Sadbh (1/5): DO NOT BOOK. SCAM - THIS IS A SCAM. Do not book this. I booked. For 10 days I tried to contact them to confirm arrival time . No reply. I rang repeatedly. No reply. I contacted booking.com. No reply. I searched for the property on arrival for 2 hours. No such property. I’ve asked for a refund. No reply. There is another review with same issue. Booking.com need to deal with this immediately. Such a lot of stress and upset for what was meant to be an amazing time in Zurich. It doesn’t exist. There is no apartment. There is no communication. From either booking.com or host.
