• Denis (3/5): Looks good at first glance, but feels unfinished, poorly maintained, and lacking basic essentials. - The apartment looks good at first glance and is reasonably spacious. The apartment lacks attention to detail and basic upkeep. There were visible issues such as exposed wiring from the ceiling, cracks in the walls, and stained curtains, which made the space feel unfinished and poorly maintained. It was also missing essential items - no paper towels, no napkins, and no laundry detergent. This became a real issue as a bottle exploded in my luggage during travel, and I had no way to properly clean my clothes. The shower pressure was poor, making it meh to use. The kitchen setup was impractical (no freezer despite a very large fridge), and only three espresso pods were provided. Access to the apartment was also inconvenient - a simple lockbox system would make things much easier. The €40 late check-in fee, while stated, felt excessive and uncommon. Overall, the apartment feels managed in a very standardized, impersonal way, with little care for guest experience or maintenance.

• Julia (10/5): Polecam, bardzo miły i komfortowy pobyt. - Najbardziej podobało mi się położenie obiektu przy metrze – bardzo dobra lokalizacja, a do tego czysto, estetycznie i komfortowo.

• Klaudia (10/5): A great place for two couples or a group of friends. - A very spacious, well equipped apartment. Two comfortable bedrooms with nice mattresses and a very large kitchen. Close to Milano Centrale. Everything met our expectations.

• Juliane (8/5): Tolle, moderne Wohnung in guter Lage (Hauptstraße) - Wir sind mit 4 Personen verreist - die Größe der Wohnung ist dafür super geeignet. Die Lage ist toll, sodass vieles fußläufig erreichbar war. Die Schlüsselübergabe, late check in (Gebühr 40€), hat gut und problemlos funktioniert. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Da die Wohnung an einer Hauptstraße liegt, hört man den Straßenverkehr gut.

• Ellen (9/5): - Wir fanden das Appartement komfortabel. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten waren mit der U-Bahn schnell zu erreichen. Sehr nett war, dass wir unser Gepäck schon früh in die Wohnung bringen konnten und so unbeschwert Mailand genießen konnten. Alles in Ordnung.

• Balkaya (5/5): Passable - Location is perfect They don’t accept dropping luggage before check in, and check in hour is 3pm which is too late… they need to find a solution for this issue because we suffer a a lot! Price are not cheap so they need to give this service as well. They don’t have single-use slippers on the room as well which is usually should be on the hotel/hostel. I hope they took this comments as an improvement for future customers…

• Graham (9/5): A stay in Loreto - Lovely place. It had everything that you would need. Comfortable, modern apartment. I would stay there again. Only 1 thing. The hot water stopped working on the morning of my 2nd day. So i could not get a shower. It was not fixed before i left on the 3rd day. I'm sure this doesn't happen often. Other than that, it was a lovely apartment to stay in.

• Adriana (5/5): Passable - - comfortable - two bedrooms - good position (near Metro station) - space in the apartment - it wasn't clean, very dirty - no toilet paper - very expensive check-in (40 euro) - sockets only for small devices, but not compatible with laptop chargers (an adapter is needed) - one sink did not work (it should have been useful for 4 persons)

• Tomaso (9/5): Excellent apartment, great value for money and convenient location to visit Milan - Spacious and well furnished, with anything that you may need including fully equipped laundry room Sofa was not clean and the flat could have been better cleaned, found the floors a bit dusty and the oven had not been cleaned since the previous guests.
• Angela (7/5): Good - Very modern and spacious. The apartment has a washing machine and dryer. Beds comfortable and air conditioning works fantastic especially with the temperature in the mid 30"s. Instructions on check in are very extensive even with videos which we found useful. There is NOTHING supplied No coffee sugar tea, salt, no detergent for dishwasher, no soap shampoo conditioner in bathroom. Only things supplied 2 rolls tiolet paper for 4 adults for 3 days. And detergent to hand wash dishes.These things are standard in most accommodations but not here. They did give a thankyou bag on collection of keys with 2 coffee pods and 5 minuscule shampoo. I requested more tiolet paper on day 1 when they asked for feedback but never got any. They may need to give cleaner more time to clean as shower drain blocked with hair which we had to clean ourselves to stop shower flooding and dryer filter so full of fluff and water also had to clean.

• Lilyana (10/5): Great location and facilities. - Very cosy and comfortable place for two couples. Location was great - near a metro station, walking distance of about 15 minutes to the Central Station and of about 20 minutes to the Milano city center.
• Martti (10/5): Spacious modern apartment, perfect location - We loved it. Perfect location right next to metro stop and some idyllic restaurants and 300m to a big shopping street. Apartment was spacious and beds were really confortable. Nice big bathroom, a balcony, dressing room, fast wifi, etc. Staff were helpful and check in was flexible. This exeeded our expectations. Thank you!
• Ofentse (4/5): would not return. - it was quite spacious. The shower was big. We struggled to get the key for the property. It was not cleaned properly. There was no fridge to keep certain items, only a freezer. The heating didnt work and we couldnt open the windows during the day.
