• Jiawen (2/5): - Good Location There is no free parking available for guests who drive, and the staff did not respond to inquiries about this. The room was not very clean—the drinking water bottle had already been opened and was not replaced, and the bedsheets were also not properly cleaned. The air conditioning was not cold enough, which made the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, this is a dual-key unit, and the soundproofing is poor, so noise from the other room can be clearly heard. Overall, the homestay operator A plus Stay needs to improve their service and maintenance standards.

• Dameera (10/5): - The accommodation was overall okay. I loved the room, and all the facilities were great. The view was also nice. I don’t like the parking arrangement. we called the host asked about parking, they informed us that free parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, and there was no information about this in the booking details. It was very complicated. In the end, we parked in the basement and had to pay RM16 (entered at 7:30 PM and exited the next morning around 11 AM).

Nicely furnished room. - The location was perfect for us, the view was good, and the accessibility for grab, shops and activities was very good! The room is also quite nice and has good facilities like dryer and big tv with netflix The bed was a little hard but not a big deal

We were 2 persons while we got only one key for the room. It was difficult for us to handle the key since the lift is accessible by card only. The towels were not clean and the cooker hood was broken.

• Vanessa (6/5): - Goof location Cafe on site is fantastic Arrived early but even with a request to check in an hour early, it wasn't up for discussion. Only 1 key provided which made life incredibly difficult. Room was a family room. 2 beds 2 bathroom. Basic provisions supplied No glasses to drink out of, no knives in cutlery drawer. Got a 1/ 4 full.body wash and enough toilet paper for 4 days, we were booked for 10. Had to purchase washing powder for Washer and dryer and soap for washing dishes. No bin liners for rubbish so had to buy them, the rubbish bins were disgusting so on checking out i put them in the shower and filled with hot soapy water..No tea towel to dry any thing once youve washed it. Needless to say we pulled it out and it was wet and dirty from the last tenant. No hot water to kitchen so had to boil it to do dishes. Location is good. Taxis have no issue finding it..

Found out the previous occupant had removed a battery from the TV remote, thus I am deprived of YouTube time. So I msg the Customer Service and they sent a guy 30 minutes later to replace that missing battery…..👍👍👍

Bathroom mat was not provided. Inside of the microwave were dirty with previous dried food. Hidden trash under the couch. Noisy, facing main road.

• EE ZING NICOLE (7/5): Okay for SHORT STAY - The bedsheets, omg they are so comfortable and crispy! I would like to ask where did you guys get them from? There’s a few restaurants downstairs, mini mart (overpriced obviously) and also the view from our room and balcony was beautiful(we stayed at 33a-11) It’s very close to Mid Valley and other local restaurants downstairs. Easy to find, fair concierge. -The floor needs urgent cleaning, I think it was not mopped for weeks? -Please provide a kitchen rug or kitchen towel, no where to dry our hands! -Cleaners should pay extra attention, was about to boil some hot water and noticed that the boiler was extremely dirty (someone boiled citrusy item in the boiler previously and not washed, fermented and foul smelling) -Elevators and lobby (main) were extremely hot, no A/C.
