• David (10/5): - Kleines Paradies mitten in der Natur - die Anreise lohnt sich und ist mit den vom Hotel empfohlenen Taxis absolut problemlos und komfortabel. Personal ist sehr nett und das Essen war traumhaft gut (frisch aus lokal angebauten Produkten) Super Preis-Leistung! Außergewöhnliche große Zimmer mit viel Privatsphäre Nichts
• Celine (1/5): Dangereux d accès - Nous n avons pas pu y aller. Impossible d accès. J'ai prévenu la propriétaire que nous allons arriver vers 20h. Et elle me dit de garer la moto en bas a côté d une boulangerie et ensuite de monter à pieds environ 10min. Gros mensonge!! Il y a au moins pour 1h de marche en montée ( avec les sacs ados dos) sur une cote tres raide, nous avons essayé de monter avec la moto mais le sentier est tres dangereux ( même a moto n a pas reussi a monter tellement que c est raide! Et c est en plus tres loin) bref nous avons eu peur. Un voisin est venu a notre secours , ils ont appelés la propriétaire qui nous a proposé de venir nous chercher mais il fallait qu on lui paye le déplacement! Nous avons du trouver un autre logement tard dans la nuit !Bref une honte!!! Pourquoi dire que l accès est facile et de courte durée ?!? Alors que c est loin et dangereux pour y accéder !
• Rebecca (10/5): Do not hesitate to book this place - we loved our stay so much! - This place is so special. The view from the rooms and various lookout points is so beautiful. It’s the perfect place to relax for a few days. The room was large and very comfortable with hammocks on the balcony. The cooking for lunch and dinner was so delicious, with fresh / healthy ingredients, huge portions at a very reasonable price (~40k per person). There is free coffee available all day. There is so much wildlife around the property to spot - including many hummingbirds. The property is 4km above the centre of Minca (~25 min drive) - you can organise a moto / 4 x 4 to collect you easily (costing 20k per journey but it does feel far so this felt like a fair price). This drive up is worth it for the views and the tranquility of being in the middle of the jungle. Honestly nothing.
• Selina (10/5): It was the most beautiful place I've ever stayed and the next time I need to unplug, I would come he - I absolutely loved my stay here. The location is incomparable. So far, it's been the most beautiful place I've been to (and I've traveled a lot). I honestly loved everything. Just be aware that the location is very remote and high up the mountain. It's best to arrange a taxi through the hotel ans travel during the day time.

• Patrik (10/5): Wunderschöne Anlage hoch über Minca - Das Hotel liegt hoch oben am Berg. Ohne 4x4 Taxi oder Mofataxis kommt man dort nicht hin. Dafür wird man aber entschädigt mit der Traumlage. Sehr schöne Sonnenuntergänge, super freundliches Personal, gute Küche (Fürhstück und Abendessen), familiäre Atmosphäre, traumhafte Aussicht, usw. Trinkwasser steht auch zur Verfügung. Auch der Tukan ist der Hammer. Die geführte Tour zu einem Badewasserfall war sehr streng. Klar, der Wasserfall war schön, aber die vielen Höhenmeter in der Hitze waren herausfordernd. Würden wir nicht mehr machen.
• Kristin (10/5): Absolut fantastisch - Die Lodge ist wunderschön. Das gesamt Areal wie auch auch die Unterkünfte sind sehr gepflegt und laden zum Entspannen und Genießen ein. Das Zimmer und Bad sind großzügig geschnitten. Der Ausblick vom Zimmer bzw. dem Balkon ist fantastisch. Das Essen vor Ort ist sehr gut und zu einem fairen Preis. Da die Lodge ziemlich abseits liegt, benötigt man ab Minca ein Motortaxi oder Jeep. Die Extrakosten dafür sind recht hoch, lassen sich aber deutlich minimieren, wenn man sich die Fahrt mit anderen Gästen teilt. Großartig ist dabei, dass man sich über das Hotel direkt mit anderen Gästen in Verbindung setzen kann, wenn man sich eine Fahrt teilen möchte. Ein letzter genialer Punkt: man kann vor Ort per Paypal zahlen ohne zusätzliche Kosten! Alles in allem die tollste Unterkunft die ich auf meiner Reise hatte. Nichts

