• Janine (5/5): - The owner was accomodating, but we arrived with no clear instructions, no contact number for host and hotel staff were useless as non english speaking and no inclination of what to do! After a 14hr flight we were not happy about arriving and 2hrs later still none the wiser as to how we get in our room. We were then disappointed as bed has no sheets, no blanket and bed was hard as a rock. 1 roll of toilet paper and room was filthy The owner was accomodating, but we arrived with no clear instructions, no contact number for host and hotel staff were useless as non english speaking and no inclination of what to do! • Kenneth (2/5): Very poor - Only advantage was having a swimming pool but it had very restricted timings that we couldn't make use ot it much. And the size of the apartment. Almost everything. It's a residential apartment so constant stares from residents in the society. No reception so difficult to coordinate for anything. Blankets were only provided after asking and that also 3 small blankets for 4 people. AC in 1 room was also not working well. Worst part of all were:too far from everything which is opposite what another review said which is why I booked this. And there were pests. Lots of mosquitoes, even saw a Cockroach and a lizard in the room which is the last thing u want on a vacation. Should not be more than 200000 vnd pernight. And rating for this property is completely wrong.
• Loraine (10/5): Amazing - it was close to everything, the ferry to Phu Quok and from the bus drop everything was walking distance. We could also rent a scooter directly from the hotel and the rooms were clean and had everything you needed. staff were friendly and helpful Nothing
