• Britta (10/5): - Die Lage ist super, nah am Viertel und nah an der Weser gelegen. Die Wohnung ist schön individuell eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Der Schlüssel-Code in der Box ist schwer erreichbar und sollte geändert werden, damit man den Schlüssel leichter herausbekommt.

• JTL (8/5): Mooi appartement, centraal gelegen met een matig bed. - veel ruimte Het bed langs de huiskamer was niet comfortabel. Zakte door.
• Roland (10/5): Sehr zu empfehlen, z.B. für ein Wochenende in Bremen - Besondere, großzügige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung in toller Lage. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Bremen sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung.

• Bianca (5/5): - Schicke Wohnung, sehr gute Lage. Das untere Schlafzimmer ist nicht zum Schlafen zu nutzen (wenn Menschen im Nachbarraum sind). Extrem hellhörig. Jedes Wort dringt durch die dünne Wand. Am Wochenende im Viertel macht diese schlechte Isolierung - die Nacht durchgehen! - den Schlaf unmöglich.

• Reti Klara (8/5): Nice artsy atmosphere - We really liked the apartment, it was spacious and full of beautiful artwork. It is in an area, where there are lots of restaurants, bars and theaters. We liked that.
• Familie (7/5): Goede locatie voor 1 a 2 nachten , voor de kerstmarkt. - Heel ruim apartement, goede locatie vlakbij tram. We hebben dit apartement geboekt om naar de kerstmarkt te gaan. Wij gingen met de tram, maar lopend kan ook. Bedden heel smal. Gordijnen laten veel licht door, wij waren er in december dus voor ons nu geen probleem. Zou hierom dit appartement in de lente/zomer niet boeken. Opzich schoon, maar wel spinnenwebben aan lampen en resten eten (chocola) wat over datum is in de kasten. Wij misten een koffiezetapparaat en een schaar. Krap aantal handoeken. Wij dachten geluk te hebben om voor het apartement te kunnen parkeren, anders kan het zijn dat je ver weg je auto moet parkeren. We begrepen van de eigenaar dat we hier mochten parkeren, maar twijfelen toch, kregen comentaar van een persoon uit de buurt en een aantal keer werd onze ruitewisser omhoog gezet en bij vertrek ondekte we een kras op de auto. Hetzelfde bij de gasten van het andere appartement. Via de mail kregen we het adres van een ander apartement door, half uur verderop, dus was eerst even zoeken. Bij aankomst zitten er 2 sleutels in het zeer lage sleutelkastje, wat voor onduidelijkheid zorgt. Toen wij dus de verkeerde sleutel ook hadden kreeg ik een wel erg onvriendelijk appje van de eigenaar, met meteen een dreigement als ik niet snel reageerde het ons 50 euro extra zou kosten, dat vond ik jammer. Verder met vragen is de eigenaar goed bereikbaar.

• Beate (9/5): Top professionell und trotzdem sehr individuell - Es war sehr angenehm warm und sehr großzügig geschnitten. In einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, die Straßenbahn gleich um die Ecke genauso wie Bäcker, Kneipen etc.. Schönes Viertel und fußläufig zur Kunsthalle. Und auch die Wohnung ist mit schöner Kunst gestaltet. Gerne wieder! Der Schlüsselkasten ist sehr weit unten, das ist etwas unbequem, aber machbar. Auf die Parkplatsuche in einer Stadt muss man eingestellt sein und sollte sich unbedingt an das Halteverbot halten.

• Lukas (8/5): Perfekt fürs Wocheende in Bremen - Für n Wochenende in Bremen super mit großer Küche und Platz für 3 Personen. In gutem Viertel und nah ins Stadtzentrum. -
• W. (6/5): Leuk appartement, maar de bedden zijn veel te zacht. - Het appartement was leuk ingericht Sanitair was schoon, maar verder was het appartement stoffig en veel spinnenwebben.

• Andre (8/5): - Schöne, geräumige Wohnung, tolle Einrichtung, sehr stilvoll. Lage ist sehr gut,zur Altstadt sind es keine 10min mit dem Rad. Aber auch in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es Möglichkeiten für Einkauf und Essen. Wer mit dem Rad anreist, sollte wissen dass man die Räder nur außerhalb des Hauses abstellen kann, z. B. gegenüber am Zaun. Die beiden Betten sind jeweils 140cm breit, das eine Schlafzimmer befindet sich im unteren Bereich und ist etwas 'abenteuerlich' über eine Treppe zu erreichen. Der Schlüsselkasten ist etwa 10cm über dem Boden. Ihn zu finden ist das eine, dann einen Code einzugeben,das andere. Da muss man sich fast zwangsläufig auf den Boden legen, für ältere Personen nicht ganz so einfach. Es gibt kein lineares TV, nur Streaming. Beim streamen am TV gab es aber immer wieder Aussetzer über den WLAN Router. Wir haben das eigene Handy als Hotspot genommen und hatten dann keine Probleme mehr. Die Wohnung wirkt zunächst nicht unsauber,hat aber diverse schmutzige Ecken,Staubflusen, Spinnweben usw. Besonders im unteren Schlafzimmer fiel das sehr auf,da lagen z.B. noch Ohrstöpsel auf dem Boden.