Het is een klim met een jeep de berg op (hiervoor waarschuwen ze je ook netjes) en deze kan je delen via een service. Het uitzicht is prachtig, het eten is gevarieerd (en hielden rekening met vegan), kamers zijn schoon. Een fijne plek om uit de drukte te kunnen. Ze hebben ook een fijne wandeling over het terrein. Waar ook wat fruit te plukken is. Ik kan het niet bedenken.

• Ludwig (10/5): - Wunderschöne Unterkunft in dem Bergen von Minca. Bei schönem Wetter - vor allem Nachts - mit einmaligen Ausblick. Sowohl das inkludierte Frühstück, wie auch das optional. angebotene Abendessen waren sehr lecker und mehr als ausreichend. Der Kaffee aus eigenem Anbau hat uns so gut geschmeckt, dass wir mehrere Packungen mitgenommen haben. Personal ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das absolute Highlight waren aber neben den wunderschön angelegten Garten natürlich der Tucan Silvester und die beiden lachenden Papageien. Alles in allem ein idyllisches Stück vom Paradies und wir waren froh um die Distanz zu dem mit Backpacker überlaufenen Ortskern. Da es während unseres Aufenthalts leider sehr neblig und teilweise nasskalt war, hätten wir einen Kamin im Zimmer gut gebrauchen können, um es noch gemütlicher zu haben - aber dies ist jammern auf sehr sehr hohem Niveau. ;-)

• Sze Chung (10/5): Wishing our stay here never ended - We left Sintropia feeling extremely relaxed - and we really hope we’ll be able to visit again in the future. This is one of the best places we’ve stayed at. It is located in a gorgeous and secluded location, high up in the mountaintops. While the trek up might be slightly tiring on a hot day (there are 4x4 jeep and mototaxi available too), you are rewarded with a stunning view of the surrounding mountains and ocean. It made us appreciate the beauty of nature even more and the sunsets are 10/10. Everything you needed is there - the food, coffee and juices are delicious and healthy, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. There is no expectations to sell you anything, you’re just there to relax. It’s probably the best place to stay in Minca and we’d highly recommend to anyone who is looking to recharge and reconnect with life. • N. (10/5): Unbedingt bei eurem nächsten Kolumbienaufenthalt dort ein paar Tage verbringen!!! - minca Sintropia ist einfach toll. Ich war 3 Tage dort. Tolle Lage, tolle Gastgeber, tolles Essen, einfach alles ganz ganz toll. Ein Aufenthalt dort ist unbedingt zu empfehlen :-) Ich werde bestimmt dort wieder hinfahren.

Die gesamte Anlage ist mit unglaublich viel Liebe gestaltet, die Zimmer sind stilvoll, gemütlich und laden sofort zum Wohlfühlen ein. Das Essen war ein absolutes Highlight: abwechslungsreich, frisch und sogar besser als in vielen Restaurants, die wir auf unserer Reise besucht haben. Und der Kaffee ist einfach unschlagbar! Jeden Morgen konnten wir beim Frühstück Papageien und Kolibris beobachten. Das Gelände selbst ist atemberaubend schön und bietet so viel zu entdecken, dass wir es während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts kein einziges Mal verlassen haben. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das wunderbare Personal: herzlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit, sodass man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlt. Für uns war Sintropia ganz klar das schönste Hotel unserer Kolumbienreise und ein Ort, an den wir jederzeit sofort zurückkehren würden.
• Andrea (10/5): - Ein unglaublich schöner Ort da oben mit Worten schwer zu beschreiben. Eine Oase der Ruhe man hört nichts ausser Vogelgezwitscher. Konnten uns nicht satt sehen an der wundervollen Natur mit diesem Ausblick. Ein weiteres Highlight war ein zutraulicher Tucan der zu uns auf den Tisch der Veranda geflogen ist und dann auch ins Zimmer gegangen ist. Wir haben nur gestaunt. Die Unterkünfte und der Blick sind etwas ganz bespnderes. Jede Mahlzeit war wirklich sehr lecker, sogar leckerer als in manchen Restaurants in Santa Marta. Man legt hier wirklich Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit, Engagement und Qualität. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, die Anlage sehr gepflegt. Das Personal immer sehr nett unf hilfsbereit. nichts auszusetzen

