Ori (4/5): Nice apartment, what spoiled our experience was the way technical problems that arose were handled - The apartment is spacious and includes a large living room, separate kitchen and three bedrooms, which allow for a comfortable family stay Quite a few technical issues arose during our stay, and were not taken care of properly. The heating system and the boiler stopped working the day after our arrival. The host sent a handyman who started the boiler but did not fix the other problems. The boiler stopped working on the following day, and until the end of our stay we showered with water boiled in the kitchen. The host's response was that we could fix the problem ourselves using a YouTube video!! In addition, one of the pipes of the heating system leaked and we had to collect the water in a bucket and empty it every couple of hours. This problem, though reported repeatedly, was not fixed either. There are no EXTRA bed-sheets, towels, soap or toilet paper in the apartment.
Michael (9/5): A great stay once inside could not fault anything - Need better instructions on how to get keys if you don't have a phone that can access the link you are well and truly up the creek. why don't they just tell you the keys are in a key lock near the bins instead of keep sending you links that you cant't get to
