It was unfortunately rainy the time I was there wishing I could put on

- Alex (10/5): -
- MolebohengS (6/5): - The location The heating is not ideal for winter. Apparently thr previous guest stole a better heater. The host however offered hot water bottle though 😶
- Brenda (10/5): Best stay ever - I loved the privacy, it was like I had my own separate place. It was top notch Nothing
- Divine (10/5): Nice place and Good people - Everything about the place was nice. Natasha was a nice lady and good communication. And shout out to her Father in law who was very nice and patient with us when we got lost and once there he welcomed us with a warm hug feel very safe and the place was very nice will come back again with my Hubby. Nothing
- Nicolas (9/5): - Not easily being let in, had to hunt around for a person to be drop off the keys before leaving.
- Corene (10/5): Exceptional -
- Zazaar (10/5): A Home Away from Home! - I had the absolute pleasure of staying in this adorable self-contained bachelor suite, and I must say, it truly felt like a home away from home! The suite was immaculately clean, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. The hosts were genuinely kind and went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and at ease. The location was perfect, safe, and the suite's amenities were top-notch.
If you're looking for a warm, inviting, and comfortable place to stay, look no further! I highly recommend this charming suite and its wonderful hosts. Thank you for making my stay so special!
- Nyatembe (10/5): Nice -
- Natasha (10/5): Exceptional - My daughter traveled alone to do practical exams at the Unisa laboratory close to the property. She felt safe and was very happy with her stay. The property was as described and had everything she needed. She was able to get Ubers easily to travel to and from the lab. We would highly recommend this property, host was very friendly and caring and it was good value for money too.
- Kolapen (10/5): Overall it was a pleasant stay and I was extremely happy with everything - The upkeep and cleanliness of the place was out of this world. The area itself is peaceful and quiet. The hostess and her family were extremely friendly and just wonderful.
- Nicole (10/5): Exceptional - This is a great little room to stay in if you need accommodation in the city.
- Khothatso (5/5): ... - We had our own packing. The host understands when you come back late. There were no condiments replacements. The bed was squeaky. My partner could not shower because there was no hot water after one person shower, even though I literally took a quick shower by the time I rinse off, the water was already getting cold. We checked out a bit after 10 just before 11am, however I had sent a message to the host at 9am letting her know that we are going to be late on checking out. The cleaner and the Grandpa kept on banging the door every now and then aggressively, I'm surprised the glass didn't break, even though we told them on the first knocks (both of them) that we'll be out in 30min they were just adamant that there was no peace for us after after 10, we felt so humiliated. When we finally got out, there was no one at the door, I called for Mike the Grandpa just to smooth things over so we part ways on good note he didn't get out. He just ignored me.
- Khothatso (5/5): Faith... - The flat sheets and duvet were fresh and clean, and clean towels. Neat little room. Sweet two dogs that will keep you company, if you are a dogs person. The host was kind. There was a grey winter extra blanket which ofcoz because it's winter it's essential, that was not clean with a foul smell. When I opened the kitchenette cupboards to take a glass to drink a glass of water it had broken pieces of glass inside, I kept it on the side to show the cleaning woman when she comes to clean but she just took it without saying anything, not even a I'm sorry or I hope you are okay or a I'll tell the host, nothing...hot water runs out while you are still showering and there is no hot water from the afternoon until the rest of the evening. There was a day I was showering and few minutes later after a man who I think it's the grandpa just opened the door without knocking luckily I still had my towel on and I screamed then he just said sorry sorry and left, no one came to apologize or atleast explain why would someone do a creepy thing like that. There was no hand wash. There was no hairdryer. There was no one at the premises when I got there.
- Seijal (10/5): Wonderful - Loved the accommodation! Would highly recommend it. The property and the area is very safe, which was a concern as I was travelling alone. The property was exactly as the pictures and exceeded expectations! Hosts were lovely and had no issues during my stay. Bed was super comfortable and the shower was so nice and neat!
Lovely stay will definitely come back! Parking was a tight squeeze but the private entrance/gate and convenient parking was appreciated.
- Michael (6/5): Pleasant -
- Kelebogile (8/5): Beautiful place, and the host was very welcoming. -
- Jocelyn (4/5): The only thing in its favour is the convenience if you have family function or business in the area. - No breakfast provided. The room was sorely lacking in niceties, eg no soap, no shampoo, no handtowel, no hairdrier. There was a coffee maker but no coffee or sugar provided, only milk and 2 teabags, which I think were rooibos which I don't drink! The off road parking was very awkward, we have a medium sized SUV, but it could barely be squeezed in and it was very difficult to get in or out of the car.
- Boipelo (9/5): Superb -
- Fairney (10/5): Awesome - The flat was furnished beautifully and Natasha was a great hostess. It was quiet and very peaceful with a bed some comfortable I didn't want to get up. Nothing
- Corene (10/5): Exceptional -
- Adrian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pillay (10/5): Exceptional - The host was so friendly and accommodating. Great communication.
Was free to and come as I had my own entrance. Nothing.
- Margaret (9/5): Superb -
- Kalai (10/5): Exceptional - Great host!
Safe and secure
Very nice and cosy place.
Highly recommend
- Charmaine (9/5): Superb - It's clean, cosy. I love the privacy and outside sitting space. The host was friendly It would be lovely if the TV could tilt to face the bed
- Coenie (8/5): Very good -
- Rainer (10/5): All very good - was all we needed -
- Nick (8/5): Very good -
- Akios (10/5): Exceptional -
- Precious (9/5): Superb - Clean room, quiet area, privacy
- Zuka (10/5): It was wonderful - Location, cleaniness, host were so friendly and always available to assist. Opening the gate manually ☹️
- Pieter (8/5): Very good -
- Patrick (8/5): Very good - Very responsive host. Easy check-in with Ada who did the initial handover and explained all the necessary details. After that you're on your own.
-Privacy respected.
-Completely self-checkout which I liked too. Only got to meet the dogs who appear rough and tough but were very friendly.
-The separate entrance from the main family home and under roof parking with a locked gate is a huge plus.
-Sparkling clean
-Rusk, tea, coffee, milk, coffee machine.
-Tv and remote work well and are up to date. Netflix and Amazon Prime available. Be sure to bring your own login details for both as that was the case during my stay.
-Back up battery lights are a plus.
-Generous supply of blankets for the cold winter months in Jo'burg.
-Value for money.
- Moses (9/5): I had the best time staying there. - The place was very clean and had all the necessary things. The Wifi connection was sometimes not functioning properly.