En nuestro viaje a Colombia era uno de los luagres que deseábamos conocer en Minca, y sin dudas fue un gran acierto. Es un lugar para conectar con la tranquilidad, el descanso y la naturaleza. Es una belleza lo lindo y cuidado que está todo, desde los espacios naturales hasta las habitaciones. Todo super pensado y en coherencia con el cuidado del medio ambiente, la sustentabilidad y el turismo responsable. Luis, Mary y todo el personal son súper amables y atentos. Cabe destacar que los desayunos y las opciones de comida fueron siempre deliciosas, variadas y nutritivas! Realmente recomiendo tomarse unos días para simplemente estar allí y disfrutar de la finca. La llegada a la finca es un poco desafiante pero hermosa, recomiendo ir en jeep. Todo fue maravilloso!

• Shadya (9/5): Una maravillosa experiencia - Los paisajes de día y de noche, la flora y fauna del lugar son una maravilla. Es el lugar perfecto para descansar, desconectarse y estar rodeado de naturaleza. Se debe llevar ropa y zapatos cómodos para poder caminar por senderos inclinados. La atención de todo el personal es realmente muy buena. Mary y Luis son muy amables y atentos siempre. Estuve dos días y fueron maravillosos. Hicimos el recorrido por la finca y es increíble poder caminar por los senderos en medio de la naturaleza y ver tantos tipos de aves y vegetación. Se recomienda usar bloqueador y un muy buen repelente para evitar las picaduras de zancudos u otros animales. La comida fue deliciosa y el café que ofrecen y venden también lo es. Las instrucciones para llegar son muy claras desde el inicio. No es recomendable que te alojes aquí si quieres ir y venir del pueblo de Minca varias veces al día. La poca presión del agua en las duchas. Del resto todo fantástico.
• Michel (10/5): Wundervolle Anlage in der Abgeschiedenheit - Lage und die Umgebung sind traumhaft. Man muss einfach wissen, dass es sehr abgelegen ist und die Wege zu Fuss gehen entweder nur steil nach unten oder nach oben. Wanderungen sind sehr anstrengend. Die Hängematten auf den Balkonen sind perfekt. Gratis Wasser und Kaffee. Sehr nette Crew auch wenn sie nur Spanisch sprechen kann man sich recht gut verständigen ohne die Sprache fliessend zu können. Die Papageien, der Tukan und der Hund sind klasse. Das Essen war sehr gut. WC Deckel sollte man ersetzen, sehr unangenehm. Beim Doppelbett im Bungalow braucht es dringend andere Moskitonetze, die aktuellen sind nur für ein Einzelbett ausgelegt und viel zu klein. Aktuell finden Bauarbeiten für ein neues Gebäude statt, dabei hat das ständige Hämmern natürlich etwas die Atmosphäre zerstört. Mit einem Pool wäre es der Hammer und lässt es sich dort oben sicher länger aushalten. Sollte machbar sein, da gute eigene Wasserquelle und viele Hotels in der Umgebung auch einen haben.
• GRZEGORZ (10/5): Najpiękniejsze miejsce w jakim byłem - Myślę, że było to najpiękniej położone miejsce w jakim do tej pory byłem. Rezerwując inne obiekty często wybieralem je ze względu na zdjęcia, widoki z pokoju, a na miejscu okazywało się, ze wcale takie nie były, a zdjecia były tylko marketingowe. Tutaj jest calkowicie odwrotnie. To co widzisz na zdjęciach — dostaniesz na miejscu. Niezależnie jaki pokój wybierzesz! Do tego świetni ludzie. Mili, bardzo pomocni i autentyczni. Samo miejsce- bardzo butikowe, totalnie na odcięcie od swiata. Pyszne jedzenie! Pierwszego dnia na kolację dostałem bardzo domowe jedzenie, bardzo polskie 😉 z przepysznym puree z ziemniaków. Do tego miejsce odwiedza oswojony tukan Sylwester oraz 2 papugi. Do tego ogrom ogrom zwierząt, które można zobaczyć wprost z okna. Czułem sie jak na safari. Żeby wjechać do hotelu, najpierw podwozi Cie auto 4x4, a nastepnie albo wchodzisz sam (jest miejscami stromo), albo korzystasz z pomocy Luisa, który zawiezie Cie pod gore motocyklem. Super przygoda! Bardzo polecam! To miejsce fenomenalne! -

