Guest Reviews

- Charlotte (4/5): Was clean and near by however the bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable I did not sleep well at all neither did my partner. Th - It was close to 02 Kentish Town Was clean
- Jade (5/5): Room didn't match description - Quiet area, free street parking, clean room. They didn't give the 'garden view' room we paid for. We had a street view instead, and they claim that the front garden counts as a garden view. Also the bed is a very small double.

- Padraig (9/5): - Nice area.Good comfy bed . Nice and warm for December. Shared kitchen on each floor was ideal for a tea or coffee. I would certainly stay again. Nothing
- Camilla (8/5): - Bella struttura, pulita e posizione molto comoda Riscaldamento difficile da regolare
- Dean (9/5): - A really clean room with good facilities. Secure room with number coded locks sent to you prior to check-in.
Spotless shared kitchens on each floor with free tea / coffee making facilities and the use 9f fridge freezer if needed
Location about a 10 min walk to Tuffnell Park Tube.
Lovely residential location, quiet and safe.
Whilst there was no physical interaction with staff the communication was excellent - from booking through to check out regular helpful messaging was sent.
Highly reccomended for overnight or especially for a longer stays to enjoy the sights of London..

- Rhea (9/5): Fab location and lovely street - Great location, comfy beds, clean ! They had tints on the windows that we realised after getting dressed were on the wrong way and you can’t see out but outside could see in - haha !!

- Magda (9/5): A perfect one-night stay — great location, spotless and comfortable room, and excellent value overall. - We stayed for one night and had a great experience. The hotel is in a very good location — close to everything we needed. The room was spotless and comfortable. The bed was really comfy, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. Perfect for a short stay — we would happily come back!

