The sofa and beds were filthy. 5. None of the heaters were working. 6. The kitchen faucet was broken. 7. The lock of toilet doors are not working. 8. The owner did not inform us that electricity charges would be deducted from the deposit. He only mentioned it after we had already made the payment. 9. The owner promised to refund the deposit upon checkout, but two days have passed, and he has not returned it. He also ignoring my calls and messages

- Niwashini (1/5): BAD EXPERIENCE EVER - We waited for nearly 3 hours but didn't receive any check-in details & instructions. There was no reception and it was very difficult to enter. Once we arrived there, we tried to make contact. We called the owner multiple times, but they did not respond or inform us until we left. Despite the fault being on the owner's end, she was quite rude. We were so disappointed and had the worst experience. She didn't respond promptly after being asked to proceed with a refund, causing frustration. Irresponsible and very poor in handling the customer.
