• Elka (8/5): Wonderful apartment - Although the check-in was a bit of a hassle, the owner was extremely helpful. Great apartment and supercomfy bed. Very good location wth regard to the airport. Only 2 stops by tram and a 300 mtrs walk to tram station. Kitchen was well-equipped. Great coffee/breakfast bar underneath the building. The views are not very romantic. Outskirts of town don’t give a good vibe of Firenze’s atmosphere.

The **sophistication** of the apartment was equally impressive, with every detail thoughtfully designed to perfection. The **check-in process** was incredibly easy, thanks to the host who provided all the necessary details not only for check-in but also for using the various features of the house. It truly is a **smart home**, from the entry system to the washing machine—every minute detail was well thought out. The **kitchen** was a highlight, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need: cutlery, vessels, glasses, and even a coffee machine. It was more than I expected and made the stay incredibly convenient and comfortable. The apartment also felt **extremely safe**. The lock system was fantastic, giving me complete peace of mind. The **sound insulation** was also excellent, ensuring a quiet and peaceful environment throughout my stay. At first, I hesitated to book since the apartment was new on Booking.com, but I’m so glad I went for it. This has been one of my **best stays so far**, and if I ever visit Florence again, this will definitely be my first choice. It felt like a true **home away from home**, perfect for a couple or a small family. Additionally, the host was incredibly **responsive** and prompt in addressing any queries. Overall, a perfect experience! Nothing!

Lounge area superb , access information first class and apartment was exaclt as the photos. Great location 15 mins on the Tram from the Main Train Station or from the Airport less time . Would 100% recommend and we would stay again. Nothing.

• Albert (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect, since the moment of the reservation until the check out. Communication with the owner was very fluid, precise and easy. The owner provided us with all the necessary information (and a lot more ), making everything easy for us. The place is close to the airport and only 2 minutes away from a tram station. The tram takes you straight to the city center in just 15 minutes. We preferred to be away from the noisy and crowded historical city center, and we are happy we did it.The collection of the keys was fast, the access to the flat super easy and the stay was wonderful. The flat has everything somebody can need for the daily life. It feels, literally, like having your own cozy, clean and brand new home in a city you are about to visit. The flat is accessible with an elevator. The bed and the couch are confortable, the kitchen is fully equiped ( trully fully equiped ), so you can buy good quality ingredients and cook your own food at home because, although the Restaurants are always great, the budget and the stomach sometimes aks for a quiet dinner at home with a good wine and quietness. There's a supermarket just 200 meters away. The airco helps with the high temperatures and it is also sound-isolated. The washing machine and the dishwasher are also helpul, and brand new. The bathroom is also brand new and modern. Another thing we also liked are the modern features you can find in the flat.

• Miguel (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is beautiful, super modern and clean. Lots of space and the kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. The neighborhood is nice as well. The only thing that could be better is the location, but regardless it's a 20 minute bus drive away from the center.
