• spagnolo (7/5): - La posizione dell'alloggio è molto buona, a circa 200 metri dalla metropolitana e si trova in una zona tranquilla. È uno dei pochi che possono accogliere 11 persone. La sala comune centrale è spaziosa e adeguata al numero di persone Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana nell'appartamento garden house. L'alloggio è ricavato nel piano seminterrato della struttura e per raggiungerlo si deve scendere una rampa di scale. La cucina è inadeguata per così tante persone, sia come spazi che come stoviglie. I bagni hanno bisogno di una sistemata e si trovano in posizioni poco logiche: uno nella camera da letto più grande ed altri 2 dietro la cucina. Pulizia approssimativa. Appartamento adatto per dormire ma per soggiorni lunghi insufficiente.

• Mackert (7/5): Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet und der Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit, jedoch war die Sauberkeit – besonders im Bad – s - Die Unterkunft ist an sich sehr gut ausgestattet: Es gibt mehrere Badezimmer (ein Schlafzimmer mit Bad und WC, ein weiteres mit Dusche und Waschbecken, zusätzlich noch ein WC sowie ein Bad mit WC und Dusche). Küche ist gut eingerichtet, großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, kleine Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine mit Pads funktioniert (Filtermaschine leider nicht). Die Raumaufteilung ist praktisch, und mit dem Zugangscode hat alles problemlos geklappt. Auch der Vermieter hat schnell und freundlich auf Fragen reagiert. Negativ aufgefallen ist leider die Sauberkeit: Die Wohnung war insgesamt etwas dreckig, insbesondere im Bad (Dusche mit Schimmel). Für den Preis hätten wir uns deutlich mehr Sauberkeit erwartet – die Gegebenheiten wären eigentlich ideal, nur die Pflege lässt zu wünschen übrig. Dadurch war es etwas ungemütlich.

• Kit (8/5): Spacious apartment for large group traveling through Munich - Plenty of space for our 2 traveling families of 4. Good kitchen, and ability to do clothes washing. Easy to park (we had 2 cars). Close proximity to the train station which we used to travel to the central district and Allianz Stadium (Bayern Munich). Nice village 2min down the road, with bakeries, cafes etc. Pillows were terrible, collapsed to a very thin layer.
• siddhesh (9/5): for friends/families(3 to 4) get-together - Location. Cleanliness. Rooms were spacious enough. Kitchens, bathrooms are well equipped. Fussball table was cherry on the cake! Ideal for family getaway! Walking distance from sbahn/metro. All the beds in all the rooms (4 bedrooms) are single beds. In my case, we were 4 families with 6 kids. A queen size bed instead of 2 single beds in one of the rooms might have made it comfortable.

• Jeroen (10/5): Fantastic stay in Trins! - Everything. This is a large family house where the top floor has been converted into 2 apartments. Both have wonderful mountain views and are exceptionally well designed and tastefully decorated, with no expense spared! The hosts are wonderful; they had made a delicious cake and provided us with good information and recommendations. We regret not staying longer and we definitely would like to return (winter or summer)... Thanks Katharina and Bernd! -

• Johanna (5/5): Kein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Gute Lage, ruhig, Größe Wir fanden leider in jedem Schlafzimmer schwarzen Schimmel vor (siehe Bilder). Es gibt ungesicherter Elektrik an den Wänden (siehe Bilder) Die Wohnung war grundgereinigt, aber angenehm sauber und geputzt war es nicht. Schimmel im Bad, viele Spinnenweben und stickige Luft. Wir haben erstmal selbst geputzt, als wir eingezogen sind.