• marie654321 (9/5): - Très bel endroit pour se reposer. Vue exceptionnelle de la chambre. Personnel très gentil Nourriture excellente pour tous les repas! Bon café! Bon wifi Possible de marcher dans la.foret et faire le tour de la finca. Bien sûr, la montée en valait le coup, mais il faut savoir qu elle est ardue. Se rendre sur les lieux aussi! Cela nécessite un 4x4 avec les bagages qui est coûteux. Par contre l endroit en vaut la peine. C est très joli! Il y a de fortes chance que votre douche soit froide ...ou tiède au mieux, mais ça rafraîchit!

• Lidia (10/5): Most amazing stay in Minca - I had the most amazing stay at Minca Sintropia. This was actually my most memorable stay in Colombia. The Sintropia is located high up in minc. The views and the cool weather was wonderful. Excellent food, super clean room, wonderful staff, free fresh drinking water from the mountains and great staff. The highlight for me was Silvester the toucan, the 2 parrots, the delicious food and the wonderful staff. I must add - the bed was super comfortable, the wifi was excellent and the location was superb. Nothing. Everything was exceptional.

• Chloe (10/5): Peaceful, beautiful and welcoming - Sintropia is a little place of heaven on earth (see pictures). It exceeded our expectations and was the best spot we’ve been to in our 10 day trip to Colombia. Rooms are clean, food is amazing and yes you need an adventurous side to climb up that hill by motortaxi or jeep, but it was so much fun! Luis, Marie and Thomas are great hosts making you feel welcome from the start. It’s amazing to see how they’ve built this place with one simple mission: protect nature at all costs while being organic and sustainable. We recommend this to everyone that would go to Colombia! Nothing to mention, it was great!

Eine perfekte Auszeit zum Durchatmen von der Hitze und zum Entspannen in familiärer Atmosphäre.

No solo es un lugar hermoso si no que además es el estilo de lugar que esperábamos y más. El respeto por el medio ambiente y los otros animales está presente en todo momento, es un lugar maravilloso para descansar. No solo es cómodo si no que además es muy coherente con la manera como deberíamos hacer turismo. Sin duda regresaremos. Mary, Luis y Thomas son unos anfitriones geniales, la comida estuvo deliciosa y generosa, el café exquisito. Hicimos una caminata hasta unas hermosas cascadas y pudimos apreciar todo el proceso del café. Les felicitamos por este hermoso proyecto.