• Lena (4/5): Preis-/Leistung war in Ordnung für eine Nacht, für längere Aufenthalte würde ich woanders buchen. - Die Lage ist super, die Wohnung ansich hat einen außergewöhnlichen Schnitt. Leider war es extrem staubig. Sowohl auf den Regalen im Zimmer und Wohnraum, in den Zimmerecken oder im Bad überall Spinnenweben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hat geklappt, war aber etwas holprig und wortkarg.

• Durk (9/5): Goede locatie voor weekend Bremen. - Ligging in een heel leuk en artistiek wijkje. Appartement was zeer ruim. Gordijnen lieten veel licht door, bedden waren niet zo comfortabel en er was geen douche (alleen bad). Ook moesten we betalen voor het parkeren wat niet stond vermeld in de instructie van de host.
• Tommy (6/5): Oppholdet hadde vært mye bedre hadde personalet svart innen rimelig tid og ikke påstått noe som ikke var korrekt ang. Ch - Store, lyse rom Ved ankomst ca kl 20:40 var ikke informasjon om nøkkel sendt til meg i Bookings chat. Sendte spørsmål til personalet i chat og via sms uten svar på nesten 40 minutter. Parkeringsforbud på gaten tvang meg til å kjøre rundt flere kvartaler i området mens jeg ventet på respons. Måtte til slutt be Bookings kundeservice om hjelp - noe som tok lang tid før plassering i køen for personlig betjening. Fikk deretter raskt hjelp og muntlig informasjon fra dem om hvordan leiligheten skulle låses opp. Via kundeservice påstod personalet at detaljert informasjon var sendt til meg allerede, men den ankom i chat'en 4 minutter senere. Måtte deretter parkere 800 meter unna som forsinket check-in 1,5 time fra ankomst på adressen, noe som ikke hadde vært problematisk hvis de hadde svart innen ca. 10 minutter mens jeg kjørte rundt ventende. Gjorde en lang dag med bilkjøring svært slitsom da hviletiden unødvendig ble redusert 1,5 time. Om morgenen: Svært lytt fra naboene - ble tidlig vekket av helt normalt lydnivå fra barn som lekte utendørs. Gardiner dekket ikke innsyn fra naboer fullt. Soverommene var støvete.
• Rose (8/5): Eine Unterkunft zum Staunen - Das Loft ist kreativ und hübsch eingerichtet und man findet alles vor, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermieter war freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen, so das Attraktionen wie die Schnoor, der St.Petri Dom, die Figur der Bremer Stadtmusikanten usw fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Auch ein Ausflug im Viertel des Lofts ist ein Erlebnis wert. Doch leider ist das Loft nichts für Stauballegiker. Wir haben in einigen Ecken und auch unter dem Schlafsofa einige Staubflocken vorgefunden.

• Christine (9/5): Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung - Liebevoll eingerichtete, freundliche und helle Wohnung. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber in wenigen Minuten sind Strassenbahn, Lokale und Geschäfte erreichbar. Den Schlüssel haben wir problemlos bekommen und die Gastgeber waren hilfsbereit. Für Familien mit Kleinkindern ist die Treppe zum zweiten Schlafraum ein Problem. Aber für Erwachsene ist es sehr gemütlich da.

• Michael (10/5): A great stay for a visit to Bremen Christmas Markets - Nice and spacious apartment with all the facilities you could need. A short walk from a supermarket, restaurants, bars, and the tram. Tram is only 3 stops from the city centre if you are not in the mood for a short 15 minute walk. Host was very friendly and helpful with any questions.

• Gavin (1/5): AVOID AT ALL COSTS! - The location was central WARNING - DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT! • the layout is bizarre…there are two areas with beds - neither of which has a door! One opens straight into a lounge area (with no door between, barely a partition) there are also only half curtains on the windows so you cannot block out light at all! The other is down an open staircase with no handrail/barrier (so if you are old/ young you can easily fall with injury!) this also is completely open to the kitchen area again it has only half blinds so impossible to make dark to sleep - the kitchen area also has strange half length curtains which don’t cover the windows! (The photos are completely inaccurate…all curtains shown are missing!) • there’s barely a partition wall between the apartment and the apartment next door…when downstairs you can hear full conversation clearly from the neighbours • the bathroom has no proper door, just a sliding door with no locks and no privacy - there’s also no shower screen/curtain • there was one cushion on one bed (double bed) and the other bed had a cushion on it instead of a pillow…both double beds with no pillows! Searched but couldn’t find actual pillows anywhere • after messaging the host about these issues we were completely ignored - received no response more than 24 hours later and had to contact Booking.com to try to resolve • if you read the reviews , worst first, you’ll see many reviews stating these same issues - all the negatives are completely true - unsure how anyone could actually spend a night here…unless you don’t require any privacy/darkness to sleep or any quiet from neighbours!

• Tihana (10/5): Great flat - It is a really luxury apartment, comfortable beds, beautiful pictures, well furnished. There is a hairdrier, towels, umbrela, coffe, sugar... provided, everything that you need. Next to school/kindergarten, noisy beds, no blins, shower head sprinkling water around.
