• Michael (9/5): Fantastic simple flat in a perfect location, highly recommend! - The property was ideally situated in the heart of Maida Vale, right next to the station, meaning extremely easy access to the key sights of London and Paddington station. It is a relatively quiet area with great parks, playgrounds, and restaurants nearby. While a simple flat, it had absolutely all of the amenities needed, including hob and washing machine. We felt like “locals” inhabiting a great London neighborhood. Finally, the host Alistair was fantastic and extremely responsive in managing some unexpected works that had to occur during our stay. Highly recommended for a place to stay for those that want a local feel and the amenities of a flat. The flat was exactly as advertised. While simple, it had absolutely everything we hoped for and a great location. Unexpected construction works needed to occur the week we were there, and the host was very helpful in managing noise and even offered other accommodation if we had requested.

• Ashley (10/5): We had an amazing stay in London and loved staying in this flat! - The neighborhood is quaint and so fun to explore. The location can’t be beat! The underground is literally steps from the front door. We visited during a rare heat wave, so not having A/C was rough, but this was no fault of the owner! But do be aware that there is no A/C — pack a fan if you run hot!
