- Nadja Kopp (2/5): Buchen sie hier besser nicht - Direkt neben der Unterkunft ist ein 7 Eleven und weitere Geschäfte, ein Einkaufszentrum und ein Park Wir haben nicht das abgebildete Apartment bekommen, sondern eins mit schlechtem Standard. Ein verschimmelter Lampenschirm im Schlafzimmer, Zigarettenbrandflecken auf dem Sofa und eine auslaufende Toilette. Das angegebene Fitness Studio durften wir nicht benutzen. Es wurde uns ein Raum in einem anderen Tower zehn Minuten entfernt angeboten in das wir aber auch nur durch Anmeldung hätten gehen können. Die Pools auf den Fotos irritieren, diese darf man auch nicht benutzen. Bei Ankunft muss man eine Barkaution hinterlegen (stand bei der Buchung nirgendwo), man muss auf den Buchungspreis über 4% Kreditkartengebühr on top bezahlen (war bei uns über 50€). Der abkassierende Mitarbeiter war freundlich, aber wies jegliche Verantwortung von sich. Bis heute habe ich keine Rechnung erhalten, alles wirkt unseriös und man ist definitiv in diesen Towern als Urlauber nicht gerne gesehen. Ersparen sie sich und ihrer Familie diese Enttäuschung.

The mattresses were unusually firm. The address location was confusing. Be aware you are staying in an apartment in a tower very close to Landmark 81 but not in that building. Make sure you contact the host by WhatsApp in advance so you know exactly where to meet them to pick up the access passes.

- Alex (5/5): - Fine infrastructure around (stores, café, etc) The address is not clear: there is many buildings and you don't know where to go. I came to the first reception and guy called to other to define the address. There possibility of texting messages via booking app is not available for this host. Then when the lady named the building that I need (4 buildings away from me) I came to reception and she wasn't there, so we started to search for her with guards. When she comes she gave me the key, and asked me for pay. I wanted to pay by card and she said, that she doesn't have a payment terminal with her. So I needed to wait again, whyle she comes to her place and bring the payment terminal. Then we finally came to apartment, that was really dirty and in poor condition. The bad was 4 of 10. She asked me when I'll check out. I answered her 12pm, she said "OK". Starting from 11:20 there were 3 guys who cakes and knocking the door. One of them just came inside. So overall seems it's not a good option for this money.
- Liam (8/5): Very good stay for families, but book and plan ahead. - For a multiple bedroom apartment for a family this was a very good option for the price, with lots of places nearby including a big park, and just a short drive to District 1. I'd recommend to other families staying in Ho Chi Minh. I'll acknowledge i booked day of check in, but Communication was very poor. Had to call multiple times to find out where I needed to go, and had to wait an hour upon arrival for room to be ready. The main frustration was having no idea where the apartment actually is - the location on booking.com is very wrong. Just go to Landmark 1.

If you walk over the main road overpass there is a wonderful park to walk. The pool and the gym were not included. We were informed after booking that we would need to pay a million dong each for access. The apartment was not clean. I had to scrub the whole bathroom and dishes were dirty, the sponge left was full of grime. I bought a new sponge.
