Wouldn’t recommend. - Only the location and the beds They cancelled my booking last minute and asked me to find a different accomodation while I was waiting for check-in with my entire family in the building lobby for 5 hours and after alot of waiting and convincing they provided me with a 2 bedroom apartment while I booked a 3 bedroom apartment via booking.com . Overall it was a bad experience. I wouldn’t be looking forward to visit again.

On chipote, mais l’Intérieur est un peu vieillissant, manque d’eau chaude dans la salle de bain, eau tiède seulement même avec le water heater allumé.

Really comfortable The hotel staff themselves are okay. People at the pool were very strict and rude. Kicking people out before time at the pool. They have a little attitude problem that ruined it and there are 0 food or drinks there at the pool, even though the view is so frikken amazing

- Rov Camato (7/5): - There was a person who came to meet us at the ground floor. He gave us all the instructions and necessary information about staying in the apartment. It's very spacious and gives you a really good view of the city. It also gives you a quick access to a lot of important places in KL - KLCC, Bukit Bintang, Jalan Alor, Changkat, plus Bukit Nanas (monorail station) and Dang Wangi (MRT station). The towels were not very clean. Iron and ironing boards are very worn out. Wi-fi is a tad bit slow.

- Koshy (1/5): Booking.com scammed me and probably gave to someone else who paid more at the last minute. - Nothing I was cheated from this booking because they cancelled my booking on 10th Feb 2026 via email when I had confirmed with them twice by whatsapp that I wish to re-confirm the booking. I even had a relative coming from overseas and we planned it in advance. They never bothered to inform me although they had my phone number. I didn't see the email and I was baffled when I called the day before to make plans for the key collection they dropped a bomb on me that the place was not available coz it had to be closed for maintenance. On that day I still so booking.com advertising for other similar units also at Platinum KLCC by Sky Pool. I lost my faith totally with booking.com

- Anantharaman (8/5): A wonderful home away from home—comfortable, welcoming, and filled with memorable moments. - The bath was large and had fancy tub. All amenities were available for cooking in the kitchenette. Comfortable for a family to stay. Grocery store nearby to source all your needs. Property is walking distance from Petronas towers though there was no direct view from the apartment. Infinity pool is excellent. Walking distance to Bukit Nanas Monorail station. Pool and Gym timings very constrained . Opens only at 10 am.

- Muhammad (7/5): Decent accommodation for the price. Expect rooftop deck pool area to be busy all day long. Walking distance to a lot of - Good location, nice rooftop deck and lobby. Apartment was spacious and had good AC. Apartment was not cleaned before our arrival. Toilets were dirty and one of the bathrooms had a completely non functioning handheld bidet. The washer/dryer was also not operational and the staff member we were dealing with never responded to our inquiry about this. We had to do our laundry elsewhere.

Забавно, что можно ходить по помещениям кругами, но можно и раздвинуть перегородки между спальней и гостиной. Доступ к бассейну на крыше с весьма неплохим видом. Есть запах сырости при входе в номер, правда к нему быстро привыкаешь. Местами немного вздувшийся паркет, но это мелочи. С хозяином связь только через Ватсапп, внизу у сотрудников что-либо спрашивать бесполезно.
