• Ingrid (6/5): Apartment optisch OK mit Mängeln im Haus. - Sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet. Esstisch im Apartment nicht richtig befestigt. Haustürklinke defekt und drohte sich von innen zu lösen. Trotz Nachricht an Vermieter keine Rückmeldung. Nachts teilweise laut (lautes Brüllen) wegen Bahnhofsseite.

• Dietmar (5/5): Zweckmäßig - Die Lage, die schöne Einrichtung... Aufzug kaput, TV ohne Fernsehprogramme, Telefonisch nicht erreichbar...auch nicht zurückgerufen, leider Party im Zimmer darüber.
• Guido (7/5): Im großen Ganzen positiv! - Lage, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit Duschkopfaufhängung defekt. Auschecken schon um 10 Uhr an Urlaubstagen zu früh. Zumal man in einem Appartement auch noch die Küchenzeile aufräumen und abspülen muss.
• Jessica (9/5): Toller Aufenthalt! Gerne wieder! - Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gestaltet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Es war sehr sauber und die Lage war auch sehr gut.

• Beate (5/5): Durchwachsen - Die Lage ist super zentral, im Apartment ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, und noch einiges mehr (Sekt zur Begrüßung, Kaffee, Tee, ein Schirm. .) Wobei es eigentlich kein Apartment ist, sondern ein Studio, da die "Küche" eine Küchenzeile in einem offenen Raum ohne Tür ist, ein kleiner Tisch ist im Hauptraum. Der erste Eindruck vom Haus ist nicht gut, die Aufzugtür kaputt, der Aufzugboden schmutzig. . Leider riecht es im Apartment extrem unangenehm, wonach genau lässt sich gar nicht sagen, aber schon stark, leider hat Lüften nicht geholfen. . Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, Tisch voller Krümel, Staub an allen möglichen Stellen, und die "weissen" Teppiche um das Bett herum und unter dem Sofatisch fleckig und schmutzig Mit der Lautstärke sind wir gut klar gekommen, wenn man im Sommer lüften oder bei offenem Fenster schlafen möchte, könnte sie stören. Dass der Fernseher eine Macke hatte, war dem Vermieter wahrscheinlich nicht bekannt, jedenfalls wurde direkt auf meine Nachricht geantwortet und um ein Foto gebeten.
• Jungchao (10/5): Great and highly recommended! - The location was excellent, exactly in front of the main train station. The studio was nice decorated and cozy, also very clean. It was a very pleasant experience to stay there! This would be my first choice for my future visit to Koblenz again! The size is more like a studio instead of an apartment. But everything was there, including a kitchen, a bathroom with heating machine and a small dining area.
• Sandra (9/5): Schönes Appartement für einen Kurztrip - Das Appartement war hell und freundlich. Zur Begrüßung war das Licht an! Netter Empfang! Etwas laut, da Bahnhofsnähe. Aber das wusste man ja!
• Lindsay (3/5): Room smelled like smoke — no action was taken - It's a beautiful space and looks exactly like the photos. There were nice welcome treats upon arrival. It's directly across from the train station, which I loved. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. When I walked in, the place smelled like cigarette smoke. As instructed by the LLR company, I immediately emailed. I didn't receive a response, so I emailed again the next day and only received a rather cold email only asking questions, which I immediately replied to. I never heard from them again. I had a terrible night's sleep; coughing with itchy eyes. Whenever I was in the room, I kept the two large windows open (despite it getting down to 6°) to bring in fresh air which improved the smoke from when I arrived on day one, to checking out on the morning of the fourth day. They shouldn't have had anyone staying in there while the odour was so bad. It was a shame they took no action to make my stay comfortable. A smaller issue: The WiFi didn't work which was frustrating as I'm visiting outside of the EU and was relying on having WiFi at this accommodation The microwave and the outlet near the microwave didn't work and there were stains on the mattress cover, but I didn't bother telling the company as I didn't get the larger issue of getting a smoky smelling room resolved.
