• tom (9/5): Bon logement - Chambre confortable, à 10min du centre d’immigration pour se rendre à Singapour, il y a un espace commun pour se poser Pas de fenêtre, attention il est nécessaire de prendre en compte les 2h d’immigration pour se rendre à Singapour à toute heure de la journée, si vous voulez visiter le pays c’est peut être mieux de prendre un logement de l’autre côté de la frontière

• Stacey (4/5): not pleasant. - The place was clean and had fresh drinking water with a living room/dining area. The room was tiny, the bed was so uncomfortable. I got the single room and there was no window. The wall was so thin that you could hear everything. Everytime someone was going to their room you could hear them putting the codes in too. I was travelling alone and I didnt feel safe in the area.
• Sasukanth (8/5): Nice one value for money. - Location and cleanness . Personal assistance not there. Only get instructions through chat. At least make the phone call and explain to your customers . Because whom stay ur stay 1 st times it's quite difficult to handle them to self check in.

• Trevor (7/5): Affordable and central - Clean room, working bathroom, close to the centre and not far from the causeway. Not noisy despite being on the main road. Very affordable. Surrounding areas not very exciting. No staff around, no luggage storage service.

• Thomas (9/5): Würde es wieder für eine Nacht buchen. - Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und das Bett war bequem. Einfacher Online Check in. In der Nähe befindet sich eine kleine Mall und Restaurants. Etwas hellhörig.
• Yi-Lin (8/5): Good location - Great location for KSL mall and going to the night market. Price is super affordable for using just for the purposes of sleeping and taking a break during the day. Probably not suitable for anyone who is not Singaporean or Malaysian as the payment for the security deposit was either Malaysian bank transfer or for Singaporean PayNow, and there are no physical staff there to assist. A little annoying with having 3 security codes to use for the front door, the door to the rooms and then the actual room.

• 宮城英二 (8/5): 幹線道路沿いで便利 - 幹線道路に面しており、ジョホールバル市街地からはバスや配車アプリで容易に到達できます。周囲にはコンビニエンスストア、レストランも多数あります。 良くない点というわけではないのですが、チェックイン、チェックアウトはいずれも非対面で、事前にWhatsAppで連絡を取り、指示があった暗証番号で解錠して入室します。慣れないと戸惑うかもしれません。また原則として銀行口座へデポジットの入金を求められます。

• Thomas (4/5): Unfriendly - Location is close to JB sentral No sound proof, I was disturbed by neibour snooze . The blanket is too thin and the bed is not comfortable. I need to pay very careful to carry my mobile even go to toilet. It is because I can't get back the room if I can't remember the password after toilet. The host asked for deposit is quick response, but any question you ask for help has no interested to care. Not a good experience to stay here.

Although shared bathrooms, there were 2 units shared between 5 or 6 rooms. 3 different sets of door lock six digits codes to be used when entering from the main door to room door. No receptionist. Communication by online chat only. Eg WhatsApp and others. Will not be friendly for older folks with no knowledge of digital tech.

No TV in room; clothes hanger too small can barely fit clothes; no hot water for shower only warm water; neighbours are noisy; bed is not good - my back aches after waking up in the morning; floor under bed is dusty.

Sorry really have to rate this place down. The air con turned off in the middle of the night without the remote being touched and it wasn’t on timer. The pillow I had was REALLY lumpy in several places and I couldn’t sleep much. Pillow case was dirty and stained. Bathroom mat was very visibly dirty with stains and looked like it hasn’t been washed in awhile. It’s a self check in system and you will be asked to send personal info in WhatsApp which is your bank account number and photo of passport, which can be misused easily. Instead of normal checkouts where your deposit is returned when you check out, they hold your deposit 9 hours later until after their staff cleans the room. A little late, and it was at the risk of their word. Shower heat was also not hot enough at the maximum setting.

• SYED PUTRA (9/5): - Check in process is easy. The aircon was freezing cold. They provide such a basic amenities like disposable toothbrush, shower soap and shampoo which is good for backpackers. The blanket is thin. Toilet and shower room is in the same room so if you need to shower/pee you will occupy the whole room. So, avoid getting shower at peak hour.
• MOHAMMAD FIRDHAUS BIN (9/5): A smooth, self‑service stay with clean comfort and easy convenience throughout. - I appreciated the convenience of the self check‑in and check‑out process during my recent stay. The system was smooth and efficient, which made the experience hassle‑free. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the location was practical for getting around.
