• Olaf (9/5): cudowny apartament z przemiłą obsługą - Bardzo miła oraz wyrozumiała obsługa, czuliśmy się bardzo komfortowo, obok hotelu jest przystanek autobusowy, nie jest daleko do dworca głównego, blisko plaża, obiekt przy promenadzie Brakowało mi jedynie kuchni ktora nie byla w pokoju, ale przy kilkudniowym pobycie nie jest to problem:)
• Rachelle (9/5): Dubrovnik close but not in the thick of it - Excellent safe neighborhood, out of the touristy area, which means relief from touristy prices. 2 different bus options, 5 min walk to grocery, bakery and loads of good restaurants. About a 10 min walk to pedestrian promenade. One of the best things we discovered was after climbing all the stairs in old city we came home to none. Just a light sloping hill to either climb or descend. Beautiful well appointed apartment. Owner was very friendly and on top of any requests or questions we might have. Loved sitting out on covered terrace. Liked having a washing machine

• Patrick (10/5): - The owner went out of her way to take our clothes which were hanging up inside as there was a storm whilst we were out. Very good location close to a beach, and bus stop right outside to take you to old town.

• Justyna (8/5): Bardzo udany pobyt, miasto nas zachwyciło i z pewnością wrócimy - Obiekt znajduje się bardzo blisko promenady z licznymi punktami gastronomicznymi, która prowadzi do morza. W pobliżu znajdują się także sklepy spożywcze i piekarnia. Aby dojść do łazienki trzeba było przejść przez sypialnie, która automatycznie stawała się mniej prywatna. Taras z grillem jest wspólny dla wszystkich lokatorów i znajduje się przed wejściem do pokoi co sprawiło, że nie mogliśmy z niego skorzystać.

• Marcia Helena Dutra (10/5): - Da localização. Dá pra irmos à cidade velha ( old town) a pé. Limpeza cuidadosa, cama confortável. Elevador muito bom. O hotel não tem estacionamento e a gente pagou 7 euros por dia.
• Milana (10/5): Greatful for this lovely stay in Lapad. - Lovely stay in a great location in Lapad, Dubrovnik! The beach is just a 5–7 minute walk away, and there’s a large supermarket only 2 minutes from the property. A bus stop is also just around the corner — 1 minute on foot. The beach itself was amazing — not crowded, with plenty of restaurants nearby. We stayed in a double room. It was small but very clean, cozy, and had everything we needed, including an electric kettle. Many towels. There was also a shared terrace where we enjoyed our breakfasts — such a lovely touch! We arrived earlier than the official check-in time, but Jadranka welcomed us anyway, which we really appreciated. She also kindly let us leave our bags at the property after check-out. Overall, we’re very grateful for this wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it! The only thing we missed was having a few more dishes in the room. We had two cups and spoons, and we asked for a knife, which was kindly provided. It would’ve been great to have a couple of plates or basic utensils as well.
• Rasa (9/5): Superb - Everything was great and clean, owners mum kindly showed us around and came outside when we struggled to find the accomodation. 1min from supermarket and 5mins from the beach, would definitely come back!
• Lizanee (9/5): Superb - The host was very accommodating with check in time. Our flight was delayed by over 2 hours which meant we had to check in around 1am. She was very quick in responding to my frantic messages to her lol and allowed us to check in late. She sent her daughter out to meet us and as we had trouble finding the place in the dark and to show us around the room. Very amazing and nice of her. The bathroom is amazing. Bath is spacious enough for two. And there was shampoo and body wash available to us. Loved that they provided beach towels aswell. A very nice touch. Nothing comes to mind

Nearby supermarket, restaurants and public transport. The hot water ran out after one quick shower each night, although the outside temp was so hot that it didn’t bother us too much. The owner of the property was great however the company she used weren’t great with communication or answering questions etc prior to our visit.

Friendly and accommodating hosts. Able to do laundry. The room was a bit smaller than we expected. It would’ve been fine for a shorter stay.

• Oleksii (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very beautiful and comfortable, the owner was very kind, as soon as we arrived in the apartment we were given fresh fruit and cold water. They also provided us with toothpaste, shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom, it was very nice and on par with good hotels.
• Susianna (9/5): Lovely and modern apartment near Sunset Beach and easy access by bus to Dubrovnik Old Town - Spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and modern toilet. Nice for long stay. The landlady and her mother-in-law were really sweet and helpful. Beautiful beach near, supermarket near, bus stop to old town on other side of the road, many restaurants nearby and everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
• Marcos (6/5): Great location, otherwise totally overrated as a booking, check as I stated why… - Location was great, a brisk walk to the beach! The place is immaculately clean, the ac works a treat and is silent. Value for money! I booked with the idea you have access to kitchen. Its two separate places - one a room with en-suite and the other comes with everything. I felt this wasn’t clear when booking and disappointed on arrival finding this out yet, arguably it’s my mistake - but it should be clear on the photos that each part is separate bookings. The host tried to book me a €45/50 taxi, its only €27 from the airport… the bathroom door doesn’t shut, the frame is swollen at the bottom. The shower head mount is so low you have to hold the shower head, BUT no shower curtain so showering was crap. The tv channels dont work, and the internet doesn’t connect in the loo ;-) no iron so they provided when requested, but instead of asking me for it back or at least dropping a message entered the room without letting us know while we were out. Problem being that we could have been asleep, naked anything so we kind of found it a bit inappropriate but I guess for the price its not a huge deal.

• Katarzyna (10/5): Exceptional - The host was very friendly and helpful, double room was perfect for couple, big bathroom with big bathtub. There is smart TV in the room, big wardrobe and many shelves. Room very clean, it had all facilities we needed. The room is nicely decorated so you can feel like at home. There is a separate entrance to the room from outside. Very close to the bus stops, good connections to the city center, supermarkets few minutes away. Very beautiful beach nearby, not overcrowded. Perfect location if you are looking for quiet zone close to the beach. Nothing to say.

• Austin (9/5): Superb - good location, very easy to get to the town via #4 bus which was just out on the street (50m away from the door) also very easy to then walk to sunset beach area. the spa/shower/bath thing was a bit funny but still fine to use.

• Inna (9/5): Extremely comfortable place to stay - The apartment was rather close to a beach and it was convenient to get there with a stroller. The apartment has Everything you could wish for and even more! We could easily prepare food for a baby with all the kitchen appliances. I can’t think of something the apartment didn’t have. We even had a baby cot! Hosts are just awesome people, easy to talk to and very helpful. Nothing really. The neighbor that was doing constructions work though was quite annoying. One small tip to the host is to get the mosquito nets. But otherwise, this is one of the best apartments I stayed at.
