• Ernesto (8/5): - La ubicación es muy cómoda con el metro cerca y varios comercios en los alrededores No me gusta la falta de respuestas a los inconvenientes que tuvimos, faltaba luz en el dormitorio, en el baño principal y las duchas y el bidet no funcionaban correctamente, lo avisamos al ingreso y nadie respondió, así mal por los responsables del mantenimiento.

Tisztaság nem jó, és felszereltség minusz 1 db wc pair, a székekek koszosak ,ki vannak több helyen égetve, hütő borzalom, kávéfőzőgép nincs,az ágy kényelmetlen. nincs egy kihuzható kanapé a nappaliban, ami van a napaliban az borzalom,a székek álapota borzalom, a zuhanyzó felujitást igényel,

• Nela (7/5): - Tranquila zona, sin ruidos de tráfico, ni ruidos vecinales. La nevera está en malas condiciones, aconsejo que revisen el congelador, en general todo bien.

• Natalia (6/5): Good value if you don’t mind feeling that everything you touch will fall apart. - Spacious and great balcony overlooking a plaza. Good playground downstairs and easy walk to the metro. Basic and well overdue maintenance issues that diminish the whole experience - very wobbly cheap chairs (all of them), balcony door with broken lock very hard to open, showers are actually “handheld washers” as the shower holders fell off in both bathrooms and have never been repaired. Main bedroom blind doesn’t close - so you need to sleep with the street lights in your face. Gas stove without a lighter available is unusable. There is a washing machine but nowhere to dry as the drying rack is too rusty. Broken chairs in the balcony not removed. Overall it feels like a very cheap accommodation even if the apartment itself has a lot of potential.
• Mary (1/5): “Terrible Experience – Never Again” - The only positive thing about the apartment was its layout and size: it had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large balcony, and was located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The apartment had no parking, and there was no affordable public parking nearby. Although they charged us an extra €50 for a late check-in, the person who handed us the keys provided no information about the air conditioning, the Wi-Fi password, or answers to common questions. The air conditioning was not working, and there was only one fan. Despite the 33°C heat and our daily requests and pleas, no help or support was provided until the very last day. One of the bathroom drains was clogged and unusable.

• Katrina (2/5): Stressful. Out of pocket a fair bit of money. - The beds were very comfortable. Clean apartment Could not get into our apartment. We tried for over a hour. The key was turning but door wasn't opening . Could not get hold of anyone on the phone. In the end manged to find a number. He said a locksmith was coming. He said to pay him and we would be able to claim the next morning at the office. I asked how much it would be. He said he will find out and ring me back. This didn't happen. The next phonecall was the locksmith saying he would be 30 minutes. He did the job and we paid the total of 387 euros. We haven't had any details of how to get our money back despite messaging and phoning the office. This really affected our holiday. We only took a certain amount of euros. So made a huge dent. Also it was very stressful which we did not need only a weekend away. Not happy.

• Tadas (4/5): A week in Barcelona - I liked that the company representative met us upon arrival and let us into the apartment. There is a bus stop nearby and a little further is the metro. The beds are quite comfortable. The advantage is that the apartment has two toilets. And good internet. That's probably all. The company representative who met us had not inspected the apartment, which was full of broken, non-working or missing items. The apartment was dusty, the shower head and switch were broken, the lamp by the mirror was broken, there were no trash cans, no hooks in the bathroom, the light switches were broken, the curtain rod in bedroom was broken, the blinds did not work, the windows did not lock, instead of a bunk bed there was a simple single bed (although this did not matter to us), there were no forks in the kitchen, the pans were scratched, the gas hob had one broken hole, there was no igniter (they suggested using a cigarette lighter!), the extractor hood had no bulbs, the fridge was worn out and barely worked, the furniture and bathroom door were worn out. The apartment really spoiled the mood, but Barcelona itself was wonderful.
