Veronika (1/5): It’s not luxe, it’s not paradise :( Fix furniture and clean it please - Nothing in particular This apartment disappointed us for many reasons: 1) The owner said they have kitchen utensils. But there are no cups, no cutlery 2) Refrigerator did not work, bath drain also did not work (but thanks for fixing it promptly) 3) Bathroom is cold, stinky and has insects 4) No clothes hanger in the hall - nowhere to put our jackets 5) Owner does not reply promptly, so we had to ask the security guard to help us with check in 6) Overall, the kitchen is old and not clean - not the space you’d like to use for cooking 7) No windows in the apartment, so it does not really feel cozy

Hazel (7/5): Good - Staff is good and very responsive. He takes immediate actions to my concerns. Good location to some tourist attractions. It's not clean enough. The bathroom, they need to fix the shower, cannot control the temperature of the shower, too hot.
