• Ron (1/5): Appalling Accommodation - left after 30 minutes and did not return. - Absolutely nothing. This is the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. Would give it a minus score if I could. What's worse is this review will not allow me to add photos. Upon entering the room, we could not believe how uninviting it was. The room was not like the pictures that I had seen on the website when I had booked. The carpet had marks all over, there was a handle missing off the TV cabinet and there were flies flying around the room. The fridge had a shelve missing and the button to flush the toilet was broken and lifted. I actually could not believe that they would rent this room out. To top it all off when we sat down on the sofa and looked up two pairs of underpants were hanging from the pelmet of the curtains. Have emailed them twice regarding a refund and they have never replied.

Only streaming services. Poor layout of bathroom. Towel rack near toilet on other side of shower. No lights above mirror or desk. Closet hanging rack not designed for short people.

Also the shower was bad hardly any water coming out from the showerhead, and the water tempature could not be adjusted to warm it was either really hot or cold.

• Leah (7/5): Comfortable and clean for a few nights stay. - Comfortable bed, clean rooms and friendly staff. Didn't eat at the new restaurant on-site, but it smelt really good! Rooms becoming very dated now, which changes the 'feel'. Pool was not available due to renovations - which I didn't notice any communication about at time of booking, also no acknowledgement of this at time of check-in, that was disappointing.
• summer (5/5): - great place the loveliest receptionist she couldn’t have done a better job. lovely location, and the parking inside the facility was great that doesn’t happen much in adelaide. the desensitized smoking area near the room was super convenient and also being able to buy refreshments up at the reception was great too this was a underwhelming experience, i texted back and forth with the facility multiple times and not once did they state the pool was out of action. not a huge deal as i don’t have an olympic event coming up but i feel like that’s something that probably should have been brought up before arrival. when entering the room it was not the “deluxe” room shown on the sight tho it was pretty good for 150 definitely get what you pay for tho the bathroom floor was completely soaked upon arrival as if someone had just had a shower and it was all over the general floor when i jumped into bed it felt as if stuff was crawling around on my legs tho that was only me and not my partner. (also your lamp on the left side needs a new bulb it didn’t work, not a problem but just to let you know!)

Workers noise, swimming pool in total disrepair and renovation. Air smelt of building dust, brought on my asthma that I have not had for years.

Pool and spa advertised in photos was drained and had construction. Was very let down as that was a large part of why we chose that location. Also bond for room still not returned 5 days after checkout. Still waiting.

• Rosemarie (7/5): Had a restful stay. - The room was spacious and clean. The staff were helpful. It was easy to find and close to shops and restaurants. The noise from the room above of people walking across their room. As it is close to a main road there was a lot of road noise.

• nayana ayal (6/5): Clean and comfortable rooms, services stated on booking.com not correct - Booked a family room, which was a great size with 2 bathrooms. Several things advertised were not correct. I was told the reception closed at 9pm. I arrived at 8:50 and the reception was already closed. I called the after-hours number, and the receptionist returned quite promptly, however it added stress to a long day of travelling. Also, I specifically booked this hotel as it said the restaurant served breakfast. Unfortunately it did not. We had an early start for a sporting event my son was competing in. This incorrect advertising created unnecessary stress and effort, as I had to find him breakfast early on a public holiday when most cafes, etc., were closed.

I Travel for work and personal and always book this hotel when I need to be in this area. Great value for money. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. I feel safe staying here as a single woman. Located on the corner of 2 busy roads, lots of traffic noise (I live on a rural property, so I always struggle with noise)

• Symes (1/5): Disgusting hotel - A staff member rudley came into the room and asked if i knew what time it was, and why werent we checked out, she then said she got confused and walked away without a proper apology. The room was incredibly disgusting with my son getting out the shower and walking on the carpet the soles of his feet were black, i then checked the floor and it was disgusting, the cleaners come into the room at 8pm to give clean towels etc, there was dust everywhere even on the phone next to the bed, how hard is it to dust the phone ? There was hair all through the bed, it was truly a horrible experience

• Judith (10/5): - Was really happy we book a family room it had bedrooms upstairs and kitchen etc downstairs. Had a full kitchen. The beds were very comfortable It could have been a little cleaner in the kitchen we did have to wash a few things before we could use it. It had a stove but nothing to cook with. There is a Target across the road we got a small frypan which we needed anyways so that was good. Not enough plates and bowls but we made do. But i would let these few things stop you from staying. We had a really good time and a good rest definitely will stay again
• Teashy (8/5): Great location but Room 35 could use some upgrades. - Great location and privacy. Loved that the parking was a secure locked area. Comfortable bed. The afternoon/night staff member was so so lovely and spoke and presented herself professionally. She explained everything very well and was wonderful to speak with. A credit to her workplace! Restaurant had a sign on the road saying open but a note on the door saying they were closed. Room 35 bed was comfortable however the fridge was turned off and the milk was hot (had to tip it down the sink). Floors were fairly dirty and the carpet was really really old, thin and lots of stains in places. Broken tiles in shower and bathroom door didn't lock. Having a 6 foot 5 husband he had trouble even sitting on the toilet as the bathroom vanity left little to no room to sit (tall people issues I guess). The kettle had really bad brown staining.
