shower area is extremely small. As a small person, I found it hard to move around, things (toilet bowl, sink, bath tub and shower) crammed together bumper to bumper, making it unsafe for elderly people and kids. Before booking, make sure to ask the owner to send you photos of the bathroom and shower to see if they will fit your needs.
