• vicky (5/5): - The location We weren’t told about the amount of stairs that we had to cart our 23kg bags up to get to the apartment. There are 130 stairs. If we had known about this we would not have booked this room. When we reached out to Ana asking why we weren’t informed about this. She then told us she could have organised someone to take our bags up for us at a price. This should be advertised in the initial ad. Also the bathroom drains had a sewage smell that went throughout the apartment.

• Sergio (7/5): - La ubicación en pleno casco histórico es un punto a favor y el trato recibido por el Personal que se mostró muy amable y nos dejó salir una hora más tarde del check out. El alojamiento es cuqui, muy bien decorado y mono. Realmente, es muy pequeño para tres personas. Llegando a resultar claustrofóbico al no poder tener espacio donde alojar el equipaje. El sofá cama es muy incómodo y debería ser renovado . El apartamento estaba muy limpio pero nos encontramos una cucaracha cuando llegamos lo que nos hizo estar tensos el resto de la estancia. También el hecho de encontrarse en un cuarto piso sin ascensor después de subir unos setenta escalones hace que la estancia sea incómoda. Me parece bastante caro para lo pequeño que es y para la posición del apartamento que, aunque esté en el casco histórico, es una ubicación bastante incómoda. Poco menaje de hogar y poco espacio como para cocinar. Además, se agradecería que hubiera toallas de playa para los huéspedes .

• Juana (6/5): Dreadful climb - Ana was extremely helpful and helped us with any issues we had. She answered out messages at any time of day. First of all, carrying luggage up 72 stairs to get to the apartment was dreadful! Once arriving we realized that it was too small for 3 people. The futon bed was very uncomfortable. Towels were not swapped on a daily basis which discouraged us from going for a swim. We were out of hot water one evening and my daughter had to shower with cold water. One of the chairs in the kitchen was missing a screw and i almost fell to the ground. Over all, the climb to get to the location in the heat was very uncomfortable! This place is not in an ideal location for older folks!
• Trimble (10/5): Exceptional - Beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean, and great location! Ana was very helpful with a list of suggestions on where to eat and things to do. There are 72 steps to get there, but well worth it! We had a small balcony, which was nice and relaxing with a view of passerby's on the wall. Within the city walls and yet away from the noise. If you go left out the front door towards the wall, then take another left, you will find the hidden gem Buza Bar. We loved our stay here!
• Lisa (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location! It was quiet at night for sleeping and the air conditioning was refreshing to come back to. A few steps from amazing coffee shops, restaurants, shops and Buza beach:)
• Camilla (10/5): Fabulous! - A lovely, nicely decorated and clean little 2 storey apartment superbly located in the old town of Dubrovnik. It is right near the Buza Bar which is where you can swim (and jump from heights if you're game). The host organised our transfer from the airport and was very kind and accommodating with a late check out. Many restaurants are nearby. Please note that you do have to take your luggage through the old town on foot and up some stairs - in the town and in the apartment. There is no luggage storage in the apartment after check-out but there are services available nearby.

• Alyssa (10/5): Amazing stay - Great stay! The whole team was fantastic, apt was awesome, great location. I saw a few bad reviews about ‘too many stairs’ old town is ALL stairs!!! Don’t visit if you have issues with stairs. The apt was perfect location, clean, the team was super responsive with answers to questions- they also offered a really great fast laundry service. I’d stay here again and again!! Thank you to the team. Nothing everything was fantastic

• Angela (5/5): Beautiful location- be aware of the security problems on multiple levels. - Location is fantastic!!! Security. anyone can figure out the entry key code as the buttons are so used. Door doesn’t close all the way. Guests arriving after us asked me for the entry passcode while sitting on the balcony bc they couldn’t get hold of management( I contacted management for them and was asked to let them in). Part of the stairs broke off, with nails sticking out- shouldn’t happen at this price. Housekeeping didn’t come straighten out, just dropped towels and left, breakfast at cafe festival was not festive at all- manager was the angriest person ever met, yelling at his staff about miscommunications in front of us, very unpleasant athmosphere Property manager Tena demanded cash payment multiple times before and after arrival and check-in even though we paid through booking.com. Only When I sent her my confirmation screenshot from Booking.com and pointed that out she should check her records as we paid weeks ago she said that it’s a booking.com problem and they didn’t receive payments previously from guests.

• Annemarie (10/5): Beautiful and comfortable place to stay in the center of the old city. 10 meters from Buza beach and yet you do not hear - From the moment we booked they got in touch letting us know we would be picked up at the gate so we would not be wondering around trying to find it. There was fruit on the table. Clean and comfortable beds (sofa bed and upstairs a double bed) The aircon worked really well. Lovely view from the window. The owners were available if we needed them. It was such a nice place, I would recommend it to anyone. There were a few stairs to climb to get to it but my elderly mother managed to get up there so unless you have real mobility problems then you would be fine. I loved how the place was decorated. Croatia is such a welcoming place and its people so friendly and helpful. Everything is easy and transparent…not hidden costs or fees just easy. I will go back for sure and stay at this place. The street is quiet and yet so close to Buza beach / bar. I loved it. There is nothing I did not like.
• Joanne (10/5): High quality accommodation, with excellent service in a beautiful city! - The property was very well located in the old town, close to the famous “walk of shame” steps from Game of Thrones. There are quite a few steps to walk up which certainly helps keep you fit! A taxi was organised by the property manager to both collect us from & return us to the airport. The service was excellent by both drivers. We were met outside the city gates & guided to our accommodation which was very clean, with high quality fittings & a lovely little balcony. A bowl of fruit, chilled water & a greeting card were there to welcome us. The small kitchenette is well equipped. Breakfast was included in the price at a cafe on the Main Street a short walk away. The bed was very comfortable & the quiet air conditioning was welcome after a warm day in the sunshine. There is a small wardrobe in the bedroom which provides enough space for a short break. The ceiling is quite sloped in this room but it is a very old building so can’t be helped. The other thing to say is that there was no sound at all from any other room in the building, so it must be well sound-proofed! nothing
• Ellinoora (9/5): Great location! - Great location! Really nice apartment with balcony. Great customer service. Good value for your money. Included breakfast was also good and tasty! I would recommend this place. Previous guests have left their food in fridge. Like one opened and half eaten chocolate pudding. It was kind of disgusting. Otherwise apartment was clean. All the sounds from the stairway and from neighbors can be heard in the apartment. So If you want to sleep I recommend to have earplugs with you. We also had problems with payment. Accommodation was supposed to be charged in advance but it wasn’t. I had to pay it week after our stay via PayPal.
