• Jasmine (8/5): Very good - The rooftop pool and bar was a great way to start our days. suite came with a parking pass which was really convenient since we had a rental. The description is a bit deceiving, the “balcony” is actually indoor and above the restaurant. Although a view of the water can be seen from it, they keep the shades down in the restaurant and will not open them upon request. So basically no real balcony no fresh air.

• Vivien (10/5): Perfect! - Everything was perfect, would definitely come here again. Location is superb, in the heart of Brickell, 2 minutes walk from restaurants, shops etc. Metromover is also close if someone needs public transport. Check in and check out process was easy, and the accomodation has a parking place so if you come with car its a perfect choice. Jean was very nice, he replied immediately every time we had question. Thank you for everything!
• Sabrina (7/5): Lovely apartment, would stay again if it wasn’t for the awful restaurant music. - Lovely, well equipped apartment and spacious for a couple to stay very comfortably. Comfortable super king bed. Location in Brickell is excellent - walking distance from many restaurants and shops. Great outdoor pool at the Aka Hotel can be used by guests. In the apartment, fridge with water filter was particularly handy and avoided buying too much bottled water. The noise is unbearable! The windows and balcony do not face outwards, but instead overlook an atrium above a restaurant. The restaurant plays loud music (typically techno / house music) all afternoon and evening, until after 11pm, and it’s impossible to focus on anything else, let alone work or sleep. There is no sound proofing - even with the windows / doors shut, it sounds like the music is being played in your apartment. I complained to reception, but they did nothing. We were glad we weren’t on a work trip, but even on holiday, the music was horrible and made it impossible to go to bed before midnight.

• Jim (10/5): Jim and Donna - Excellent condo. Close to shops, bars and downtown miami. Very clean and tidy with exceptional facilities including washing machine, fridge freezer, ice machine, iron,microwave and many more. Can't praise enough and would definitely stay again. Ps toilet was huge with bath and walk in shower. Only negative for us was sliding door to toilet area. Could be doing with a larger handle for access. But not enough to grime about..
• Ianna (9/5): Superb - The room had everything and very clean. Parking was easy. The view was great when the blinds in the restaurant you look into are open. The shampoo dispensers in the bathroom were terrible. Only releasing the smallest little bit at a time.

I was unlucky, i counted on a washing machine and it was also the reason i selected the unit. The machine was broken and host did not even try to find a solution. Wasted my time. • Stephen (10/5): I would stay here again, especially after knowing how to find the place but I would inquire about access to amenities an - Immaculate, great layout, beautifully decorated, great location. Loved it. It was confusing to find the location of the property because there are no signs. The staff was not for the condo renters, it was for the hotel renters and after that was explained to me I was able to get some direction on how to find my room. The woman at the desk did however give me an access card for the amenities (pool, gym, etc) but explained that was not up to them to supply that and if I have any further issues to contact the owners which I tried first when trying to find the place with no success on my own. Fortunately I didn’t have any issues.
• Barbara (10/5): Exceptional - The unit is extremely clean, bed was so comfortable, the unit was fully equipped, and the pool was really nice. The owner is easy to get in touch with, which is very important. This unit is an extreme value, and we will be back. This unit is a 10/10. Only issue that occurred daily, which is of no fault of of the owner of this unit, is that there was construction going on in a nearby unit. Drilling and hammering occurred from 8 a.m. till the evening, but we spent the vast majority of our time either at the pool or out and about, so this wasn't much of an issue for us. Like I said before, this unit it's a 10/10.

• Michael (10/5): You're crazy to pass this up. - The location of the condo was amazing. The room was awesome. The value was fantastic. We were shocked at just how amazing the room was. We can't say enough good things about our stay. There was some construction somewhere in the building and you could hear it until about 6pm. The restaurant and bar in the building was really nice, but it was expensive.
• Larisa (10/5): Perfect stay in Brickell - Very good location and comfortable, cosy and very clean place. Instructions are sent in advance and everything was perfect. You have a fully equipped kitchen and apartment. The balcony is not outside but indoors and you get all the noise from the restaurant below. Also the fact that when I opened the blinds I could see the hallways of the venue.
