- Alexandra (1/5): It was a complete disaster - would not recommend it!!! - - It was a complete disaster. Another location and facilities as the ones booked. It was completely dirty (for e.g. - mold in the fridge). Hostess unfriendly.
- Aurél (5/5): Surprise before check-in - The location of the other accommodation "offered". Half an hour before check-in, I received a text message telling us to go to different accommodation because the previous guests were staying longer. This was not a question, but a statement. This would have been very problematic with our children, it was lucky that we were without our children, so at least they didn't get cold with us in the unheated apartment. Apparently, we aren't the first to have this experience with this accommodation. Since Booking.com doesn't care about it, we probably won't be the last. Everyone should take this into account when booking here, that you won't necessarily get what you paid for in advance, and for this surprise you may be offered €15 back somehow, not clear if refund, voucher or what, and it wasn't clarified before the offer expired, even though we asked about it. What an offer!
