• TAMAKI (9/5): おすすめのフラット - 昨年に続き二度目の滞在。駅から近くバス停も近いので便利。今回は季節外れの異例の暑さだったが、フラットが半地下のため部屋は涼しくてよかった。（エアコンはない） 特になし。トイレットペーパーがあと一巻きあるとよかった。

• Bridget (8/5): Quiet, comfortable flat in a wonderful Bloomsbury location. - Great location. Very comfortable & quiet flat. The flat was very clean & well-furnished, for the most part. There is no full-length mirror. There was no hand soap in the half bath, and the dispenser in the full bath was almost empty. There wasn’t a coffee table or night stands, so no place to set your drink & whatever else you need by your bedside at night. Also, there were coffee pods for a Nespresso-type machine but no actual machine! (There was a French press tho, so all good there). In short, the flat itself is great & the location is wonderful. I would stay there again, but there are some basic, easy fixes they should make.

Très calme ce qui est très positif après de grosses journées . 2 toilettes très pratique aussi Literie à revoir surtout le canapé lit dans le salon. Les matelas ne sont pas confortables . Le séchoir pour les essuies ne tient pas . Trop juste pour une famille de 5 personnes . Mobilier usagé , tâches sur les sièges . Chaises fragiles. et surtout très dangereux la porte excessivement lourde du lave vaisselle . Elle est tombée sur nos jambes en voulant l'ouvrir ! Un panneau devrait indiquer ce point . 1 adaptateur aurait été le bienvenu. Manque d'éclairage correct dans les chambres pour lire. Ménage correct mais peut encore être amélioré .

• Regina (8/5): Geweldige locatie en een groot app met goede faciliteiten. - Het appartement was erg groot. Ook de aanwezigheid van alle faciliteiten was geweldig. De wasmachine was heel handig met kleine kinderen. De ramen in de slaapkamers konden niet goed op slot. Nieuw slotje aan de bovenkant en het is opgelost. Ook het tapijt in de slaapkamers zag er smoezelig uit. Pvc of laminaat zou beter schoon te maken zijn. Mocht de pret zeker niet drukken! Was verder heel zijn appartement!

• Leonie (7/5): - Location. Separate toilet was handy. The outside courtyard had a large hole in deck and was very dirty so was unsafe and not fit to use.
• Colin (7/5): Very disappointing! - Great location, aesthetically pleasing. This should have been a great stay but..... Ok, so first glance great, looked like what was advertised, but then you start noticing details. This place needs maintenance. Supplied with a dirty stained bath towel - unacceptable! Tried to wash dishes in the sink, the plug doesn't work and had to improvise with a plastic bag. The dishwasher door is still broken as noted on previous reviews. The door drops open suddenly almost injuring myself. There is a white wooden dining chair with one missing cross bar and cracked leg joint. This was also reported on a previous review and still not replaced. Luckily it didn't cause injury when my daughter went to sit on it. The leg had been pushed back into place to make it look OK when we arrived. The clothes rack was broken when we arrived and kept collapsing. Also reported on a previous review and not replaced. There is a large hole in the decking of the outdoor area, looks rotted, pigeon poo everywhere, and surface rust over the outdoor chairs and table - totally unusable area. No bedside tables, a lack of mirrors, hard mattresses also reported on previous reviews. I discovered on our 2nd last night when I opened the oven for the first time that the rubber seal around the oven door just fell away. As I said, this should have been a great stay, but when you add up all of the issues, it takes something away from the experience. Overall, the apartment served it's purpose, but paid far too much for 6 nights in an apartment that needs a major maintenance overhaul. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but future tenants need to know this before booking.
• nitzan (10/5): A great place for a family in central London - A lovely apartment in a great spot close to the tube and bus. Very clean and well equipped. There are many stairs down to the flat with heavy suitcases. Every morning the trash welcomes you on the sidewalk in front of the house…

• Beatriz (8/5): Bom custo-benefício, com ótima localização. - O apartamento é bem localizado, muito perto do British Museum. De forma geral é bem limpo e espaçoso (com exceção do segundo quarto, que só tinha espaço realmente para cama e o guarda roupas é ocupado basicamente pelo boiller). As instruções para entrada foram simples e claras, sem dificuldades para retirada das chaves. É bastante confortável e disponibiliza bastante roupa de cama e toalhas. Falta manutenção. Algumas cerâmicas do banheiro estavam rachadas, além de uma das cadeiras. O apartamento é no subsolo, então precisamos descer escadas com as malas. Não é possível utilizar o pátio externo por causa da sujeira deixada por pombos.

• Maggie (6/5): Clean Appartment, close to tube - So close to Russell Green railway station Hole in decking as you go outside, which is dangerous especially at night. The host wasn’t quick to come back to us regarding leaving our luggage, we had to make other arrangements even though they offer the service.

• Richard (6/5): Great location, could do with a few tweaks - Location was great, it was very clean and spacious You could hear the underground! We could hear the neighbours upstairs as well. One side of the double bed in the second room was misshapen and uncomfortable. The dishwasher door is broken. The settee isn’t that comfortable and it doesn’t really work with the layout of the room and the TV.

Lack of mirror in bedroom ( albeit there is one in the lounge) but if you are sharing you tend to use the bedroom. Had to ring to get keys for 3.00pm, keys in wrong box.

• Karen (9/5): We really enjoyed our time here -- a perfect place to relax in the middle of a hectic visit. - A large luxurious comfortable apartment in a very central location at a good price. Excellent furniture, bedding, linens. A small internal patio would be great in warm weather. The kitchen situation could be improved -- a few more basics (coffee, tea, salt, pepper) would make a difference.
