• Cengiz (10/5): Perfect - Completely perfect. First of all, the owner, Simeon, is incredibly welcoming and helpful. He always kept in contact with us, and we had no problems checking in or out. The house is in the city center, within walking distance of everywhere. There's free private parking, which is a huge advantage. The house and the apartment were new built. Everything was clean and new. The furnishings in the room are complete, there was even more. He have thought of everything their guests might need. It was a great stay. If I come again, I would definitely stay here. Nothing

• Niklas (10/5): - Erittäin siisti huoneisto kaikilla mukavuuksilla. Lähellä keskustan kävely katua sekä beachiä. Really cosy!! Osoitteen löytäminen hieman vaikea kun ei kadun nimiä ole joka paikassa.

• Mihaela (10/5): - Comfortable apartment in an excellent location. We liked the layout of the rooms, and my husband appreciated the work desk area. We also appreciated the prompt response from the host and the care we received during our stay.
• Stefan (10/5): - Изключително чист и удобен апартамент. Локацията е топ, на 5 мин. от центъра на града, плажа и морската градина. Парко мястото е голям плюс и домакина е доста отзивчив.
• Боряна (10/5): - Много стилно обзаведено, удобно, помислено е за всичко, много чисто. Може да се отседне и за по-дълъг престой, има всичко необходимо - от посуда, до пералня, почистващи уреди и препарати. Локацията е страхотна - близо до центъра, до плажа, до Морска гара и сравнително близо до Летния театър. Изключително удобство беше и това, че има предвидено място за автомобила особено в тази част на града. Имахме малък проблем с отварянето на вратата на входа, но след една среща със съседи на входа, разбрахме,че трябва просто по-рязко да дръпнем, научихме се :) Апартаментът е близо до булевард и при отворени прозорци има известен шум, но при затворени няма този проблем. Но локацията и страхотния апартамент компенсират тези дребни неща.

• Georgi (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice and comfortable apartment exactly in the downtown! 10 minutes by foot from everywhere that you need to reach in Burgas - the city center, the sea garden and the beach. The parking lot is priceless ;-). The host was very polite and cooperative- if something was missing in the apartment - you can find almost everything that you need - he will provide it upon request. Nice place for holiday with the family or comfortable stay during a business trip.