The views are breathtaking, the owners are so kind and welcoming, and you feel immediately at peace surrounded by the most incredible plants, flowers and birds. The rooms are beautifully designed and so comfortable and the food was phenomenal. You have privacy and quiet but also at meal times you can meet other guests and it feels often more like you’re eating with a big group of friends which I loved. I am desperate to come back here and spend more time in this paradise. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

• Mark (10/5): Totaal verzochte rust en privacy - Het verblijf in Sintropia is zeer aan te bevelen wanneer je volledig verzorgd rust en prachtige uitzichten zoekt. Te bereiken ongeveer 30 minuten met 4x4 vanaf Minca (chauffeur Wilington wordt aangeraden). Dit is een leuke rit. Bij aankomst zelf een kleine wandeling door de natuur naar boven, terwijl de koffers achterop de motor naar boven worden gebracht. Het verblijf is prachtig gelegen met een overvloed aan vogels. Wij hebben genoten van het uitzicht, een vogel tour gedaan en naar de watervallen gewandeld. Beiden aan te raden. Het eten is heerlijk vers met veel groenten. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en hadden voor ons een lekker kampvuur gemaakt. Hier kan je totaal tot rust komen, buiten de back packet scène dat Minca zelf is. Kortom, zeer aan te raden.
• ALBERTO (10/5): - Increíble trato, vistas impresionantes, lugar idílico. Thomas, Luis y Marilin están en todo momento atentos a nosotros. Tienen u a finca espectacular, de la cual puedes recorrerte la entera y ver las distintas variedades de café, cacao y otros tipos de frutas. Te van a alucinar los distintos tipos de pájaros que tienen allí, así como el punto privilegiado para ver el atardecer. Luego, tema de la comida. Está SUPER buena!! Y lo que más me encantó fue el puré de plátano. Sin duda volveré, ya que es un proyecto muy interesante el que han construido y en breves ya empezarán a cosechar café 100% orgánico, el cual hará mejor la experiencia.

• Gagan (10/5): - this is a really beautiful, biodiverse and peaceful place to stay. We ate fresh fruits from the Finca, and their organic coffee was excellent. The staff are wonderful people and made my stay lovely :) the hike to the waterfall and the sunset are a highlight!
• Jan (9/5): - Eine traumhafte Lage mitten im Urwald. Von den Bungalows aus geniesst man eine unvergleichliche Aussicht. Die Wohneinheiten sind sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber*innen sind auch sehr nett. Ein Wasserkocher im Zimmer wäre noch das Nonplusultra. Und eine Fussmatte beim Eingang (da die Schuhe meist sehr schlammig sind) wäre eine gute Ergänzung für das Bungalow.

• Shirley (9/5): Fantastisch paradijs midden in de natuur - Fantastische locatie. Echt een adembenemend uitzicht en heerlijke kamer. Lieve mensen ook die je graag willen helpen. Met als kers op de taart Silvestre, de Tucan die ze hebben gered en nog regelmatig in en uit vliegt. Het kost echt wel een beetje moeite om hier te komen. Van hobbelige tocht met 4x4 tot nog een stukje klimmen. Als je er eenmaal bent is het echt de moeite waard. Daarnaast moet je er ook rekening mee houden dat je hoger op de berg zit, in de wolken, en het dus allemaal wat natter is (klam, meer regen).

• Marjorie (10/5): Magical Stay in the Heart of a Finca in Minca - We loved Sintropia. Staying there was a unique experience. We got a comfortable cabana with an amazing view from the mountain to the sea and above the clouds, waking up with the birds singing. The cabana was spacious and comfy. The personnel was extremely nice, planning and guiding activities and hikes (walk in the jungle where you can see the plantations, the view, waterfalls, monkeys and more). You can get all your meals there and the food was really good and affordable. It feels really special, peaceful and remote (with good internet though :)) - which is amazing if this is what you are looking for. The link they share in advance explains very well activities available and how to get there: 30 min by jeep from Minca center plus a 10 min hike, which is definitely worth it; the lodge helps with the suitcases and bags. Nothing :)

Wij troffen erg slecht weer en waren aan de kamer gebonden, zeker geen straf, er zijn slechtere plekken.. Eens boven, achterop de motor of met de 4x4 ga je niet even snel naar beneden. In ruil krijg je een niet normaal mooi uitzicht.
