• Michael (3/5): Terrible. - Outside was a vibe Couldn’t even get in the front gate with the code given. Had to literally jump over a fence because the owners were ignoring. Very dirty mosquitoes spiders and lizards inside. The place was obviously not cleaned because the smoke detector was covered with a bag when we walked in also the oven was left on. There is no shower curtains and there were stains on the mattress and looked like some blood on the walls.

• Leonard (5/5): Passable - the location was great. we were abruptly moved from the property that we booked to a different one, so I cannot properly review this property. They said they tried calling and emailing ahead to inform of the change, but I do not see any record of receiving those notices on phone or email. I only found out from the message through booking.com - received only around 30minutes prior to checkin. Because we were so busy on the trip, I had not checked the messages until we got there around an hour after checkin to find out we weren't staying there. This was unfortunate because this property was within walking distance to our main goal of the trip. The new place - while bigger and nicer - was another mile away (and four flights up stairs) making it more difficult to re-arrange our original maneuvering plans (we did not rent a vehicle for this quick trip). Now we ended up needing a couple lyft rides. It was a hassle, but we made due the best we could.
• Hanneken (8/5): Would stay here again for sure. - Good mattress, decent kitchen. Parking was expensive and inconvenient.
• Nubia (1/5): NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY, and it's DIRTY! - DONT STAY AT THIS PLACE! It's DIRTY! They don't change the sheets. There is nothing that I liked about this place, first the manager Charged 40 dollars to check in early, when I got to the apartament I saw wasn't very clean, but then I realized the sheets hasn't been changed also, with eyes mark very disgusting.. I texted the manager she said they would bring another linen but never happened. She stoped answered me.. so do not make this mistake and stay at this disgusting place with terrible manager! Everything! Cleanliness, service!
• Ildikó (1/5): First impression: location nice, otherwise awful because of the smell inside. - The location The place smelled awful, which totally prevented me from enjoying my stay. It was penetrating even with the door open. They wanted to cover the smell with a plug-in air freshener, which made it even worse.

• Jazmyn (6/5): Was ok for a one night stay - Loved the location, was easy to get to from the airport and so close to a lot of restaurants, stores, etc. Also really enjoyed the outdoor patio! Was a cool little spot for a night The place definitely wasn't that clean. Found hair and a small amount of dirt in the bed plus my towel not only looked dirty, but found lots of hair within the towel as well. I also never received any check in instructions. I had to call for early check in and to get the door codes

• Anonymous (8/5): Very good - Very close to Wynwood and South Beach. My partner and I were able to walk around Wynwood and back to the property comfortably. Had to pay for parking. I know it’s not the property owners fault but it was very inconvenient to have to pay for parking.
• Alīne (5/5): I didn’t liked that host didn’t reply to me. I had more important questions, but he just didn’t answered…also, I’m from - inside terrace communication with the host- he didn’t reply to me at all!!!! cleaning wasn’t so good.

• Larissa (4/5): you have the minimum equipments in the apartment, only 2 towels but tbh host was reponsive when we asked for more but he - if you are looking to spend time in Miami (outside south beach) the location is perfect as it is closed to many main areas. we were disappointed by the cleanliness of the stay and most importantly by the mosquitos there! I left with more than 6 bites of mosquitos in my legs and hands that I am still treating. note that we woke up one day with a frog on the microwave!

• Carola (7/5): cute , nice outdoor, lots of paintings but could do with a touch up ! - cute little apartment in a artisan house - lots of art and nice outdoor area - flat is refurbished in a modern way I could do with a touch up - paint comes of, no wardrobe - just a little corner with a rack that came off if you put 3 full hangers on it - loud area -under the flight pass and neighbours turn on loud music almost every morning at 9 am sharp

I tried contacting the owner, it took him several hours to respond just to pretty much say, buy some. No housekeeping on site. The sheets weren't that clean and when I asked for more, he told me to buy some.