- Christine (6/5): I was a bit disappointed that only the oven worked in the kitchen. I didn’t realise until after I’dalready bought raw in - The property was reasonably priced, it doesn’t take long by tube to get to the city.
It had a communal laundry machine which was really useful to have considering we were just in a room. The room was clean and we had a good breeze through the window. They also provided a fan because it got quite hot during the day. The listing says there was a kitchen but didn’t detail that all the stoves had been glued shut. After being told to use the extraction when cooking, it didn’t even work. After enquiring, they said that due to safety reasons the extraction was turned off because the stoves were shut and we were told we could use the oven to cook. I had to go through other kitchens to find a pot that seemed safe for the oven.
- Maxime (9/5): Rue et quartier calmes, chambre fonctionnelle, rien à redire -
- Lee (8/5): - Clean, secure & in a lovely area and though there isn’t any reception staff, there was good communication throughout the stay.
- Carrieann (10/5): Had a great stay nice view from the window - Clean spacious a really nice shared kitchen The hotel wasn’t far from warren park station but the building has a lot of stars if your not on the first floor and it was at the bottom of a hill not great if you’ve got a suitcase
- Bianca (7/5): Overall ok - The location was great – in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, close to cafes and shops. I appreciated the easy and efficient access to the room via code, which made check-in quick and smooth. The room was clean and overall comfortable. No air conditioner in the room, the room was very warm, and even with the window open, the heat remained quite uncomfortable. There was no daily cleaning service, and there weren’t enough face towels for two people. The stairs to the room were very narrow, which might be difficult for some guests. Also, the kitchen was shared with other guests on the floor, and leaving food in the fridge was risky – some of our items went missing.
- Marie-claude (3/5): Overall, the stay was uncomfortable due to the heat, lack of proper amenities, and poorly equipped f - The property is situated in a nice location, near multiple restaurant We stayed on the third floor, and the room felt like a sauna. We had to request a second fan, but even with that, the temperature remained around 30°C. The TV was extremely small, and the bathroom was so narrow we could barely move inside. Because of the heat, we wanted to take cold showers, but the shower setup was poor—if we didn't want scalding hot water, there was almost no water pressure.
The kitchen felt like a closed-off closet. There was no proper stove, no ventilation, and hardly any usable utensils. It only had disposable wooden forks, knives, and spoons meant for one-time use.
- Vanessa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ho (8/5): Comfortable - Very comfortable, was a great relief to come back to a comfy bed and private bathroom after a tiring day out. Peaceful neighbourhood. The floor and some of the furniture were dusty, triggered my allergy reaction.
- Beibhinn (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (8/5): 2 night stay - Very good location and very safe area. Key codes made everything very smooth A few of the surfaces didn't seem like they had been cleaned. The shower pressure doesn't really work properly most of the time.
- Shropshire (7/5): Good - Easy walk to underground station. Quiet residential area. Room was clean and modern. Room access simple with codes so no reception staff needed. Shared kitchen in separate room.
- Hollie (8/5): Good - The bedroom window and everything Alarm
- Alex (8/5): Clean, comfortable, great location. - Clean and comfortable. Great location. Free on street parking at the weekend.
- Allan (8/5): Very good -
- G (7/5): Good for Arsenal fans who want to visit Emirates stadium - The property located within walking distance to Arsenal Emirates stadium. The kitchen doesn't seem like what's promoting, it's not well equipped.
- Tlholo (7/5): Good -
- Rory (8/5): Very good -
- Junaid (10/5): Good spot - Nice and clean, well located, 10 mins from Tufnell Park Station N/A
- Matea (10/5): Great, clean and comfortable! - It was very clean and in a great location! Only stairs to get up to the higher floors, a little bit harder to bring luggage up but not too bad
- Charlotte (10/5): Great place to stay and good price for what’s included - Loved being able to get in and out with just the door codes and also that each level had its own kitchen facilities Wasn’t overly keen on the pillows, found them a bit harsh but the bed itself was lovely and comfy
- Xiaochu (10/5): Comfortable experience with lovely sunny room:) - It is a lovely sunny room with attentive service😊The staff were very welcoming and patient in answering questions. We loved it very much and had a wonderful time together😊 It would be better if provided some disposable slippers:)
- Stefan-neculai (8/5): Very good - Great value for money, wonderful quiet neighbourhood with beautiful gardens, good wifi, 10 min walk to closest tube station. The fact that there was no socket adaptor for EU plugs and we had to get one.
- Graham (9/5): Convenient and up to my requirements for my trip. - Good location. Clear instructions. Clean, tidy & comfortable.
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - The place was neat and bright. The neighborhood was quiet at night, such a good area.
- Hannah (1/5): Bad -
- Anonymous (6/5): Pleasant - Proximité avec le métro Entitlement of workers when saying something wasn’t clean and they desagreed
- Lily (10/5): Exceptional -
- Charlotte (2/5): Not the best not the worst - Bed was comfy Floor boards falling apart walls were scruffed up and the bathroom was so tight couldn’t get to the toilet without struggling!!
- Charlotte (6/5): Impossible to sleep. Wouldn’t return. - Room was clean. Good location - close to the O2 forum. Very noisy. We stayed in room 13 and you could hear a whirring noise coming from the kitchen all night. Blind was broken. Extractor fan in the bathroom didn’t work. Shower very weak. Housekeeping lady asked us to leave early before check out time (at 9 am and check out time 11am) because the next guests had turned up early. She didn’t apologise for this.
- Jingen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (8/5): Overall I enjoyed my stay. Good facilities and easy to get to. - Clean and comfortable. Would stay again Very warm in the room on the top floor
- Ποζαντζησ (9/5): Superb - Great location. Quiet and safe area.
- Jessica (8/5): Amazing location, easy access to northern line also super safe area. Had a lovely stay! - Great location! Also very clean :) Air-Con didn’t work and we stayed on a really warm day.
- Karen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marco (9/5): We've had a nice time! -
- Anonymous (10/5): Excellent place to have a weekend away in London - Very clean and pleasant How small the bathroom was
- Elspeth (9/5): had a great stay and will certainly come back - lovely and clean room with shared kitchen which was immaculate and only shared with two other rooms and there was plenty of tea, coffee and milk. nothing, the room was spot on,
- F (9/5): A really nice find! - The place is adorable, clean and really close to the tube station. It is code protected for entry and feels safe. The area is nice and leafy and again feels safe. Towels and shampoo are provided. The shower and toilet work well. There is no fridge in the room but the common kitchen is just next door. The cleaning personnel were friendly and polite in the morning. Really good value for money. I would definitely go back! Not a big deal for us but note that the room gets hot on summer days/nights, while there is no air con there is a fan. Also note that there is no lift if you need one. All in all though, a really great place to stay!
- Elise (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aleksander (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carolin (6/5): Pleasant - Affordable considering how close it was to the centre. The friendly and very clear communication was also a plus. It was almost impossible to turn off the shower. It needs replacement. I wrote that to the hotel and they reacted quickly and came by to have a look immediately. However, the problem wasn't resolved while we were there. I hope they'll repair the shower before the next guest.
- Gregory (7/5): Good -
- Anonymous (6/5): Pleasant - Very nice location and views. Everything included that we needed for our stay. Shower was very difficult to turn on and off. Very sticky handle. Hairs in shower, seemed to have not been cleaned. Water on floor in bathroom.
- Anoushka (8/5): Very good - Lovely, clean room and tea facilities
- Michael (8/5): The only downside was the shower control. It was easy to turn on but my wife couldn’t turn it off as it was so stiff so - The property was clean and located in a lovely quiet suburb about 8 minutes walk to the underground would have preferred tea/coffee facilities in the room as opposed to a separate kitchen located in the basement especially as we were on the top floor
- Anonymous (10/5): Lovely room. - The room was spotlessly clean including the shared kitchen. Despite sharing a floor with 2 other rooms we didn't hear them or see them so still felt like we had privacy. The bed was quite small for a double and the mattress is firm, but there is no bed like your own bed to be fair!
- Vanessa (6/5): Clean room and comfortable bed, minimal amenities, no staff on premises, - Room was spacious and not too far from central London. No staff on place, very spare room and no lighting other than overhead light. Reserved a room “with garden view” but the room faced the street.
- Anonymous (6/5): Pleasant -
