Guest Reviews
- Carole (7/5): - L’emplacement Le bruit , les serrures mauvaises qualité

- Karine (10/5): Modern room in local city building - Quiet room in lovely area and still not too far from city center and train station to airport Initially complex process to access and get the key but actually super convenient!

- Abbie (8/5): Very good -
- Katerina (9/5): Superb -
- Andysprod (8/5): Very good - We were able to check in and leave bags and could have used the room 4 hours earlier than expected.
The restaurant opposite looked very good, but we didn't eat there. Lots of locals did though and the menu was more interesting than many restaurants in the city. Be aware that you are sharing an apartment. We weren't aware of that, and it is not clear on Booking, com.
No soundproofing between rooms and we could hear our neighbours very clearly and in particular when they were using the bathroom.
Room 2 is a much nicer room than room 1.
Remote access and self check-in so no reception staff costs involved, but price doesn't reflect that.
Communication was slow and left us anxious about our arrangements until last minute.
The self check-in system is a bit of a faff and didn't work on my android phone. We managed to make it work on my wife's Apple phone.
- Millie (8/5): Very good -
- Elizabeth (6/5): Cheap, very well located, but not the highest quality. - The door of Room 2 was a simple sliding door with a latch-- not even a real lock. I did not feel safe, especially given that the other room had different people every day that were coming in drunk at 4am. The sliding door let in light and sound, and I never felt like it was completely or securely locked.
The bathroom shower was a little grimy and could use a deep clean with a calcium dissolver.
There was no change of linens, or even extra toilet paper, even though I was there for a week.
- Vittoria (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rodrigo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anastasia (4/5): Disappointing - Location was good however wasn’t very clear that only get a room within an apartment rather than the entire apartment itself. I was in communication with the host and it would have been nice to be aware another guest was entering the apartment rather than be shocked by this fact. It was written in the message after booking but again was not very clear. Sadly this ruined our experience for this stay and made me feel very uncomfortable.
- Traveller (7/5): Good - Great location,
Very close to main spots, area well served,
Parking options available in the area,
Easy and smooth check-in experience,
Supportive and very kind host,
Clean and cozy room. The room is not the one in the main pic. It is a smaller one.
It's a little cold in the room, if in winter,
Space is limited if you carry two big suitcases,
It was a bit expensive, comparatively, all considered.
- Araceli (8/5): Very good - General look of the room was nice, location was not super central but in a cool neighborhood. Shower didn't work super well. Check in was a bit complicated.
- Christian (8/5): Very good - Excellent facilities and location was perfect, numerous shops, pharmacies and restaurants within a couple minutes walk. Room had everything needed, kitchen was well equipped. Apartment was easy to access with instructions given by property management. I found it abit difficult to find at first. The entrance to the apartment block wasn't very clear in the street. Would of been nice if someone had met in person and showed how to access the apartment as a one off.
- Elias (8/5): Very good -
- Jacob (6/5): Pleasant - Good location, good train connections, not too loud
Host reachable via Whatsapp and friendly Was not transparent to me that this was a shared apartment when booking.
Air conditioner broke down occasionally
Bathroom could have been cleaner
Received one dirty towel which was promptly replaced
- Jamie (8/5): Very good -
- Oleksandra (8/5): Very good -
- Graham (9/5): A wonderful stay in a great location - Very nice spacious room with character. Great location in Testaccio, with local cafes, restaurants and the piazza very close. Nothing significant
- Kelly (4/5): Room in shared apartment. Disappointing stay. - The location is great, the shared areas are clean and recently renovated. The bed is small for 2 people. The room was nice and clean but it is a bedroom in a SHARED apartment. That means that you share the kitchen and living room with whoever is occupying the other bedroom. Each one has their keys but the doors are next to each other so there is no privacy and you hear absolutely everything.
Our shower was broken and they took 2 days to fix it. We also asked 3 times for new towels and they never brought them. A very disappointing stay.
- Justina (10/5): Cool and cosy - The kitchen was a lovely space. I liked the style of everything. The shower was blocked.
- James (8/5): Perfect for business trip - Just the right space to do some work.
- Shira (9/5): Superb - A great apartmant!! a lot of space, very clean, great local neighborhood close to trastevere (10-15min walk), the host was super helpfull and availble. A few things to improve - its nice to have the air conditiner but it was pretty hot at night, the door is hard to lock, there isn't any safe box in the room to keep important things, when you turn on the light in the bathroom at night the whole room is full of light. But all small things and we had really good experience!
- Jemma (6/5): Pleasant - Clean, good location, host was helpful and let us leave our luggage after we checked out.
- Moujahed (8/5): Very good - I liked most the location and worst the TV channels which are on Italians thst I don't speak.
- Bekauri (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andreea (7/5): cosy clean and in a lovely neighborhood. only problem was hot water was not hot at all.
- Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Loved how accommodating the host was!!
